was looking for a place to get my 180 lb English Mastiff groomed After bring my dog to my local vet for grooming they called and said the young girl could not groom him because he looked at her funny ... Yogi is a big sweetheart but has not been socialized enough so I wasn't sure how he would react to a groomer... it just became too much of a burden to try to bathe him in a bathtub The owner Richard was so professional and Hymie the groomer was unbelievable with him They did an outstanding job and I would recommend this place to anybody Again Yogi is 180 lb and when I left him there we tried to put him in the holding kennel and he would not go cuz he's never been in a kennel before.... I was not going to force him in so I was considering leaving when Hymie said let's put him in the tub and do him right away... I went up front to pay so when he was done I could just get him from the back door and leave by the time I was done paying they already had Yogi in the tub sitting in the water scrubbing him with their hands and he was just looking around with his ears up They called 10 minutes before he was done so I could rush over and get him because they had nowhere to keep them as he would not go in the kennel... I picked them up from the back door and left I did not see Richard the owner when I pick them up... but Richard took the time to call me on the phone 15 minutes later to tell me what a great dog Yogi he was he was just a pleasure to groom him and have him at their facility... Richard said he could not see how anybody would not groom him because the dog looked at them funny he said Yogi was a big sweetheart... when I picked him up from Hymie ,Hymie said he was just shy... it was an overall great experience with totally professional people it makes a difference dealing with Richard dealing right with the owner and it was a great experience and I now have a place to bring my 180 lb Mastiff to get groomed.... again I would recommend this place to anybody as they bend over backwards to accommodate you anyway that they can it was an overall great experience alright thank the whole team at Wolfgang

I am so furious! I took my dog here on Saturday to get groomed. He hadn't been groomed in about two months because we had a bad experience with our previous groomer. So needless to say he was a little matted and need his nails and such done. I had been looking around at other places to take him, as I do not trust very many people especially with him. I saw this place and walked in. It had a nice environment and the main cashier guy was very friendly, I can't remember his name. I talked to him a little about what I expected and he gave me a good vibe so I decided to try it out. We scheduled the appointment the next day (Saturday). When we came in the groomer Lamar was going to be taking care of us. He felt my dog and said he needed to be shaved because he was matted. We really hesitated and didn't want too, but Lamar was not very comforting or nice. Just simply said it's not required but next time it will be. I asked if he could use a guard and said he couldn't because it wouldn't get through the matte. However our previous groomer was able to use a guard and my dog was just as matted. My boyfriend and I discussed it and proceded with the shave. We left and I called back about an hour to ask Lamar to please keep his face and head longer. A girl answered and said she would. They called us to tell us he was done. When we arrived to pick up our dog. I could NOT believe what a horrendous job that he did. I mean everything is so uneven, he was shaved down so incredibly low. I absolutely hate it. And Lamar didn't even stay in the lobby to talk about what he did with George or how he did. He just went into the back. I was literally crying the whole way home, it is that bad. Than as I am looking closer at him today, my poor dog has HORRIBLE razor burn on his ear. It is so red and irritated. I've never had such an awful experience some where. I don't know about the other groomers but he was awful! Do not go here!!!!!

