I attended this chemist with my grandfather for his seasonal COVID jab, he is frail and suffers with dementia so I was reticent about taking him to a chemist instead of his GP, but I can only say that the service and kindness shown to us both was outstanding. The young lady who vaccinated my grandfather, was so kind and gentle and informative.I would recommend this chemist as they obviously care, well done to all the pharmacy and a special thankyou to the young lady Vaccinator for treating my grandfather with such compassion.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have never been to Woolwich Late Night Pharmacy until I had my 1st vaccination booked here. I was pleasantly surprised to find the inside very spacious, clean and staff very friendly. A few steps down a short stairway and you will be where the vaccination was carried out. (There are more medical services upstairs) A lift is available for those who needs it. I feel reassured to return here for my booked 2nd vaccination dose. Thank you and well done to the staff working there!

Me and my family have been using the pharmacy for many years now and they never fail to impress. Pharmacist Shova Kandel always gives helpful advise and i’m really thankful for their home delivery service (even on a Sunday). I was touched with the follow up calls to check the progress and improvements, thank you so much to Shobha and the entire team at the Woolwich late night pharmacy, really appreciate it, We highly recommend to everyone!

No star, honestly. The place is filthy. Windows are full of finger prints, all white surfaces are black with dirt. Floor is dirty at 9am. Rubbish left lying on corridor. This place was not cleaned in years. Customer service is zero. Nurse being one hour late for COVID vaccine. People waiting and waiting.....I cannot understand why authorities allow a place like this to operate. Never seen a pharmacy as dirty as this one

5stars. I recently had my COVID jab here and have to say the customer service was excellent. The consultant bich was amazing and made me feel so at ease and comfortable as I was very nervous. I’m so glad to have been met with bich as she made my experience so amazingly comfortable! I will be returning for my booster and won’t be going elsewhere. Thank you

Had my second vaccine here which was administered promptly without any pain, have just had my third vaccine here ( Moderna ) & feel like somebody has shot me in the arm with a shotgun. Had they administered the third vaccine correctly it would have been 5 stars. I did express that I wanted Astra Zenica like the first two & maybe that annoyed her?

Was a bit sceptical to get my vaccine here based on other reviews but honestly they were so efficient, I checked in, sat down, was called in and out the place within 10 minutes (I booked). I was nervous getting my 1st dose (Pfizer) but lovely man walking around kept the atmosphere light and made the whole experience that much better.

Had a very good experience when I came for my second vaccination here (including pre-visit telephone calls which were answered in a courteous and friendly way). However, I thought about getting my pre-departure PCR test here as well until I saw the prices starting at £165! There's no excuse to charge such high prices, in my opinion.

I had a 1120 am Covid vaccination booked ,and the Pharmacy was locked up nobody around or signs on the door. I appreciate it was a bank holiday however if bookings are being taken and the site is being paid by NHS to administer these surely these booked times should be upheld. I can not get back my unpaid leave I had to take.

Used the COVID/Flu jab service around 11.30 am today and was so impressed by the care and attention given by the female member of staff on duty. She was thoroughly professional and excellent at her job. Much appreciated!
