Never an issue shopping in person here! But I had to give it 3 Star due to MY FIRST ONLINE GROCERY SHOPPING AND AN ITEM OR TWO WASNT IN THERE today! Luckily called customer service were helpful offered me a coupon but I declined and said give it to someone else who may need it but refunded me which was good. I think to avoid future tampering with whoever is maybe and I’m just saying maybe who takes the food items they should seal the groceries delivered to the homes for your customers in future so nobody can steal it or take it. I mean it could just be human error that someone forgot to put the items in my order.

Poor selection of fresh fruit, prices weren't very competitive, the aisles were clean and held plenty of stock , the bakery items were horrible and none were fresh and the bottle shop was being renovated or something because sadly there was little to no stock and what we purchased the days before was not able to be continued to be stoked in the fridge on our visit , the lad working apologised and hoped soon the work would be completed.

There’s two an old Blond ladies behind the counter they are very arrogant and disrespectful & racist they need re-trains and follow the policy &producers their behaviours absolutely unacceptable they can’t treat the costumers like that. I’ll find their names and will add in my comment so like that manager can find it out and re-training them. I’m very upset I was embarrassed in front others.

Staff are friendly and helpful but would like to see more variety of merchandise especially home brand products which are disappearing and other favourite items are also not available any more eg lrg lemon cream yoghurt ,homebrand frozen lemon cheese cake and the list go on,these items are available at liverpool Westfield but it would be nice if I could purchase them at Miller

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Brad at Miller Woolworths. He helped me over the phone check some stock after calling many stores, and I was very grateful for his help. When I arrived I asked for him and he assisted greatly, perfect customer service and very understanding. Great staff member! Should be highly commended.

Appaulled by rudeness of some staff. I asked 3 staff to please pull their masks up...i was yelled at & told they were allowed to pull their masks down whilst talking to each other! I've never heard of such stupidity. I did inform the manager on duty so hopefully these few will get educated sooner rather than later.

The worst fruit and vegetables in Sydney. As soon as I take the fruit and veggies home they start rotting. Grrr In addition the shopping baskets and trolleys need to be cleaned with detergent and methylated spirit‘s. You can feel the grease and DNA from previous customers hands and fluids. Yuk

This supermarket is OK, doesn't stock everything you may need but has most things, the bakery section is very small and the fruit and veg doesn't stock everything either, or if they do it may only be a small. Amount so they run out quickly. Good to dash in to get basics

Very good customer service. Cant understand one thing this store does not have all the food varities as most of the other stores. Mostly meat range.Need to update price changes on there registers often. Great place to shop around.

Unfortunately the store has been turned into a mini store with no deli reduced bulk items and paying premium prices compared to other Woolworths more out of stock items compared to close stores disappointing overall

Store needs an uplift predominantly in the chilled, frozen and hardware/laundry sections. I rarely buy chilled or frozen foods from here let alone do a big shop. This is more on the level of a quick stop dairy run.

This shopping center is full of junkies and thieves if you go there make sure lock up your car,don't leave any expensive things inside your car otherwise you won't find them when you return to your car.

It's a great cosy little woolies. Staff are all awesome, and Brad (assistant store manager) always has a moment to check in on his usual customers. No matter how snowed under he is.

Very helpful staff even when we use self serve checkouts! Today 2/01/2020, a staff member called Kaitlin tried her best to help each customer and thanks to her everything went well.

Only come here for click and Collect but majority of the time they don't have my items ONLY because of lockdown, everything is out of stock. But this place is alright. Not too bad.

The young lady that served my elderly mother was very polite and very helpful. She is a credit to your company. The place was clean and free of clutter.

Staff always lovely and very helpful, they offer a good community feel. The stock itself is a bit limited, need more "home brand" or Woolies options.

Staff are great here , knowledgeable , has a bakery, good selection of meat , great self serve deli , shop is clean and tidy, parking isn't too bad
