Not sure how this place has so many good reviews... I'm in town for a couple weeks and needed to do laundry, so I dropped mine and my wife's clothes off here to be washed and folded on Saturday afternoon. Just got back to the hotel and opened the laundry bags and... All of our clothes are completely wrinkled, folded up in weird ways (half of the clothes are inside out and folded in such a way as to wrinkle them to hell), and worst of all: most of our clothes are stained!! My shorts have oil stains ALL over them, and my wife's shirts were destroyed (brand new shirts). These aren't super fancy clothes or anything special, just basic t-shirts and jeans, etc. The $30 we paid to wash roughly 30 garmets worth was not only expensive but a total waste of our time as now we have to go purchase new stuff for the rest of the trip. I definitely wouldn't bring my clothes here if I was worried about ruining anything. Finally: the place only accepts cash. Super inconvenient. :/

When I asked at my hotel where the neighborhood does its washing, the manager insisted I try this establishment. He was absolutely right. I’ve used laundry services on three continents including two different Australian cities, and this place is by far the best. Price is very low compared to competition but quality - washing and folding - is tops! Turn around for wash-and-fold was less than one day. I’ve heard that former Woolloomooloo residents cross town to take their clothes back to this place for cleaning, and I can see why. I certainly would. Phenomenal. A local gem.

This place is very small, with only 5 washers and 5 or 6 dryers. They seemed busy at 9 am (with drop off laundry) , but the very nice lady there made room for myself and my friend to do our self wash. it was $5 to wash and included a heap of washing powder and took 40min and $6 for 30 mins to dry, which was plenty of time and all our clothes wee nicely dried. I’ll definitely be back before we leave Sydney. Also there is a cool coffee shop at the end of the block, which helped make it a very pleasant experience

Lady there is really nice. I mostly use them for bed linens (wash and press) but the price is reasonable across various items. FYI - 8 pillow cases, 2 duvet covers, 2 fitted and 2 folded sheets (king and queen) usually come to 90-100$. I’m not sure if I take expensive dresses there though. Cash only sadly.

Absolutely lovely people working here. Professional. Able to wash and dry clothes in two hours and they keep their promise. Very affordable too. Just to illustrate: they delivered my clothes folded and clean. The socks were sorted too. I've come here several times and will be coming back

I found this service to be excellent. The staff there seemed friendly and the cost is unbelievable fair. The hotel would have charged me almost $300 for what I had cleaned and this place only cost me $13. Truly unheard of! And it was done in 2 hours as promised.

Terrible experience here. Ended up with a bunch of new white t-shirts ruined because they were obviously washed with colours. Would have happily paid for 2 separate washes so I could continue wearing those tees.

Dropped off my work uniform to get washed and dried and they were able to get it done for me in less than 2 hrs. Decent pricing. Friendly staff. High recommended! Paid 12.00 for 5 pieces

Very good service that went over and above. I put in late in the afternoon and my laundry was completed by 8:30. $20 for wash, dry and fold for a large load. I would highly recommend.

Friendly service and reasonable prices. Although my nice bright, cream coat came back looking a little dull and grey. Probably wouldn't go there again.

One of my pet peeves is cash only places - it was not in the description and did not find put till I got there. Come on - join the 21st century.

We use this place once a week for shirts and find the service very good. The owners are friendly and the shirts always look good.

This Business no longer opens on Sundays. Shame for those who cant use it any other day. Their loss is another businesses gain.
