I literally walking out of there holding my tears and composure! When I first moved into the area, this pharmacy and Jemma honestly made the move so easy alongside my family doctor. Ever since she has been gone, it has turned horrible. They did not call me when the prescription came in (August) but already charged some benefit plan - which I didn’t have - and when I picked up the item in Oct it was under $2. I needed to do another refill and they told me no that’s not the right price. Showed me a sign that says 15.99 but on the phone said $15 and gave a receipt that said $21. WORST PART - the pharmacist/doctor on site came out and started YELLING at me to do his job to the point everyone in there went quiet and was looking at us. I stood in shame! I have never been BERATED like that before. I’ll be paying my balance and never returning. I’m literally spending my hard earned money to be disrespected.

Gemma was amazing to my parents and family. After she's been away sick from work for the past couple months this has become the worst pharmacy in the world and they provide tons of stress to my elderly parents. My parents have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years and now finally we are moving all their prescriptions somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!

The pharmacy is really going down on service after the lady who was there taking care of each patient and understanding their needs with alot of pation and professionally. Now I personally face an issue today with them that will make me and my family very disappointed and not willing to come back after 15 years with place .

Great place to get the things you need and support to understand what it is you’re getting. Thank you I really like this Pharmacy and all the staff members are awesome!

The best pharmacy I’ve ever used- they work hard to sort out your coverage- and have a text/email options for prescriptions. GEMMA you are the best!