I really was excited to take Oso (mini poodle) to get groomed professionally for the first time (Durango location). I normally cut his hair myself but I wanted him to get a better shape and style that only a pro could do. The first time I took him, I told the groomer (forgot to get a name) to do a summer cut but a teddy bear face cut. It turned out ok but the head came out bigger than the body. So I thought I’d just wait for next month’s grooming session to clarify more to the groomer what I wanted. The second time, I got a different groomer named Stacey, and showed pics of a style I really like and she seemed to really get what I wanted. When I picked him up, I had a quick glance and he looked better. Once I got home, I noticed a lot of uneven parts on his tail and his snout and he smelled a little like old wet rag. I called back to see if she could fix it. The receptionist was really nice and said I could come in anytime the next day. When I took Oso back, the same groomer seemed a bit stressed. Took Oso and fixed him a bit and it turn out a bit better but definitely not close to what I asked them to do in the first place. When Stacey handed him over she asked “Are you sure he looks fine now because the first time you said he looked perfect?” I had a quick glance at Oso at the time he looked fine and they seemed busy so I didn’t want to hold them up by inspecting his grooming. I never like to bother anyone but he didn’t look like he was professionally groomed. I wanted a teddy bear cut and I didn’t get that. I just wish they would pay attention more to what the pet owner’s want.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!! I have been a long time customer of Woof Gang Bakery and up until now have had no issues, but with this recent experience, I am appalled and disgusted at the groomers and the owner. This location keeps cards on the animals that they groom to note any special requests or grooming notes. My 4 year old shih txu has sensitive skin and it has been noted several times to not use the clippers on his private parts. However, this time they ignored my requests and still used the clippers, causing him to break out in that area. Upon letting the owner know, she was very rude and didn't even apologize, I was calling to inform her of the mistake, but she assumed I was calling for a refund and became frustrated. She then went on to say that my dog was the problem and that I should find another groomer because my requests are too difficult and that none of the groomers want to groom him anymore. In my opinion this is the most unprofessional response you can give a customer who has given your business plenty of money. The dogs and their owners are what keep this business running and it seems as if the owner has lost sight of this and is more interested in the money. The only reason why this post has one star is because of their worker Richard. He is the best thing going for them! Take my advice and take your fur baby somewhere else! This business doesn't deserve the luxury or servicing pets!!

I have been a long time customer of this establishment since 2014. When Jim use to own the location. My Pug dog loves his grooming with Stacey and she has provided excellent service. Too bad the new owners are not good owners. Well, Richard is a decent man, his wife... not so much. Unfortunately, today will be the last time I visit this location. The new owner Chin Ali Kuok was so rude, argumentative and offensive that I will never spend another penny here. She literally doubled the pricing of my grooming, without warning, then decided to tell me of services performed that I have never requested. After 4+ years, I believe there is never a variance in what services my dog receives. They are clearly losing money, and it shows through Chin Ali Kuoks temper, combative and aggressive tone. Well Chin Ali Kuoks, i spend over $2k a year at that store, but I assure you this. I will never spend another penny there or refer another customer to you for as long as you own this location. Which my estimate would be not much longer. Businesses (especially small) move closer and closer to bankruptcy, one lost customer at a time.

Where should I even begin? I am beyond happy with the service we received! I moved to Vegas two years ago and have been on the hunt for a quality, caring, and reliable groomer. I visited two others over the course of two years, but as soon as I called Woof today I knew I chose the right place as soon as the kind man answered the phone. He was nothing but sweet, helpful, accommodating, appreciative, and reassuring when I called. I also interacted with two others who worked there and they were just as wonderful as he was. I have two goldendoodles who require grooming services but I wanted to know I was leaving them in the hands of a quality, caring groomer. I found that place today! My dogs came out looking better than they ever have before and seemed genuinely happy too. I will definitely be returning to Woof Gang. I can’t sing their praises enough. And bonus- they also have the cutest bakery inside too! Do yourself a favor and check out Woof Gang.

This was my first time attempting to take my dog to a groomer because I dont trust people cutting my dog so I normally do it and the experience I had with the receptionist was terrible, when I called to make the appointment she sounded really stressed and was so eager to get me off the phone. My wife called a second time on a different day to reschedule our dog for a grooming and we got the same receptionist she was so rude and we could only assume it was because we were rescheduling the appointment but I didn't know that was a crime.. so as we continue with rescheduling the appointment we tried to apologize but got the phone hung up in my wife's face and when we tried to call back the line was busy for about 30 mins until I called on a different phone to figure out what the problem was but all in all very unprofessional and I don't feel comfortable bringing my dog here..

