employee named sam was very rude to my son and i today. My son who has cerebral palsy was in the aisle picking out a snack when this employee with one of those trolleys came rushing down the aisle laughing. it scared my son and instead of stopping or slowing down he continued and almost knocked my son down. I confronted the employee and explained to him how dangerous his behaviour was, he scoffed at me and called me a karen. i tried contacting the store a few times to put in a complaint but no answer. It’s unprofessional and unsafe here. won’t be returning. Sam, you have tormented my kid, who is young and disabled. do better!

The staff name is Sadhana. This person opened all my bags without my consent, she looked at them, and asked why I went to a different ACO checkout instead of going to the original ACO checkout machine. I told her I wanted to buy more coffee while paying for my vitamin pills, and paid at a different checkout but it was exactly the same. It's unpleasant that the customer was suspected of being a thief without asking about the situation. I want furthur action taken. I have been accused of stealing when clearly I had paid for them. I want an apologize.

The store is clean but I just really don't like how there is only 3 self serves with cash. Every other one is card only. So you're standing there holding up the line because some people have cash. You can't go to the cash register because no1 is there or it's always full. We need more registers or self serve with cash. Other then that the store is great.

I appreciate picking up orders from their online section as a delivery driver. The staffs are courteous and helpful, and orders are typically ready on time. Those at Baulkham Hills Woolies could take a cue from the excellent service at Rouse Hill.

Good stuff for the display. Seems pretty exciting in the mall. The offers were different and nice in this woolworths. Good variety, too. Nicely managed. Staff was helpful, and checkout was easier. Parking is also very close to the shop.

What a great experience to use Shop and Go. So handy and it makes shopping just that more easier! Would keep coming back here just for that!
