"Vicki Andre the branch manager was very rude and unprofessional I went to the western union to try to send money off to some one and she act like she was very impatient and acted as if I was annoying to her because I was either taking to long or I don't know what the problem was i think i heard her talking to her co worker about her wanting to go on lunch but thats not my problem im a customer and for her to be a manager the customer should always come first but she told me to just go to krogers because she was about to take a break"

Vikki Andree branch manager very unprofessional and very racist I came to that branch to pick up a western union transaction she came up to me and ask me who I was on the phone with and told me since I am on the phone it look like I was trying to commit Freud And I told her I have I.D and was on the phone with my brother who sent me money and she still told me so what and to get to Kroger because she don't have to serve me. I felt like she didn't want to serve me because the color of my skin. I can't believe they have a branch manager in that Position.
Bad customer service, debit card for business account continuously was declined and used my PayPal account more frequently. I get notifications about Samsung Pay with every visit and can't even use my account for this technology. Closed both accounts and went to a bank that didn't make me feel like I was at a check cashing establishment. Referred a friend and feel bad, only offered Discover debit cards and they also were declined often. Know your customer base Woodforest!
Woodforest National Bank has been very good to me. They helped me get an account when other banks wouldn't, they helped me build my credit, and Vicky at the Pendleton Pike branch is always finding solutions when issues come up. I'm very happy. Oh yeah, my boss's bank is slower processing direct deposits within their own bank than Woodforest. I get my check a day before other guys that share a bank with the boss's business account.
I've been with Woodforest for over 10 yrs and never had a bad experience until recently the branch manager Vicki Andre was rude as hell talking to me like I wasn't an adult she told me I couldn't do something any more but the Anderson,In branch was the one who told me about it I'm confused
The manager, Vicki is one of the most rude and invasive people I have ever met. The rest of the staff is professional. You can tell that they do not like when she is around though. I don’t leave reviews like this unless I truly think there is a problem. She needs to be replaced asap!
I would like to keep this as short as possible. The staff seems to be fine except for Vikki Andree. Vikki could have been more professional about my concerns but instead she was very rude not sure why. If this is what Woodforest has to offer I will have to consider better options.
I pulled $260.00 off my card and the machine in Walmart in sunny side only gave me $240.00. No one could get me my money. They charged me $3.00 to pull it off and kept my $20.00. Don’t use this ATM machine to pull your money off. Pendleton Pike location
So I made a cash deposit yesterday to avoid an overdraft and not only did I get an overdraft they never showed my deposit for that day... I've been with this bank for over 10 years and this is the first time this has happened. I'm about done.
Vicki was extremely rude & inpatient. I don’t know what her issue is. Everytime I asked a question she cut me off. The associate at the front desk was working very hard though and seemed friendly.
Beyond disappointed in today's service. Two bankers/tellers yet I've been in the line twenty minutes and there's only 2 ppl ahead of me. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
A anytime I went to that bank to deposit money for girasol, no one ever be there and they say open. They have no respect for your time.
Good service, nice people. Vicki (manager) is great at answering any questions about banking. Been here over 4 years. Love Woodforest.
Beulah was very helpful. I opened my account with her and she was very informative and kind not to mention very professional as well.
I enjoy banking here. It's a good place to start, if you need a second chance with banking.
Manager is a complete embarrassment to company. She needs to be fired.
