This was my family's first time having the experience of going I'm going through the process of getting a travel home. All the employees Dan Brittany were very well helpful. Kind, generous gave all the information that we needed and did not try to push on the higher quality stuff that was not needed. I would definitely highly recommend if you're looking for a home that you talk to. Dan, he was a great employee who helped us out as much as possible. Brittany in parts she was awesome. Told us what we needed and what we shouldn't get. She also gave my children some extra fun things for camping. When it came to doing our finances the finance people were awesome. Did not push on any extra packages that were necessary. If you wanted them. You can get them. If you didn't want them. You didn't have to get them. He wasn't pushy and saying get it get it. Get it get it. This was a very great experience for me and my family and I. Like I said I would definitely recommend going there if you are needing a travel home.

Bought a used rv and was talked into an ultimate bumper to bumper warranty where everything is covered. Turns out nothing is covered. Furnace started making a noise. Was told it was a piece of metal that came “loose”. No warranty. Put gorilla tape on it was their fix!! Hot water tank blasts you with cold water when you go to rinse off after soaping down. Perfectly normal on this unit. Sewer gates are hard to open and close. I would have to pay yo have the underbelly pan removed and reinstalled. Gates might be covered. Rear jacks were really slow up and down. Craig Gunderson my salesman pointed that out to me upon delivery. Here the shaft is bent. His response today was “what do you want me to do about it”? No trying work with me or to try and remedy the situation. Now I have a 600.00 bill at Woody’s rv St Albert to put a pot light in. I will NEVER darken their doorway again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RV DEALER FOR ANYTHING!!! They are shysters they only want the money then you’re on your own!!

This summer we had a lot of work scope to complete. Recaulking, replacing cabinet handles due to recall and exterior paint protection redone that required multiple visits and logistics because we had scheduled camping trips in between! Awesome customer service and patience from Amanda Nichol and Nicole Chipchar. We got everything completed this summer. I also want to mention that we were having difficulties with the outdoor kitchen propane quick connect. At first, they said it was okay but it would not click in place. This was a safety hazard so we insisted that someone come out with us so we could show the problem. To our surprise, Brent(manager) came out with us. Without hesitation, he crawled under, found the root cause and gave us a rubber cover for it to keep the dirt/dust from coating the bearing balls inside the quick connect. That is great leadership. Thank you Woody’s Service team!

Stopped by the location a few weeks back, they had most of the staff away at a show for the weekend. We were quickly greeted upon walking into the store and was told if there was anything we were looking for anything specific? We stated we were looking for trailer but more so just looking at this point. She offered to have someone walk us around the lot and show us models that interested us. Upon walking the showroom we thought about looking around the lot. Found Rick one of the managers and instantly felt like he just wanted us out of there and we were holding him up or something. Mentioned we were just looking and he said when you want to buy come see him. Needless to say we went down the road to PulseRV and had amazing service!! before you Pull the trigger on the big purchase give Pulse a chance! they wont skip a beat!

I bought a Rove Lite trailer here. Shane was nice and was able to work with me on price, and stored the trailer for a few months until I was ready to pick it up. The folks in the parts and service departments have been very nice and helpful as well. However, my major complaint is that the ad for the trailer states that it comes with an outdoor shower and a TV, both of which we did not receive. In addition, we were told many times during the orientation that there was an outdoor shower. It turns out there is not, and there is nothing we can do at this point. These are two features that we were expecting to use a lot with young kids. I obviously should have been paying closer attention, but still feel tricked by false advertising.

Excellent experience in all ways. Rick was our salesman and answered a thousand questions with patience. We have dealt with all the departments and they are all super helpful.and friendly. The service staff, Amanda and Nicole, were excellent to deal with. Efficient and kept us up-to-date in what was happening with our warranty repairs and the extras we wanted added. Kevin was also very patient, explaining our inverter and solar panel system. They also wouldn't let us spend money on things they didn't think we would need. Appreciated their honesty.

We purchased a Grand Design Fifthwheel from a dealer in New Brunswick. Because of this we were worried that we wouldn’t get the same service level as people that bought their unit at Woodys. We couldn’t have been more wrong. From the first time we went for warranty work we were made to feel important and very welcome. The service team is incredible. A huge shout out for Amanda and Nicole at the service desk. Their professionalism and good humour has made each visit a very nice experience. We would give them a 5/5 and recommend them highly.

We just bought a used “new to us” 5th wheel holiday trailer from Woody’s RV in Edmonton. Our Sales Rep Rami was awesome to deal with. Professional, courteous and amazing customer service. He went above and beyond. He was patient with the millions questions we had, he made sure we were satisfied but most importantly that the unit was safe for us to do the 5h drive. Woodys was great to deal with however our unit we received is absolutely poor quality. 2 years later, our fridge completely came out of the wall of our 2021 Transcend Xplor 261BH. YIKES. Does warranty cover it? No. What was holding the fridge up you may ask? A couple staples into very thin plywood. It was been disappointing to say the least. A lot of our trim has come off and our outdoor fridge area broke as well for the same reasons. Be careful when purchasing the transcend units.

Started asking questions about a RV we seen at the show with Milton. He was very nice and got back to me fast regarding price and questions. We decided on one pretty quick and visited the showroom where we found everyone very friendly. The manager Sven came over and introduced himself which was a nice touch. Picking up our new unit tomorrow and very excited. So far this has been a great experience.

We had a short time frame to get service work done on our trailer. Woody’s service department was very busy, but they made sure the work was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Amanda did a great job in scheduling the work and following through with timely communication and a great job overall! Kudos to Woody's parts department! I needed to replace my TST TPMS display unit since the dog broke the one I had...yes that is the truth! While I was in Calgary, the Edmonton store ordered it for me to arrive the next day. By the time we got to the Glowing Embers campground, got set up and drove to Woody's, the new unit was there waiting for me! Thanks for the great service!!

Was lied to about the purchased extended warranty. Nothing but a scam. Not sure how you legally get away with it. Will never buy a RV from anyone ever again. Build quality is absolute garbage on todays RVs. Brad nails on partical board with no glue. Horrible craftsmanship. These companies should be ashamed.

Our salesman Joe was fantastic to deal with. He made us feel like family. He has a great sense of humour and we got along excellent.
