I was looking for a good hair dresser for a while now and after reading google reviews wanted to try this place. I was extremely nervous as new hairdresser and I chopped off more than 5 inches and went bob hair. Since I entered the place vibe and service was excellent. Had the amazing scalp massage to begin. Zoe did my style cut and she deserves more than 5 stars. Very patient and talented and catered very well what I needed. She’s definitely going to be my hairdresser for all future needs. All the crew at this place was amazing and provide an extremely good service. Thanks and keep it up!

I cannot emphasise how AMAZING this place is!!!!!! Not only do they have the friendliest staff, they helped my hair when I had lost all hope due to a horrible experience from another salon! Chloe did my hair and she reassured me that it would come out just as I want it and she was right! She coloured my hair to a light brunette colour/treated it to make it healthier. I found my go to salon and I 100% recommend this to anyone who wants the best hair salon experience. You guys are the absolute best !! So grateful for your services.

I cannot recommend these ladies enough! Tonight was my first time at the salon and I was lucky enough to have both Zoe's for my consult, one dyed my hair whilst the other cut it. They are so knowledgeable and super friendly. I have been struggling for years with oily hair and within the first five minutes Zoe had given me more useful information than any previous hair dressers. I love my colour and cut, both were dramatic changes and I couldn't be happier. No doubt will become my regular salon.

Extremely happy with my hair and care, the girls did a great job and the colour and cut is stunning and exactly what I wanted. I also brought my 2 month old baby along and they we’re all so lovely and helpful. I felt very comfortable being able to look after him and breastfeeding in the salon. Good vibes and also the coolest hair dressers I’ve ever been to as their all beautifully tatted up like myself. Highly recommend, Im going to be a regular. Thank you ladies xo

So pleased with this salon , Zoe is amazing and my hair colour now has left me so happy , also Luke cut my hair and it's looks fantastic , I'd have to say this is one of the best salons I've ever been too and will definitely be a regular from now on . I cannot possibly express how good the team are here, they are all so lovely and energetic. In particular, Luke is absolutely AMAZING. His knowledge on colour, and his expertise in cutting is another level! I did a full hair colour today, got rid of my whites, treatment, wash and style... and Luke made me feel brand new!!!! Its more than a 5 star place... but the rating only lets me give 5! Amaaaaaazing!!!!!

I came in with very damaged hair from box dye and didn't have much hope that anything could be done to rescue it. Zoe looked after me and was so professional throughout as she explained what she was doing and why so i could do the same at home. Left the salon feeling amazing and couldn't believe how healthy my hair looked after she cut and styled it. I will be back to see Zoe for sure

First time visiting XO Hair in Berwick today. Luke looked after me from the time I entered the salon. Explaining the process of what he was doing during my visit with a knowledgeable and happy disposition. I was offered something to drink on arrival and found the salon a pleasant experience. I was looking for a new hairdresser closer to home and decided to give XO Hair Salon a try. I'm so glad I did! It's a very happy and lively salon. I was very happy with my cut. Had a bad experience at a different hair dresser so I came back to these girls and they were so reassuring that they would try their best regardless of my hair conditions. Claudia did my hair and it is my dream hair. I’m so happy with how it looks and all the girls there are so sweet. ❤️❤️

Booked in with qualified hair dress you got a 1st year to assist putting in my dye. They missed the front right side roots and tried to put more on while washing and covered my jacket it dye. Was told manager would call me back and never did

This salon is so nice and if you can request Karli for a head massage when you have your hair washed, do it, she is unbelievable! Considering going back between cuts just to have the massage!!!!