We have been long time customers and have been disappointed in the past year. The consistency of good grooming was bad. The groomers haven't done a good job. They have come and gone quickly. One time, the dogs got kennel cough. They hadn't been anywhere else to contact it. We planned to go somewhere else for this grooming but it fell through, so we decided to go back here to try one more time. The cuts were beautiful but almost immediately our oldest dog was showing signs of irritation in his ears. The shaving was very close to his skin. Within 3 days, the irritation was worse, the redness was extreme, and a foul odor started. We spent $240 at the vet to treat a massive double ear infection. Yeast based. Since our dog has never had an ear infection, it had to be something with the grooming. Bye bye. Please think twice before sending your dogs here for grooming.

I have a post on yelp for this so called Grommer .first off I have the right second it’s my money paid for this service third they are my dogs .so called Michelle who did my dogs is good well know your not you like to shave dogs to safe you time it’s easy and lazy .you hurt my dog and my pom doesn’t even look like she went to a Grommer lol..it’s funny because this time we sat in my car brushed my malti Pooh sewing if there were mats lol but no only a few on her collar area and one end of her tail .so why you felt the need to shave her down everything her ears tail feet head like come on it’s ridiculous .never again my bad should have listen to the other reviews..106$ waisted and my poor Lille Pooh disgraceful grooming !! Update 8/19/23: Still super-clean! Better, the woman who works here is a really kind person. Not only does she always help us get what we need for our pup, but she cares about us. Example: Today she even warned us and told us how to protect ourselves from floods tomorrow. Thank you for humanizing our shopping experience! _________ Love this place! Owner/manager is passionate and kind and cares about our pups. Very clean location (Others can be humid from grooming activities and poor ventilation). They also carry 3 of my favorite things that can be hard to find: 1) Primal freeze dried nuggets 2) Orijen kibble lean 3) Marrow bones

My wife and I are only in Vegas for a short time, but we’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The owner keeps the frozen raw food in stock that we need, and their overall selection is super high quality. Most importantly though, the customer service is outstanding. She always is happy to see us, got our dog a birthday treat, and our new baby a stuffed animal. When she was out of stock once for the food we wanted she gave us a free pouch of wet food while we waited. Haven’t had a bad experience here, and I wish we were staying longer...it’s a great personal neighborhood store.

I've seen Woof Gang Bakery at pet events across the valley for the past few years, and have always wanted to take my pup ever since I got her a year ago. This past weekend, we finally made an appointment to get a full groom for my long haired miniature dachshund, and from beginning to end... Hymie did the most incredible job in grooming my DEAF 13 yr old Emmy. I told them that she got nicked at another groomer and even the vet groomer couldn't handle her. I was having to let the vet put her asleep and then she was shaved down to the bone. Not fun. They assured me that Hymie would be able to groom her and they were so right. Hymie is so wonderful and she looked beautiful. When I picked her up only 3 hours later I cried, I was so happy-- I would give him 10 stars and recommend him to everyone. Everyone in the store is wonderful, courteous and so nice.

Woofgang is the best pet store you can go to for food and grooming! I read a review saying the owner was rude. This us completely false. The owners have ALWAYS made us feel special coming in. They go the extra distance, even helping customers take bags of food to their cars and opening the door for them as they leave. The groomers are fantastic. Our two Goldens love going there for their pampering. The food may be pricey but hey if you are going to own a pet, treat them right and buy them good, healthy food. Give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

WOW WOW WOW! Tried this place on a whim for grooming for the first time today and Jaime is a magician! Our dog has NEVER looked so good and we have taken her to sooo many groomers. She is a very hyper mini poodle/bichon mix. Most groomers are lazy and just buzz her super short instead of taking the time to make her look the way Jaime did. We can’t get over how cute she looks! There was a man and woman upfront when we checked out who were super friendly. We have two more dogs and will definitely be bringing them next! Thank you Jaime!

Just moved to the area and I was looking for a local dog groomer near me. I called and they fit my baby coco in right away same day! The lady Explained what packages they had which I appreciated. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted, the lady and guy were so nice. Susan was coco’s groomer and she was a delight! Listened to how I wanted him groomed and was very gentle with him which I appreciated. Definitely going to keep bringing coco here, the place was very fast, clean, organized and professional. Thank you!

