I took my car for a wash today . I paid $100 The guy said that they would polish inside and outside. When I went to pick up the car: They did a very basic wash. There were stains on the body, roof and hood. The guy was insisting that they did polish and I showed him that some spots were even not cleaned let alone polished. He was saying they can show the camera recording that they did polish The wheels were dirty When I got home, I wiped a part of the bonnet with a paper towel the smokey dirt was coming off. There were obvious stains and smokey dirt which should not exist after polish. The boot was not vacuumed. They vacuumed the boot after I mentioned. I had some clothings in plastic bags in the boot for donation. All they had to do was to move them or push them one side and clean the boot. I showed them the edges of the boot how dirty it was left, the guy said the $100 wash does not include that, it is only done with detailed wash which will cost $250

WARNING Today i attended "Wow hand car wash" where i paid $25.00 for my car to be cleaned. After leaving and parking my car in the sun i was taken back and NOT in a good way! It looked like the car had been cleaned with steel wool! (Pics for your attention - before and after) Given i had only recently had my car recently professionally detailed and paint corrected, i knew that this damage had only JUST occurred. I immediately returned to WOW hand car wash to express my dissapointment in which the manager completely denied and removed himself from any responsibility. I tried to explain that the car had only recently been detailed, he simply didnt want any bar of what i was advising. I am now out of pocket an additional $600 at a minimum to fix and return my car to its prior state. FINALLY, DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! You dont want to experience the woeful wokmanship that ive just experienced!

As a gift my son paid to get my car detailed. Told them not to take shortcuts. Paid for WOW clean and shampoo of back seats. Outside is very good but interior is very poor. Did not lift carpet mats or back seatbelts to vacuum under. Still dust and dirt in these areas. Where a disabled sticker is attached to the front window there was residual glue/blu tack left on window. Sticker had been removed. Cost was not a consideration but a good job was what was important. Very disappointed. Since posting the review Sonny has phoned and offered to fix the problem.

Wow Hand Car Wash is actually WOW! I was after a full detail and cut and polish and he told me to come in so he could inspect the car. Car was in a very bad state from camping and fishing. Came in on a sunday around mid day and he didnt stop working till late. He stayed over his closing time to finish the car. Wouldnt need to think twice about going anywhere else. Best of the best! Its like a brand new car. All i can say is WOW!! THANK YOU.

I cannot believe you treat your customers like that poor guy with the black hatchback! From the photos I saw on Google you have destroyed his car and then expect him to pay for you to fix it. Why would he want you to touch his car after you have already damaged it?? I would never go here and will make sure no one else does!!

paid $300 for detail that was tld $120. they said because the car was white they did a cut and polish that wasn't asked for. the car is covered in sign writing so don't know how much they actually cut and polished. spoke to the manager to ask for part payment back. he said bad luck, he has the money now. do not go there!!!

Extremely poor service , overpricing ...had my cash wash from wow for full detail...at the end comes with no buffing while asked them to buff the car what they did just polish it at the full price ...no buff at all ....I recommend don't use this car wash...just the overpricing less work

Sat for 10 minutes without service. Tried to flag down operators to get attention for service but they ignored. Only got approached when I got in my car to leave. I wouldn't come back here, ended up going to Magic Hands for a better result. I wish Yozzies still did car washes!

Very poor service I haven’t seen like this before Both of my front floor mats is missing I have been there and ask them why you guys didn’t properly clean my the said we gave u $20 discount and i ask them I didn’t ask you to give me any discount just clean my car properly

Some days they do a good job, some days not. I was going to tell them to do it again. I was worried i going to pay another $80. Need to have a chat with your workers. Because it will effect your business. Watch your CCTV. It not the first time.

Last time get my car there.. What a great quality they gave me really awesome staff.. Especially the guy who do polishing on my car he is of low age... He is really very hardworking and gave awesome job.. Keep it up …

Good, but had to come back 2-3 times. They need to improve on quality for that price. First time they missed some areas of indoor detailing and then had fine film of white dust on windows after cut and polish.

Do not take your car here! The worst car wash I have ever received. It was still dirty and had some scratches. When I spoke to the manager he didn't care and became quite aggressive! Do not go here!

Car was vomited on. Spoke to them first they suggested steam cleaning. Very good value and was able to promptly get that done. Would highly recommend this place.
