My experience with this car rental wasn't exactly favorable as they proved unreliable and worse of, inconsistent in their billings. I was put in a very precarious position because I was naive to rely on them. Apparently, the website is inoperable and hence any confirmation booking is ineffective. The workers appeared dodgy and hence you must err on the side of caution when dealing with them. Cheers! Update: Many thanks to management for reaching out to address my concerns. I will endeavor to give your car leasing service another try in the near future. Based on my experience, I am privy to the fact that the actions of some employees does not directly define the anatomy of an entire business albeit effective training will avert some of these challenges in the future. Thus, at no material time should an employee knowingly block and deny a customer's request to speak to a supervisor and or the manager then proceed to filter calls to the business. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. How can you change cars and drivers the morning of the trip, no car insurance or road worthiness sticker on the car you gave us , and the police stopped us for that at least 6times. We had police delays because the company didn’t have the car documents, plus they were 2hours late to pick us up in the morning . Because of all that, we ended up heading back to Accra from Capecoast at 8pm… and guess what ?1 THE CAR HEADLIGHTS WERE FAULTY!!. How do you put people at risk like this?? Will you do that to your own family?Another 5 police stops. If we could, we’d report this company to the authorities for putting our lives in danger. Absolutely horrible!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️

Heritors Labs was pleased to use a Toyota Hiace from Wopecar to transport disabled students from the Office of Students with Special Needs at the University of Ghana to a programme at AITI-KACE in Accra, which we organised. The feedback we received from the participants indicated that the vehicle was very comfortable. Simple, Easy & Straightforward. Customer service is very helpful and polite. In one instance I was asked by a police officer to provide the insurance details for the car. In that instant I just called the customer service team and the situation was immediately resolved and all necessary documents provided! I honestly did not believe that renting a car in Ghana would be this easy and accessible. WOP3CARS, has genuinely improved my mindset about car renting in Accra. They are actually scam. Be careful when working with them. Everything about them is bad. Bad timing, bad behavior from drivers by begging for money when the delivering and picking up cars, customer service is very poor. All they care about is their money and they are always finding ways to eat into the security fee you pay. Cars are in poor conditions. Everything about them is poor. No wonder their drivers been dealing with customers directly for good deals. The worst car rental service ever.

Personally I’ve had such great experience patronizing their services. The second time wasn’t any different. I got the exact car I booked the very day and time i wanted it delivered. The car was neat, had no faults and was fit for the road. The customer service is a 10/10 and the security deposit is immediately refunded when they receive the car.
