Hired Mick from Xceed Electrical to upgrade my power supply and switchboard to three phase power. From the start Mick was quick to respond to the request for quote, even outside business hours. The quote was very competitive and the each aspect of the job itemised so it was clearly laid out from the start. His quote was not the lowest out of the lot but Xceed had good reviews. Mick was just a very friendly guy over the phone, had a can do attitude and was contactable. Mick contacted my electricity provider kick off the upgrade process. Despite his best efforts the provider mucked up the schedule the first time around which delayed the job. They also informed him that their electrician would need to upgrade the three phase meter in the switchboard. Because the quote was itemised he took that part of the job off the price, completely transparent. Mick and crew arrived promptly on the day of the job, worked quickly and tidily and finished according to the proposed schedule. Would use Xceed for future electrical jobs and would recommend to family and friends.

This company has to be the most unprofessional company i have come across very rude customer service clearly treat you depending on your status if your a landlord or tenant if your tenant good luck when i asked jackie the customer service call taker how long would the power be off her answer was however long it takes... just rude from the get go not to mention the manger jason or who ever he thinks he is telling me its 8 pm cant do nothing for you after installing a new electric box with no power in the house had to spend the night with no air-conditioning working in the house and no lights and getting spoken to like garbage from there services disgusting service

The team from Xceed came out to fix my lights. They took the time to explain things, listen to my frustration and fixed the problem. When I had problems with my internet a week later, I didn't hesitate to call them. Again it was a very quick and efficient resolution and I felt heard and they took the time to explain to me not only what was happening but also what to say to NBN to get their side of the problem fixed. Would highly recommend Xceed to anyone.

Jayson and the team of electricians are amazing, there are always on time and keep you fully inform on the job at hand. I have used them many times over the years and they never disappoint for all my electrical work small or large. They even came out quickly to help assist me during electrical storm damage to my clinic and help co ordinate all repairs all works completed are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. 5 stars

Lightning strike in a storm, fried my antenna and data. Had short circuits galore. Jayson had his team there the next day to make safe. The team have always been our go to in all our houses.
