Poor customer service. I was a regular customer here for the last year using the driers every 2 weeks. Drying the same items I got to know how long/how much money it would cost to get them dry. Today I used a machine that kept breaking mid-cycle (displaying the message ‘Lint access open’). The attendant played about with it each time and got it going again but when the cycle was finished my laundry was nowhere near dry despite being on for the usual time. I requested a partial refund so that I could use another fully functional machine which I was denied and told that I would just need to ‘put more money in’. It was not a large load and has always dried within that time usually - this time being still nowhere near dry. I am very disappointed with this lack of service - especially considering the regularity of my attendance. I will therefore be finding another laundrette.

Dropped off a coat for a simple dry clean, and to get a repair where a seam had ripped in the lining. First they were late - I went in to get it and it wasn't done. It took an extra week to get it. Then they lost it when I tried to pick it up. Then they wouldn't let me pay by card, "cash only", even though we're in covid times ... and when I asked for a receipt, I was denied. This doesn't even begin to cover that it took 20 minutes to get a price for the service even though their costs were printed on the noticeboard - had to stand around and wait whilst the person working reception called and messaged several different people, and then when they had an answer, it was EXTORTIONATE. Although the dry clean is okay - the sewing is poor. I could have done a better job, but I dropped it off because it needed a clean and I wanted to save time! Won't be going back!

I recently had a coat dry cleaned, when I got it back, there were burn marks to the back as if the wrong cleaning solvent had been used. Also one of the sleeve buttons was missing. The phone number supplied is not correct and despite contacting them on 3 occasions they didn't respond. The girl working there was very nice and helpful, therefore I believe the owners to be at fault. It's cash ONLY which is very annoying and inconvenient thede days!!! Might be okay to nip in and use the washing machines, but I definitely would NOT recommend the dry cleaning services!!!

Dropped off a £105 jumper to be dry cleaned and it came back absolutely ruined - it seems that it was just washed and put through a tumble dryer against the washing instructions - the soft mohair material turned to hard felt and it's 3 sizes too small and unwearable now. Money down the drain; they wouldn't give me a receipt either, as another reviewer with a bad experience stated. I'm extremely disappointed.

Great local laundry service and dry cleaning. Used it the other day for a full king size bedding set for washing and ironing. Was available in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Will be using again in the future. Yet to try the dry cleaning services.

I come here on a weekly basis. Staff here are lovely and go out of their way to help you. There’s parking right outiside so it’s really easy unloading the car. A super friendly and efficient laundrete and dry cleaners !

Excellent service at sensible prices. Have only used for dry cleaning and mending a broken zipper so far. I will definitely return again and as they are also a launderette, I will bring my duve here for it's next wash.

I used to really recommend this launderette. I only used the tumble dryers and they have now raised the prices and turned the heat down so you are spending more money. It's safe to say I won't be back.

The dryers have a very low temperature, so you have to pay twice as much and waste a lot of money and time. I was a customer but I never return. Before 2 pounds and now I pay 5 pounds.

Really clean and simple, was actually quite amazed at how everything was nicely set up. New machines and gentle staff. Would recommend as its really good for price and quality.

Nice Employees to help you around! The dryers ans the washers are cleaned and jot not smelly! I've been using another facility but for 50 p more I prefer this one !
