The Woodbury Caringbah Showroom displays a gallery of excellent indoor and outdoor furniture, arrayed in most attractive showroom settings. We were seeking and outdoor table and chairs and extremely impressed with the style and quality of suggested items to meet our requirements. After a second visit, we agreed on the purchase of an extendable A Grade Teak table and 4 Hampton Rattan Dining Chairs for a very competitive price. Jadan was the Sales Person. He showed a quiet courtesy, patience and excellent product knowledge associated with our intended purchase. We had questions regarding fine teak surface protection and best products to utilise. Jadan was quite knowledgeable and helpful with this. Delivery was made within a week, which included assembly on site. This was achieved without any issues, again with Chris the delivery contractor being courteous, polite and efficient. We are delighted with the purchase and how it fits into the patio area in our outdoor rear yard and landscaping. Wow. This is a very well run independent outdoor furniture store. We first rang on the phone and instantly had a good feeling about jumpin in the car and going on a 40 minute Sydney metro drive to Caringbah to check out the range. We had only read the reviews and looked at the website. Very high quality product range and wide offer of outdoor table and chairs. We were particularly interest in wooden teak. Most important, excellent price/value. Service team was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our purchase included delivery and this service by an independent contractor within a few working days was very professional and on time. We were introduced to Mackenzie at the store. We would highly recommend this store and range. Very pleased with all aspects of the sale. Impressive reviews, impressive offer and very well deserved.

I was looking for an outdoor sofa set which I could leave outside in Pittwater ( not the cushions). I saw a solid teak set online and went to the store to have a look. Janine was very knowledgeable and helpful while I was looking at the teak unit. I ordered some sofas and 4 chairs. It was delivered on Saturday of the same week I ordered it. Delivery went as agreed and there was a follow up call from the store to make sure everything went as planned. The structure of the sofas has a 5 year warranty. The sofas are in place and friends and neighbours are coming by to have a look !!

When it came to delivery, the driver kept me informed and arranged to come earlier so I could head out to work. Upon arrival they were so polite and well informed. We ordered the Crosstie outdoor table and matched it up with some Mackay chairs, along with a Juliet side table. I ordered the outdoor teak extension table and 10 folding chairs from the Caringbah store on the phone. I had not see not seen the product personally just on the website. To say was pleasantly surprised by the quality and of the table and chairs is a understatement. The value for money was superb. Great quality teak furniture and efficient delivery process. Delivery driver called a couple of times on delivery day advising the delivery slot in the morning and 10min before arrival which was great. They then set it up where we wanted in an efficient manner. The extension table setting itself is great quality teak, looks very well made with solid weight and no squeaks or movement unlike some cheaper pieces of furniture. I hope it lasts many years.

Delivery of our new Woodbury dining table and chairs could not have gone smoother. We were given a curtesy call the evening before delivery with an estimated time and again on the delivery day when they were 20 minutes out. The guys who delivered could not have been nicer. They were polite and very efficient and knew all about the product. We were very impressed. The staff in the Caringbah shop were extremely helpful too, very friendly, a great team!

After visiting their Caringbah Store we bought the Blaxland Teak setting with extendable oval table and 8 chairs, which arrived just in time for the Easter break with lots of family visiting. Woodbury sell a good range of outdoor furniture. I purchased a lovely teak bench. Unfortunately some fixings were missing upon delivery but the owner, Matt put everything right and made sure I was happy. I would buy from Woodbury again. I bought from the Caringbah store but I would also recommend their store out at The Hills. The manager, Lino was very helpful when he answered my phone call.

We recently purchased a nine piece dining set. The service we received in the store was outstanding. Everyone we spoke to over several visits were knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second large purchase from Woodbury, Caringbah. Have always received attentive service from Ashlie in-store to Chris in deliveries. This was demonstrated when an item arrived that was slightly blemished. It was escalated to management (whom rang me within a day), and a replacement delivered with the space of one week! Highly recommend their products and service.

Great wooden pieces at extremely competitive prices. Very open to doing a deal if considering multiple pieces and have prompt delivery options (that will even take the rubbish, eat your heart out Nick Scali) The style is great and the quality of finish is top notch. My only issue with Woodbury is they don't do more - would love some more options from them!

Excellent experience so far. The shop was well presented with very knowledgable friendly staff. The delivery was another excellent experience with the guys friendly and happy to place the cartons where we needed them. The chap that trolled the table & chairs also gave explicit instructions on how best to open the cartons and assemble the table.

We love the quality and design of the furniture at Woodbury House. We purchased our table, chairs and buffet made from Messmate timber and they are quality pieces of furniture. We did have an issue with our chairs and after only one email and with no hassle they were replaced. The customer service has been excellent.

Received two defective tables after a 3 months wait and got told chairs are not going to be delivered due to an issue with an Oversea Suppliers, which were originally informed it was Australian Made and later on got told it is manufactured in Vietnam.

The quality and look of our recycled timber table, The Miami is beautiful. It looks very contemporary but the timber still has a raw edge look to it that doesn't look manufactured We paired it with a bench on one side and chairs on the other side.

Looking for quality but reasonably priced teak chairs I found Woodbury. The chairs are lovely , arrived on time and the whole process was fuss free. They state they are sustainably sourced which was my biggest concern. Can definitely recommend .
