If I could give negative stars, I would. Technicians came out 4 different times and none of them brought the correct equipment to install internet. Did not tell me they brought the wrong equipment , just disappeared and had to contact headquarters to find out they left. Could not get into contact with them easily.

I decided to do my daily walk and pick up my order from Xfinity all at once. I have never been to this location but I liked the service and ready customer service I had this day. I wish I could remember the name of the gent that assisted me. I was on and out in minutes, now of to finish my walk.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable (especially Patrick who was the one helping me). He was able to answer all my questions, got me on a great plan for what we needed and I was able to walk out of the store with my router all ready to be self installed - which was also really easy to do

Took me 2 hours to pick up a modem!!! Can’t believe how slow it is. Store is extremely short staffed and they charge extra $15 for shipping. Picking up modem needs to be a separated service, not mixing it with regular appointments. Such a waste of time!!!!! Management is just terrible.
