I've been attending Woodcroft Family Practice for over 18 years now and always held it in high regard ... off course until now. I left work early to make an early appointment as i had some significant pain and really felt the need to see a doctor ASAP. I made a booking and am attended to by Dr Kiran Amin, from get GO the Dr seemed to be in a rush? It was closing time but i'm a patient suffering, at least act like you care. Anyways i explain my symptoms and he waves hes hands indicating they cannot do anything at his practice. I further question his responses to source exactly what i may be suffering with based on the symptoms i've indicated. BUT NO HOLD ON his phone rings and he goes outside the door and speaks to his daughter for 5 minutes discussing where they were going for dinner that night plus other general things which could have waited? Then another 5 minutes talking to a colleague about another patient who wasn't even at the practice at the time? Anyways comes back refers me to another practice without asking me any meaningful questions or examining the area of concern. I left work early to go see a professional? What a JOKE, people rely on you to be there during their times of need, yet for you its become a chore. You're a disgrace and should be ashamed!

After a wait of 1 hour and 12 mins for Dr Pick, I was ushered in without a word of apology. No empathy or care shown. Dr had to look up websites for every question I had about my health. And very plastic like approach. Very cold. The receptionist was kind though. Poor thing was taking a call every few seconds. I'm never going back here. Edited to add: Received a call from management apologising for my experience and to try them again. They promised they've had a chat with the doctor and advised she had an overwhelming amount of patients that day. I've still not gone back there.

Needed to make an appointment for my mother. We were both unable to get through on the phone. I attended in person. The practise was visibly busy. The receptionist Michelle, was able to book my appointments and manage patients, whilst answering the phone which didn't stop ringing, in a very polite, professional and efficient manner. She was very patient with me as I needed to liase with my mother on my phone. The other staff there were moving non stop and are evidently well trained and hard working. Another example of a professional and proficient medical practise.

Dr Natalie has been so helpful to me. We recently moved to the area and were hoping to find a good doctor having had one in Windsor. Dr. Natalie has identified stress fracture, high blood pressure and alerted me to issues that my previous doctor didnt pick up. She is very thorough and I've never waited to see her for more than 10 minutes. The receptionist is nice and the blood testing facility is such a help, open from 8am and often with very few queuing up. I went in yesterday at 8.15am and there was no wait. What more could I ask for!

One star for the receptionist who is so RUDE. I was calling to reschedule a potential MENTAL HEALTH PLAN as I wasn't able to make it in and she was so blunt and beyond rude when she wasn't being clear and I thought I was giving details she was asking for. I understand having a bad day but being a medical practice that advocates helping mental health, leave that rudeness OUT THE DOOR! I did NOT feel safe and comfortable with the receptionist who is working 4.30pm Monday 5th Sept.

Have been a patient all my life Dr Hunt is a wonderful caring doctor I just wish I could get in contact with her or any doctor for that matter The phone line is horrible, it rings and hangs up, rings and hangs up, I don't understand how can I make an appointment when the phone doesn't pick up, no answering machine, no way of calling me back It is so frustrating and not good for my general health but especially my mental health Fix your phone line cause it's a joke

I informed reception that I was there due to pulmonary irritation caused by my asthma and because I used the wording "sore throat" I was both denied entry and insulted. ..Thank you medical reception for turning me away, jumping to assumptions, telling me that my asthma irritations "required testing for Corona virus", my dear paranoid lady, I can not give you Asthma and your treatment of me was unwarranted and unprofessional.

Dr Keith Hamd is the most kind and professional doctor I've ever met. I was previously terrified of visiting GPs because I felt my mental health concerns were never treated as a real medical problem, Dr Keith and the young female Dr who worked the practice during her training completely changed that with their understanding and caring attitude. Julie at the front reception is always lovely as well.

Was a patient of Dr Hunt at this practice for over 18 years and was driving 3 hours from the south coast just to see her after moving there 2 years ago. Was devastated to hear that she was no longer practicing medicine, I wish her all the best for the future as she was an amazing doctor, very caring and professional and a lovely lady. I know she will be missed by all of her patients.

So I walked in an was able to get to see a doctor within a few seconds to treat an infection on my leg. My mother calls up and is refused by the receptionist to be seen by a doctor for something more serious which has nothing to do with covid. receptionist told her she can put her through to a telephone consultation in the afternoon . pathetic practice

The pathology lady Venus was the best! Had such a welcoming warm smile, made sure I was comfortable, checked up on me (eg. needing water) during my 2 hour test and lovely to chat too. She was such a great experience and definitely need more people like her in this department! Thank you Venus! Your work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Attempting to get through on the phone is a joke it's either not answered, doesn't go through or you're on hold for ages. Trying to fix a doctor's mistake (incorrectly spelling a name on a medical certificate THREE times) should have taken 5 seconds and instead took hours. Ridiculous and will not be going back.

The record-updating procedure is really very disappointing. The immunisation registry wasn't updated for three weeks despite giving them four reminders. And when it was ultimately completed after being escalated to the practise manager, the records' dates were entered incorrect.

  • Manjinder Kaur

In this practice doctor name kiran Amin is very rude and doesn't even know how to talk to people. Specially when he finds out people have their own GP and they come to him temporarily or in emergency. No wonder his appointments are always available. …

  • Vyper

Will never see Dr Karen Hunt again. Doesn't care about her patients. I was having trouble breathing and after 4 visits my bf had to tell her to write me a referral to get a chest xray. I found out I had moderate COPD. That was last time I went back.

  • Distracted

This practice has the worst time-management skills I've ever seen. Doctors running 30 minutes late in the morning. Of course the receptionist with the bad attitude won't have the courtesy to advise you of this. Have some respect for people's time.

  • Lara Conroy

I visited this practice for the first time and found the experience very good from the professionalism and politeness of reception to the consultation with the doctor which was very thorough. I would highly recommend this practice.

  • LBB

The 5 stars are for the lovely lady Venus in pathology. She is very gentle and caring and she takes the time to make sure you are feeling comfortable during the process of taking blood. Thanks for making a difference Venus.

  • Sulaiman Qadhi

Good because of Dr Keith and bad because of Dr Amin. He is shocking and you are better off spending your time researching on google because to get this guy to do anything beyond mediocrity is a mammoth task

  • Krishna Yadav

Disappointing. Booked an appointment with Dr Hamd & didn't arrive on time. Wasted 40 min & clinic had no idea when he will arrive. I was being told he usually comes late. Very unprofessional.

  • Che Guavarra

This is one Practice where you find a dedicated Team from the time you step at the door. Very supportive, polite, empathetic Assistants and we'll informed Drs who really care .

  • Emiley White

It’s so hard to get through to the reception when calling for simple inquiries and I also find some of them very rude to deal with when you ask them questions over the counter.

  • Sandra Van Luyn

I have been a patient with Dr Hunt for many years and have been coming to woodcroft for a long time. Always very happy with the service.

  • Leona Baggins

Kind and professional doctors. Always ready to assist. Recommend booking in advance as it gets busy but wait time is never too long.

  • hetal patel

Very bad experience as GP are not helpful....I was late by 10 min and they asked me for book an appointment for next day.

  • Graziele Coelho Viana

One stars is a lot for them. Unbelievable how the doctor treats people. How unprofessional and unhelpful he was !

  • Winnie Mutua

Place to AVOID. Receptionist very rude. She send me away and refused me to see the doctor.

  • Krishna Balabhadrapathuruni

I find a really dedicated team of doctors, thanks for continuing your care for patients.
