Being a longtime locals, we prefer to spend our money locally, however we won’t be getting our pizzas from Woori Yallock Pizza Cafe again Once bitten, twice shy…third/fourth/tenth time DONE! The only thing this cafe is consistent with is their inconsistency. Order something, usually wrong (I double checked tonight) Order, arrive to pick up, and like tonight, after giving the benefit of the doubt and waiting an extra 10 minutes after they said it would be ready, arrive to pay, then get told “the docket didn’t print so we are making it now” Watched one couple bring back uncooked/still cold lasagne and garlic bread…that was a bit of entertainment during my extra half hour wait. Watched staff routinely ignore phone calls & customers who were waiting in store. So if you ring and don’t get through, they are probably there…just not interested in taking your order. But the clincher tonight was watching one of the staff rub her nose and then dive that same hand into the cheese…mmm tasty!! So thanks for the memories WYPC, but we’ll be heading to the Log Cabin from now on.

We came into tonight, being a public holiday and the only place open you guys were so busy, but I just wanted to say doing a really great job. Unfortunately, when I was in your shop an older ‘man’ was extremely rude to the staff calling them f**king hopeless. This person was clearly a slob of a human. I could tell the staff were working as quickly as they could. I’m so sorry you had to deal with a person who thinks verbally abusing people working in a pizza shop on a public holiday is ok. That person sucks, you do not. Keep up the good work! Our pizza’s were delish too!

Unfortunately the service, or lack of service and the WAIT for what was meant to be 20 minute pizzas turned in 1hr 30 is unacceptable. You lost my order and still didn't know that you had lost it !!! Some advice - hire extra staff, put someone on to answer the phone, you fluffed around, walked in circles, and did nothing constructive the whole time I was there. It would absolutely be in your best interest to have 2 people making pizza and you maybe take a short course in " How To Run a Successful Take-away" !!!! And in the end the pizzas were not even cooked ....

We have tried this place a few times now and have been disappointed each time. Although very generous with toppings, everything is always undercooked. The pizza is never hot, only warm and toppings and dough aren’t cooked through. Even the garlic bread was undercooked and super chewy. We had read this in other reviews and hoped it had been a one off but unfortunately it seems to be consistent. Hopefully they can take note of the feedback and improve.

Fantastic local take away that also cooks lovely fish and chips and burgers. They definitely need to change their name so everyone knows they're more than just pizza. And the mousse was divine!! Friendly staff, quick service and delicious fresh food makes Woori Pizza Cafe an important place for locals.

By a country mile... the worst pizzas in the yarra valley. Drive to dominos, or get a frozen mccain pizza from the local foodworks.... the two most disgusting options, could be considered award winning compaired to worri pizza. Sloppy, undercooked oily mess, badly made from start to finish and the owner doesnt care, used to be a regular many years ago but 6 months since my last disappointment with the same experience and im honestly surprised this buisness is still running. Never again.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza without olives, but they put olives on it. Not great for someone who doesn’t like the overpowering taste of olives, and not the first time they can’t get this right. Also ordered potato cakes and chips, probably the worst hot chips I’ve ever had - soft and full of oil and unpalatable. Called to give the owner feedback and was told he’s too busy! Very poor customer service. Will not eat here again and would recommend no one else does either.

Pizza is average at best. Staff are useless, the joint is run by children. Get told 15-20 minutes and it's minimum half an hour, orders incorrect, whatever can go wrong chances are it will. Been here about 5 times and been the same every time, the only reason I've made the same mistake so many times is because its about 3 minutes from home. Litteraly one of the worst pizza shops I have been to.

Stopped here for a pizza with the kids. Place was really run down and plates and cutlery were dusty and greasy, we pointed it out and handed them back but weren’t offered clean ones. There was food squashed on the carpet which staff just stepped over. Pizza quality and ingredients were average with what looked like pre-shredded ham strings and plastic tasting cheese.

Really hoped it had gotten better as we stopped going coz it went down hill. Ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and garlic and cheese pizza.... no flavour what so ever! So bland. The cheese and garlic didnt taste like garlic at all and the cheese had zero flavour. Unfortunately the tandoori was very much the same.... next to no tandoori flavour... wont be going back.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery spent 5 minutes on the phone having to repeat my phone number over and over finally managed to place to order 2 hours goes by and I call back wondering if it’s even coming just to find out they had the adress and the number wrong dispite telling them 10 times Terrible customer service

Was overcharged 10 dollars. When we questioned this we were told we didn't specify we were ordering the three pizza deal despite ordering the exact items in that deal. Can't see myself being able to enjoy pizzas with this bitter taste in my mouth. Won't be going back.

Four of us had fish and chips last night without doubt the worst i have ever had .Thought we may have been in trouble when the oil was soaking through the wrap as i left the shop. However that was nothing compared to what was inside .Fish was so tough you would have needed a steak knife to eat it ,two bites and all in the bin .Never again!

I'm not sure who gives this place 5 stars but it's really awful. We stupidly got take away because Log Cabin was shut and the food was all oil soaked and under cooked. I'm sure it was busy but that's no excuse to expect people to pay for undercooked soggy food. It's a reminder why i stopped going there in the first place. YUK.

Just ordered 2 large chips and 4 pieces of Flake. Two out of the four flake were as tough as leather even the dog had trouble eating them, and 2 large chips barley fed my husband myself and our 7 year old! Not worth the money unfortunately shame we are all for supporting local business!

Average at best. Requested for pick up a certain time. Got there 5 minutes early. Could easily tell pizzas have been ready for at least 10 minutes. By the time I got them home (5 min drive) they were cold. Flavour ok. Base was like cardboard. Won't be hurrying back

very busy the day I visited. Staff had ceased taking phone orders due to demand, as most other shops were closed. Despite all, the staff worked hard to serve and the pizzas were lovely!

The quality and taste used to be excellent. Not sure what's happened. The pizza bases are chewy and tasteless. Have tried a few times and have been disappointed each time.

Absolutely terrible ordered chips, dim sims crab sticks and potato cakes for the family all undercooked just oily and doughy and they didn't put in the right amount of crab sticks. Will never go back again . Not nice at all!!

I love their gourmet pizzas and they do takeaway on their main meals as well.

Possibly the worst pizzas I have ever had! For the past three times at least my pizza has been soggy with too much cheese and annundercooked base! No sauce and has no flavour! Very disappointed!!!

What an awesome place to drop in after a ride on the way back to Melbourne. Grabbed a beer and an awesomely topped pizza. Incredible Parmas too; with a difference. Totally recommend this place.

Good pizza, gf base are really good. Place was under maintenance, so we had to take it and eat in the car.

Poor service, ordered pizza went to pick it up and they had given to someone else, had to wait ages for my pizza and earlier that same day they did the same thing to my nephew

Not recommended could cook a 4 course meal quicker then getting something delivered, customer service is poor and need to tell how ripe is an avocado not impressed.

Gorgeous food as always. I love the chicken valentino with salad, very yummy. The food is always hot and the owner us really kind and friendly.
