Nice clean laundrette, lots of washing machines and really big tumble dryers! I came on a Sunday and there were enough machines and space for everyone. The lady running it was very helpful and friendly. They have a handwashing station which was a bonus for me. I noticed they also had a machine which dispensed washing powder if anyone needed it (40p for one cup). The lady there was cleaning the outer of the machines and swept the floor at the end of the day, overall cleanliness was at a good standard.

This is still a very good launderette. Dispute the over crowded people. More people are coming in to dry their clothes instead of washing and drying. It can get a bit frustrating. You now have to come early and stay in the launderette by your washing or dryer because author people remove your clothes from your machine if it's finished up to use. Especially the dryers. The price has gone up slightly. But still all the machines are maintained well and it is clean.

Plenty of washing machines and dryers. Clean. Reasonable prices (and certainly saves me time doing washing/drying overall.) Change (coin) machine available. Help available through on-site staff or press the bell to contact help. Baskets available. Hot drinks vending machine. Automatic doors are helpful when arriving with a big weekend load! Parking is usually an issue - I usually have to visit with another person driving.

Very bad wash I called the laundrette to let them now I was unhappy as been a customer for a very long time. No apology insisting the clothes have been washed. Left me with no choice but to leave a review. Clothes all stuffed back into the black bags do not smell as if washed. Said they have changed policy of folding washed clothes from past 4 to 6 months and only stuff them back in the bags.

Great launderette. Loads of washing machines and driers. The staff there regularly sweep and wipe down the machines (nice to know due to covid) Drinks machine, change machine, washing powder and conditioner dispensers. Every time I've been there, there has been a staff member on site.

Perfect Time saving Change available in machine But machines are need to fixed or need to change It's need one attendant over there some time new commercial come but they don't know how to use these machine and how to operate them Only you have cctv help available which is not fair

The drying facilities are well kept and clean. The pricing is quite expensive and they had a notice saying the prices are due to increase even more so. As of July 2023 it is £2 for 16 minutes of drying. A trash bag full of laundry was completely dry in 32 minutes on high heat.

Been here two times between 5-8 pm. The man who attends is very very attentive and kind, always willing to help you, which is appreciated. The shop is clean and equipped with everything needed. Thank you very much for your help, I’ll definitely come back when needed.

Clean place but very busy during weekends. Frustration if your washing than you ate having to wait for dryer as people come only to dry and no policy in force to give you as a washing customer to dry. No social distancing or musk policy in forced.

I have been going to this laundrette for so many years. I keep going back as the the customer service is excellent and washing and drying is value for money. I would recommend this laundrette to anyone who is looking for a laundrette in Ilford.

Used it around 5 times now. Machines and the spaces are clean. I get ample change of coins as I need for the machines. They could replace the beverage vending machine with a detergent vending machine (Surf, Ariel, Comfort, Vanish etc)

Great value, managed to wash my 5kg load, inc detergent & softener, and dry for under £6. Machines look a bit old but they work nicely, obviously well maintained, friendly staff. If I'm in the area I'll definitely use them again.

Very clean and good services They have money change machine as well to give u coins. If you want to use medium size machine its £3.50 45mins Small one charges you £3 35mins For tumble dryer £1 its 11 minutes £2 22mins

Good electrloux dryers and I think 12 of them. Place never clean and looks run down. Open til 8pm so a bonus. I didn't like the state of it so bought my own dryer