We went another location to get Graham our frenchie who turns 2 yrs old today and they had 2 big cakes and hardly any cookies or treats yet I still purchased some things to support But then drove to this location and was in dog heaven instantly the owner is AMAZING the store has plenty of cookies, cakes, treats and is very well stocked plus the owner is very knowledgeable and a thank you gift for shopping and refused the tip tell you so much about her humbleness I strongly recommend this location ❤

Love this place!!! They have the best buffet table of treats that our dogs love. Great selection of other treats all over the store. The groomers always do a great job using the dremel on my dogs nails. Its a plus that they offer military discount. I moved further away and still go to them. Love the owners. They are so caring, friendly and go the extra mile. Always offer to open the door on my way out and carry dog food to my car. Just love the gesture. You dont get that anymore

A great place for healthy dog food and treats! They have a great variety of all high-quality, higher end dog and cat foods and treats. The owners here are very helpful and friendly. The wife always gives us free samples for our cat to try. Since she knows he's a very picky eater. A very clean and great place to buy all of your fur babies food and treats. They even have baked cookies and cakes for special occasions for dogs. They also do grooming here, which we have never tried.

We have been coming to Woof Gang for years. Chin Li and Richard are great owners and the pride of their store shows. Excellent service, high quality bakery goods and food for pets, and Ashley is the BOMB for grooming! Lola and Louie just love coming in to see her for a bath and a trim and leave looking like they are ready for the dog show! Fantastic folks, they had suggested a better quality chew toy, "Fluff Tuff" and our puppy loves it! Very calm environment, met my first English Bulldog! Very interesting selection of healthy dog treats. I believe the owners were whom I'd met, however if you are looking around for healthy and fresh treats and other things, please go here if you want to actually feed your dog/family well. These large chains are just bad.

I had a great first time experience at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming! Everything was positive from the phone confirmation to picking up my dog. I was impressed with how fast my dog was ready, I'm use to her being there for 3-4 hours, she was ready in an hour and she looked fabulous. The experience was good for her and me. We will come back! I have 3 Cavaliers and an old, aggressive Pom. They were all looking pretty rough due to us moving and then unable to get bathed and brushed properly. I was recommended this place, Ashley in particular, and was not disappointed. Ashley did all 4 in one afternoon and was able to groom my aggressive one without any problem and they all came out looking beautiful. I highly recommend them for grooming.

I’m over the top satisfied with my experience! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. There aren’t enough good things I can say about Stacey who did and exceptional job grooming my Goldendoodle. She took the time to meet and greet us upon arriving, listened to our needs and desires about the hair style we wanted and just like that Boom! She delivered and we couldn’t be happier.

Been going here since it first opened. The staff and owners' knowledge about the dog products they carry is great. They also keep track of what I purchase, so when I forget which brand of food or protein source I last bought my dogs, they will let me know. The quality of products they carry and the reasonable prices are a great find in this city. The grooming services are also great.

Originally started shopping here because they have Fromm cat food. Kept coming back for dog stuff too! The staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and sweet. My first time here and I’m so upset. I just left and I asked for them not to shave my boy or cut the top of his head. I guess my request didn’t matter. Don’t get me wrong very nice people and great atmosphere. But after spending $70 on something I could’ve done myself. I don’t see myself ever coming here again. Definitely waste of money

We went here for grooming because every where else did a bad job on our Pomeranian. When the groomer met or dog, he was gentle and careful with her. When we got our dog back, she was absolutely great looking. The groomer did a fantastic job. We have never been so happy. All the staff are friendly. We will definitely be going back here.

took my pup here to get her nails trimmed and for a dremel. (we’re aware her is quick is long) she comes back and her nail was bleeding, had to get the groomer out to my car to put something on her nail to stop it from bleeding. the groomer did not mention anything to me when i picked her up. will not be bringing my babe back.

