From the moment Mr. Joe E. welcomed us to Woodie’s Wash Shack on Gandy, my son and I were very impressed. Mr. Joe E. greeted us with courtesy, professionalism, and gratitude for his role of delighting customers at Woodie’s. He inspired us with Woodie’s rags-to-riches life story, in which Woodie overcame homelessness and built a highly successful business in which he employs many people and serves many more. The rest of the team was working diligently as well, each with a smile and a kind word. This set a great example for my young son. We look forward to our next visit to Woodie’s.

I recently moved and switched from another subscription based car wash and I can say that Woodies knocks it out of the park compared who I was with previously. The automatic wash is thorough and the fact that they come and help dry your car by hand is awesome. The vacuums are powerful and the compressed air is a nice touch that I’ve never seen before at a wash. Joseph S was the young man that helped me out last time and dryer my car, I wanted to give him a small tip but apparently they are not allowed to receive cash tips, but he said by leaving a review it still helps!

I don’t know if I had an unusual experience or what, but I tried the automatic carwash (the $24 tier for free) and up until the end was enjoying my experience. However, we were sped through the drying, as was the car in front of us, and our cars both left soaking wet. Only minutes later I have horrible water spots all over my car. I had to wipe my side mirrors just so I would be able to see out of them. Not sure if we just had a bad day or if the free trial wash is worse but I have never left a car wash with my car looking dirtier than when I arrived!

My first time through this car wash. I was welcomed by Randy he was very helpful & nice. The ride through the wash was enjoyable and after I went to the vacuum where I was greeted by Pete and he started drying the water beads off and made sure I had everything I need, very attentive. Then Colton came by to help with floor mats and so nice. This is a nice place to go and so many helpful people standing by ready to make your experience go smoothly. High five to you all!

This was my second time at Woodie’s, the first time was a horrible experience as I didn’t know what to do and it was packed. This time was much better, less crowded and I had more direction from the employees. Joel was very kind and offered my son a beach ball and popsicles! I’d definitely go again. I only took a star away because the vacuums couldn’t reach small areas in my vehicle and the mat cleaner wasn’t that great. Overall, great experience.

Javontae was super helpful! My friend and I were throwing away a lot of stuff and we accidentally tossed something we didn’t mean to. When we told him, he immediately helped us and found the item in the dumpster! He also helped touch up my car after the wash and got some of the remaining stains off. He is definitely an awesome and hard worker. The workers here are so nice! Will definitely be coming back!! Thanks Javontae!

We’ve been several times. David and Ronda were extremely helpful. Woodies Wash Shack makes it so easy to wash your car, and keep both the inside & outside clean. It’s the easiest, no hassle car wash. We joined the monthly subscription. The car wash itself cleans well, but also love the hassle-free process to vacuum your car (it’s nice we don’t need quarters) & wipe down your windows. The staff is always present & helpful.

My first Woodys experience was great! Cosmically automated! It was more like a Disney ride than a chore! And at the end Miguel & Joseph S. Came around & dried my new car off for me with precision & kindness! And it was all FREE! It was my birthday wash! The vacuums were super powerful & easy to manage & they have a Membership program where you can go in daily if you wish for a scrub-a-dub! How sweet is that?!!

This is THE best car wash I have ever been to, hands down. Love the colors in the wash and especially love the music when vacuuming! Jeff and Lurano are always very friendly and always a great help! Everyone is so friendly here and that really makes a difference, especially when you are new to the area. I will always recommend this car wash and hope they add new locations on the east coast soon!

I’m a frequent visitor of Woodies Wash Shack. I’ve never had to wait long for my car to go through the wash and/or a space for me to vacuum. I like how they provide towels and spray bottles for you to use, and staff is always so friendly. On my visit today, Javonte asked if I wanted some help wiping down my car which I gladly accepted his offer. Only down side was that he did not like FSU, haha!

Wow, clean car, shinny wheels and drying before I got my chamois out, crew member Lurano earned my absolute admiration. He was the crew member who sold me on a membership when I discovered Woodies car wash near me that was easier to access than the other one. Lurano is hard working, enthusiastic and of great service to the car wash process! Keeping my recently detailed Frank looking his best.

Woodie’s is the best! I usually go to one of the West Gandy locations and everyone is so helpful and kind. Today during my visit, Andy was super nice, and even gave me a cool car air freshener. I’m a member and love that I can get a quick car wash any time - I hate having a dirty car. The vacuums and car mat cleaners are also amazing. I recommend Woodie’s to all my friends and coworkers.

Today, I became a member of Woodie's Wash Shack and my experience has been great so far. Javontae was the crew member that assisted me with the outside of my car after my wash, he was personable and kind. I'm glad I bought a membership because I like that there are multiple locations, the car wash is smooth, and the vacuums are great. My car feels and looks much cleaner after my visit.

Great car wash! Been coming here since they originally opened and have a membership. Had a fender bender at our most recent trip, due to the car in front of us somehow veering off the side. However, Marcus and his team really took care of us and made things right. Really appreciate him and all the team members at this location. They are always so friendly and helpful!

Ronda was amazing and so helpful! She had a bright personality and approached my family & I to assist us with cleaning our car. We also really enjoyed this car wash ! They had a basin to clean rubber mats, compressed air, vacuums with powerful suction, and sprays/cleaners for both windows and interior cleaning. We will definitely be coming back for our vehicle needs!

This is a great place to wash your car if you don’t mind detailing it yourself. They have all the free use of clean rags, sprays, vacuums, tire cleaner, and an air sprayer to get in all the cracks and crevices. I frequent the South Gandy location and all of their employees are nice and helpful. Today a young man named Nick helped me clean my tires. Thanks Nathan!

