THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST AWFUL POST OFFICE IN THE CAPE PENINSULA. ONCE YOU'VE GOTTEN PAST ALL THE SLOPPY PEDESTRIANS WHO HAVE NO CONCERN ABOUT CARS AND SAFETY OF THEIR OFFSPRING WITH THEM AND THE FILTHY CONDITIONS AROUND THE AREA OF THE WITHINSHAW CENTRE, I HATE TO THINK WHAT GERMS AND OTHER BUGS ONE PICKS UP AS YOU ENTER THE ACTUAL BUILDING

Well, not the safest area, found myself looking around to see who's around the area. The access to this post office is full of potholes on the lower parking. Why they only except cash in 2022 I could not answer. If you must go there park upstairs, this is a super crime area. The staff are friendly and efficient. Just keep your wits about you.

They don't comply with time. On their time table it says they close at 13h00 on Saturdays. Arrived there 10mins before to be told they're closed. And they were still inside. My parcel got a present to be delivered on Sunday. This is the kinda viruses that ruin our society! And the audacity to tell me to come back on Monday️

My best years were from 1980 till 1993 been employed by the South African Post Office (SAPOS), before the General Post Office (GPO). Won't mind to getting a mail sorting job at 59, too bored at home and still physical fit and a man of sober habits.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The systems that they use are outdated, and their app/website is horrible. But that is SAPO's fault, not theirs. One of the nicer post offices I've been to.

Situated in a complex on the Main Road. The "pot Office Clerk" was so kind to go through ALL the parcels to see if i have anything! How nice is that!!!