When a groomer dictates how your pet is to be groomed, move on!! They refused to listen to my request, and to make matters worse said take it or leave it. A little background, my dog gets groomed every 6-8 weeks. I spend a lot of $$ on taking good care of my dog. Time to find another groomer!! Not professional at all!!!

I purchased a birthday cake for my pit bull, Gershwin! The cake was very well-decorated that it was tempting my family to eat it. He loves peanut butter so I'm so happy they were able to make a peanut butter banana cake. It was perfect for him! We will be buying all of his gourmet treats and future cakes from Woof Gang!

Ashley is amazing with our nervous Golden doodle. The whole staff is amazing and owner as well! They all truly care about pets. Our doodle trusted Ashley to groom him whereas he trusts no one else in Vegas to do so. This is the only place we will frequent from now on, they have our business as long as we live in Vegas!

I buy food for my 3 dogs at this store and would not go anywhere else. It's actually a bit of a drive, but the quality of their products, reasonable prices, and great customer service make the drive well worth while. The owners are truly animal lovers and very caring, and the store and products offered are amazing.

This place is far from my house but i would go time and time again. The manager was super nice he knew about his products and the kindness he gave my dog was just amazing. It was my dogs birthday so he threw in a free salmon skin stick and gave him 2 treats :) my dog was beyond happy. And if hes happy, I'm happy.

Very professional. We have taken our dog there a few times and he always looks great. Our dog matted during the COVID shutdown when we were out of town and they were very accommodating trying to get us in asap when we got back into town, despite being fully booked out for nearly a week.

I have a large Great Dane puppy that hates to get his nails cut and they do a great job with him! Everyone in there is very loving towards him too. It's also worth mentioning that every time I've been in there, I have seen the same man help costumers carry things to their car.

I did not feel confortable with the way I was treated. But it was a misunderstand when the owner called she was very polite and we were able to work things out. I believe they care and took the time to call me. For that i have moved to a 3 star and will return to the store.

I have 4 Poms and I haven't had any issues with their care or grooming. My dogs are good yet can be feisty at first. The Staff is very caring themselves and my dogs reflect it. Ive continued using them. I switched from another local Groomer to Woof Gang. Thank You both!

We took in our old guy who was huge and they took such great care of him at the groomers (Spoiled him where he didnt want to leave). Then took our new baby in today and again, super helpful kind and VERY generous with time and effort. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

They did amazing with my senior corgi. She sheds sssoo bad in her older age, she came out so soft and shedding free! Her corgi butt shave was perfect! That’s been a struggle with other groomers, but they nailed it! I’ll be taking our other dog to them as well!

Great customer service and product knowledge. I would highly recommend for a quick treat for your fury friend or taking a trip to pick up food for them. I am going to try their grooming service to see how they perform. Returning soon in the near future!!

I have been coming to this bakery and grooming company since I adopted my Morkie, in November. Everyone is friendly. My dog who is a little crazy, instantly took to Sherry the groomer. The treats are awesome, too. I would not go anywhere else.

Great Grooming and for a very low cost compared to anywhere else we've been. Store has plenty of pet supplies and treats, we have an Alaskan Malamute who can be extremely picky on treats, she ended up really enjoying the jerky.

Brought my daughters Schnauzer in for a cut. We just moved here from Florida and we're worried about finding a new groomer. She was amazing. A million times better than anything we've had in Florida. We will be returning.

They have been grooming my dog for 4 years now and do a pretty good job. Comparable to every other place. Lots of options with natural foods and treats, etc. I believe in supporting small businesses vs. large companies.

Other groomers were all busy. Richard said he would fit us in the next day. The groomer is a real pro, very good with dogs. A little pricier than others but I felt it was a fair deal given the quality of service

I love the boutique style setting..it is beautifully decorated. They sell baked items, like cookies, for your dogs. They carry raw dog food, per Dr Mercola is the best for dogs.

Way over priced for grooming. I do appreciate their huge selection of dog treats. The owner was very helpful in educating me on the best CBD treats for my anxious puppy.
