Many times, they made a very large deal over a few grams extra on my package, and i had to go back and forth between the office and my home a lot just to figure out how to take away 3 grams. I've never had this problem in other post offices, and last time they refused to take my package because it weighed 2 grams more, I walked to central Dagenham post office and asked them about this issue specifically, to which they responded that few grams are never a problem. Also, almost mockingly they weighed my letters with greeting cards, which were clearly 20 grams, just to belittle me, 60 years old woman. I felt very unwelcome and disrespected, and will not willingly go here again. I strongly recommend avoiding this post office and opting to go to somewhere else.

Very rude and a severe lack of customer services skills!!! Advertises to open 7am - 9pm, I went in at 7:15am to find the counters in darkness. I asked the lady on the till what time it opened and she very politely directed me in the direction of another member of staff. I asked again what time the counters opened as I need to send some parcels. His reply was a very short "not now" he then turned and walked away from me!!!

Being disabled and using wheelchair the staff help me so much nothing is too much trouble, be it the shop floor staff also the post office staff to. The prices are not hiked up either because of the world we are living in at present*****

I am sorry to for those people who had to go there on Sunday, just because Google maps says that it's open till 19.00... I did that as well and found out that, the store is open till 19.00. But NOT the post office!

Liars. On Google they’ve put that they close at 17:00 but they close at 16:00. I got there at 16:15 and there was no compassion or empathy whatsoever for my wasted journey.

Monday morning not busy, good for me. Renewed licence so easy the young man made it easy. Photo done and he filled out details, so helpful. Great customer service

Shows that they take parcelforce but lady at desk says they don’t do parcelforce anymore. At least take it down from your shop if you no longer provide a service.

I very rarely visit but the times I have been here had to queue for about 10-15 minutes. Some staff are helpful and some are rude.

Local post office, friendly professional and very helpful staff, convenient location for me also do my shopping while posting.

Everywhere says it opens at 7!!!!! But it's not! It opens at 8.30. So please change it!!!! As ppl are wasting time and money!
