My order I’d: 397188 Date: 05/01/23 As per their suggestion I contacted customer service number. They are not ready to entertain any complaints. Dont fall for the fake google reviews. They ask to post reviews at the time of purchase and then they will deliver defective products. Afterwards they will never entertain any complaints. Very bad product and Very bad experience shopping with wooden street. I purchased two beds from Wooden Street. My bedroom has been occupied with their unfinished bed since 6 weeks now. The parts for bed could not be assembled properly since their sizing is incorrect.... the hydraulic system don't shut properly. The wooden sheet /ply is also weak. called them many times when the product was delivered..they would promise someone will come ..but even after so many follow ups no one has come to fix the problem...better to buy from somewhere else than from them...you will get a substandard product . Their motto now its your problem we've delivered a sub standard product ...we don't respond now. Earlier I had given 5 stars rating when I purchased the product. But unfortunately I have to edit my post because of the poor after sales service. Very poor response in view of providing service. I have purchased approx 1 lakh rupees furniture. I received defective product And even after a month of request online as well as offline at store still there is no resolution. Had requested for carpenters visit, but again there’s no response. Worst experience and product quality is also poor. No quality check done before the product is dispatched. Very unprofessional customer service. You will keep following up with the call center. The local store staff remain clueless.

Awful Experience!!! I purchased a chest of drawers from Wooden Street Furniture on January 22nd, 2020, and got it delivered on February 1st, 2020. Within 5 months the furniture started cracking from the corners. They use very low-quality material. The furniture has a 1-year warranty so I contacted their customer service team for a replacement as it cannot be repaired. However, they insisted to get it repaired without listing to me as they told me everything will be fixed. I agreed to get it repaired. I got my product back after 5 days without any repair, just polished so it can shine. But the cracks are still there. Customer service is also very pathetic as they will not listen to you. Please don't spend your hard-earned money on buying furniture from this place.

The place is easy to find, the store is beautifully lined up with various options. Had visited the store to buy a single product, but with the store manager - Yuvraj, who understood not only my requirements, but also my taste, we ended up buying 2-3 items for our drawing room. Excited and waiting for the delivery! Will update the overall experience and pictures post the delivery. Recommended for people looking for classy & modern furniture which does not hurt the pocket a bit. Cheers!

If possible to give 0, I would. Had a disastrous experience with this guy called Yuvraj. He is the absolute worse. He told us a product we wanted wasn't available at the moment so he would bill a different product of the same value. He assured us that he would ensure the product we wanted would be dispatched. But no. They don't care. Read other reviews. Similar complaints about this guy. Will never purchase from woodenstreet again.

My order I’d: 258630 dated on April 16,2022. Invoice No: AHMWH222328 Very poor response in view of providing service. I have bought approx 59k rupees furniture. I got some quality of product issue. One time I got service after so many request and second time after a month of request online as well as offline at store still there is no resolution. Worst experience and product quality is also poor not as per price.

They have staff who bluff. They might coming to office drinking bhang. Sales guy confirmed me that we make tailor made wardrobe and noted our address for home visit. After 3 weeks one guy called my and said "Sir, you enquired for sofa so whats your planning?" Pathetic!! I said you are about to come to my home for measurement and design. He replied that we never offer tailor made wardrobe. So he must be drunk.

During my first visit to Showroom at Ahmedabad, I was attend by Mr Yuvraj, the Store Incharge, he had help us in choosing the right thing with all related information regarding the furniture. And he was totally a committed person. As well as Lower staff were also cooperated us by their knowledge. Wonderful service. …

It’s been 2 weeks since the headboard was delivered wrongly. I was made to put a review and make the payment before the order could be placed. I am sure that’s how the reviews are getting added. Extremely bad service after making payment. The incomplete bed is there for last two weeks with not a single communication from store.

They took almost 2 months to deliver the product. very light and poor quality..they use Particle board inside the drawer.. Metal quality is also very bad..poor finishing. And After sales service is also very very bad after delivery. They give me wrong ID for complain and no response over the phone.so disappointed.

Before two month back I have order 6seater dining table set .that time they said u will get in month but I have not recived with in time.now after 2 months product is ready but they don't have delivery person buz he is on leave...so in this big company they don't have alternate option for that...bad experiance...

This is a experience centre only and you cannot purchase from here. You need to order online.Custom furniture as mentioned is not done as on date. Prices are lil on higher side. This may be because they use mostly solid wood rather than MDF or plyboard. Furniture here looks elegant. Parking is available nearby.

We had placed order of central table from their catalogue without any customization on 16th january. Mr. Jigar at the ahmedabad store had promised delivery in 4-5 weeks. Its been 7 weeks and still they havent dispatched the product and giving us false promises. This is not at all professional.

Never visit the place. No response and no service from the store people. Even Yuvaraj the manager of gujarat is not responding. Jigar the store representative not responding. The courier people delivering not even know it is wooden street product. They mentioned the product is from Amazon

Products looks very luxury and with good quality finishing, looks and this is my pre order feedback, good pre-sales team...now let's wait for my feedback post sales delivery and customer care experience and feedback about product ordered , will post again after delivery.

Product delivered in time . But it looks show room piece . Dull and surface is very rough . It is tough to clean . Looks it requires polishing. After receiving nobody attending my call from show room . Very bad experience . This type of marketing is very bad .

I had a very good experience while visiting their studio store which is having multiple display options. The wood quality and product designs are very good and quite diverse. I would specifically like to appreciate their customer response time and support.
