I just wanted to add a couple things... if you are reading these reviews, do some research on the people posting the reviews and realize they are made up people--"catfish." I wouldnt be surprised if the reviews were written by Babek and Costa themselves to help with their scam! The 5 star reviews found on here are lies. Here is a first hand account of what actually happens... If you value morality and ethics in any way, do not come here. I've never been met with such poor business ethics in my life. They will lie and do anything to get a sale, including screwing your whole life over. They will tell you you can get a brand new car and trade it in in a year for a used car in order to increase your credit score and then completely go back on that and then you are stuck paying for a nicer brand new car that you can't afford. They are total rip off artists. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here to buy your next new or used car. Babek and Costa are just plain liars and Mitch, the GM, is no better. He must encourage unprofessionalism and poor business ethics for the place to continue to run this way. I'm so disgusted with this place. It should and will be reported to the better business bureau.

I bought a 2014 ram 1500 from these guys, the guy at first didn’t show me what I asked for, I finally found what I wanted. The truck had some damage on it so I tried to haggle the price a little bit due to the damage, he absolutely refused to move on the price. I bought it anyways cause it was pretty much what I wanted. HOWEVER, 3 months later and the truck has had a MAJOR mechanical breakdown not once but TWICE! I’ve only owned the truck 3 months and put 9500kms on it and haven’t been able to drive it a total of 2 and half weeks since I’ve had it. Thankfully I got the FCA warranty on the truck and it has covered the breakdowns, if I didn’t get it, I would be out $7500 right now for repairs. if you buy a vehicle from here, GET THE WARRANTY!!! or you could be out thousands of dollars cause apparently the mechanics there can’t be trusted to fix a vehicle. Also, he signed me up for the wrong warranty, took a day of fighting with the manager to get him to change it. Not happy with my experience at all.

We were searching for a company that would deal with our less than perfect credit and help us build our credit score and Adrian XS Credit came to our rescue. I have bad credit and have had severe problems rebuilding it. No one was willing to help me. I noticed a MASSIVE advert in the newspaper for XS Credit so I gave them a shot. Adrian and Babock (pardon the spelling) helped me out immediately. They got me into a fairly new car. It only had 50K on it and it drives like brand new. Dave the sales guy is a joke I will never buy or deal with them again he clearly can’t get this paper work right the first time and threatens you with his mistakes. for the past 7 months he’s been harassing my family non stop with his own mistakes sorry buddy but it’s not our problem paper work was signed and deal was funded if you can’t do your job right then get a new one!

5 star reviews a joke. Amazing how the top reviews are from single review people only. I posed as a possible buyer, and found that the whole operation is a total scam. Over inflated prices, false claims, and super high pressure tactics.