Love this car wash spot! It’s my favorite location, I drive out of my way to come to the Gandy-Westshore store. The employees are so helpful and nice, Miguel has been consistently helpful and is usually the first to greet me and help me dry off my car after a wash. This place makes cleaning my car fun and enjoyable. Thankful for businesses like this!

I’m a BIG fan of Woodie’s. We had a similar car wash model in Vegas before we moved to Tampa and were hoping to find a place at least as good. Woodie’s is even better! I love that their attendants help dry the car and they have all the sprays and towels needed to complete the wash. We do weekly car washes so the membership is totally worth it.

Marcus is awesome and provides great customer service!. he did such a nice job helping me dry off my car incredibly friendly and I definitely think you guys should consider giving him a great pat on the back both verbally and monetarily for the wonderful job he does he’s a very polite gentleman and really make sure Company look good

This place is amazing. Great wash, 5 star customer service. Along with free vacuums, they bring dry rags to you, and will help wipe down excess water off your car. They also offer multipurpose spay and glass cleaner. Mat wash station actually washes your mats… not just air blown onto them. Making this my wash spot for sure.

Joseph S. did an amazing job tonight on not only bringing over the towels and spray for my car but also helped fix an exterior piece that I needed help with. This was my first time at Woodie’s Wash Shack and after this experience, I will definitely be coming back and making this my regular car wash place. 10/10 recommend !!

Tyler was amazing and friendly, also extremely helpful by going above and beyond. The other guy I forgot his name helped me with my mats and the different sprays that they offer. Tyler went above and beyond by using the pressure washer to get underneath my truck because the car wash didn’t get it all. Amazing work!

This place is awesome. Feather-light bristles on the brushes so it’s super good for your paint on your car. Quick and relaxing to go through. The people are always soooo nice! Marcus is the best and the monthly subscription is honestly worth it. I go through everyday and it makes my car feel so so clean and shiny.

This is my first car so first car wash, and Marcus was amazing and very informative. I had absolutely no idea what to do and he was very patient with explaining the whole process. After my wash, Ronda came over and helped me vacuum and dry my car. She was very sweet and patient as well and had great conversations.

I’ve loved this car wash since they opened and have never had an issue. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The best car wash experience hands down. When I visited yesterday Nathan and Andy helped towel dry my SUV and were super friendly/cheerful even though they’re out there in the awful humidity and heat.

I use to like it…but line’s getting too long. I have 3 memberships on three cars. Management needs to address. Just waiting for other car wash to open and then give them a try. Not sure if it’s worth anymore. 10 cars deep off of 4th street. Average wait times can be 30 minutes just to get through the lines.

This is our first time here at the car wash we live in Orlando. This is the best car wash I have ever been to. Marcus helped dry and wipe down our van it was a great experience. The workers smiles and said hello. It was what I call the “chick fil a” experience!!! Thank you !! Vacuums were awesome as well !!

Awesome experience at Woodies over the weekend. Miguel helped dry down the car and gave us a nice smelling air freshener. Price wasn’t too bad for the wash either, my only issue was that I couldn’t park under the shaded spot on a hot day when vacuuming. Give them a visit for your next wash.

Ronda was very helpful, she immediately wiped down my car after it was washed making sure there were no marks left behind and informed me of all the amenities available to clean the interior of my car. Always an enjoyable experience coming here and I even went back to wash my friends car!

Javontea was so welcoming and was a pleasure talking too. Our car looks amazing and my kids enjoy the car wash, helping dry the car and vacuum. We have the pipeline membership. It’s s worth it for us since we have 5 kids and we like a clean car. Teaches them to care for our belongings .

Lurano went OUT OF HIS WAY to find a sock that I accidentally vacuumed right into the tube. I explained how much the sock meant to me (it had been my sons sock and he passed away) and Lurano called hours later to let me it had been located. That Act of Kindness meant SO MUCH to me. ❤️

Who would’ve thought I’d stop at Starbucks and see a “Free Wash” sign at Woodies. I didn’t think I could make it work with my newborn in the car because we were only supposed to grab coffee. But the wash was quick and Miguel was such a help! Thank you Woodies I will be back.

Amazing experience. Joe E was so helpful. I pulled up to vacuum my car with my 5 month old in the car, and Joe noticed I was struggling a bit he ran over to help me. I almost drove away but with his help I was able to get my car cleaned and will absolutely be back!

Visited today and as always great service for a great price! Crew member Lurano provided excellent service, assisting me dry off the roof/high areas of my SUV and got their terrific smelling car freshener. With a puppy & a 5-yr old, my annual membership is a MUST!

Just spent $24 on their 2nd highest level car wash, and it didn’t remove the bird poop off the windshield or dirt from the sides of the car. Outside of adding a little shine, the car doesn’t look any cleaner. After photos attached. Terrible waste of money.

It’s not a bad car wash, but the fact that they reserve more than 50% of all vacuum spots for members and that includes ALL shaded spots is ridiculous. On a quiet day with lots of empty spots they made us move our car to to a non-member

Miguel and Emily were amazing! Emily greeted me, gave me all the information about how to sign up for a membership, and she was so informative and friendly! Miguel met me in the member area and helped me with a smile! Fantastic team!

As soon as I pulled into my spot Greg helped me dry down my vehicle and handed me fresh towels for me to clean the inside. He dryed the entire outside of my car and was as nice as can be! Quickest time at the car wash thanks to him.
