Just want to say a big thank you to the Xcubicle company and all the technicians that took the timeout to fix my PlayStation-5-Console. I was experiencing a power issue where the console keeps shutting down instantly after I press the power button. Turns out there was an issue with one of the chips on the motherboard. And the XCUBICLE technicians did a tremendous job with fixing the issue. They provide excellent customer services and feedback with giving me timely updates on the progress. And I would like to mention that I brought the PS5 to another company before XCUBICLE and they were reluctant to even look at my PS5 the guy just did a diagnosis from the top of his head telling me that it can't be fixed that I should ship it back to Sony; even when I already told him that my warranty has already exceeded it's time limit because I got the PS5 day 1 at launch back in 2020. But anyhow big shout out to XCUBICLE team will definitely do business with them in the near future; and for anyone who has doubts about this company I do recommend giving them a try you won't regret it. Excellent Service.

Professional, courteous, and with excellent communication, xCubicle sports the trifecta! Throughout the process I spoke with Susan. She excelled in each facet while providing an excellent service. Communication was swift and informative. More importantly, she were patient. I asked a series of questions and was met with polite and informative answers. Something that is quite rare to encounter! Even after the repair, they were okay with answering a series of off topic questions. I had to bring in a PS5 that required motherboard repair (soldering). They handled it no problem! Rest assured, your expensive consoles will be treated well here.

Went in to get my steam deck shell and buttons changed with my own favorite colors and they delivered lovely.Only reason why they get a 4 star is because the screen protector(in pic)I had on it when they did the operation had a scratch after.One of the bosses were nice enough to give me back alil money from my payment to get a new screen protector.I plan on going the next following week to get my 2ds sd card slot fixed.I would recommend these guys and know they have room for improvement as well.

Came to Xcubicle after my brother put me on, they fixed a few of his 3DS’s over the years. I had issues with my ps5 overheating very quickly, I was unsure of the issue and decided to bring it in and see what Xcubicle can do. They did the job perfectly, I got my system back two weeks ago and it’s been working perfectly since. No overheating, I can play for hours and it’s all good. Thank you so much guys ! Great job. I brought my ps5 to the Manhattan location for an hdmi repair. Place was very nice and the worker was very polite. When picked up, he allowed me to see the PS5 working and it’s been working perfectly fine ever since the repair. 5/5 recommend!!!!!!

Fixed my overheating PS5 surprisingly fast. Sony was gonna charge me over $300, but these guys fixed it for significantly less. Very informative and communicative throughout the entire process. Would trust them with all my gaming electronics.

They fixed 2 3dsxl and work as good as good as the day my brother and I first got them. Highly recommend them to anyone and definitely returning if I need something fixed or modified.

After my 3ds motherboard broke, I was devastated. Xcubicle was the only place willing to fix it. After a few weeks it came back good as new. Would absolutely recommend.
