The experience I got by Xpress-rent a car was the best as a tourist when I had landed on (Dar) TANZANIA I was clueless on which company should I rent a car from I had searched on google I saw the first company that was mentioned by google it was Xpress rent a car I saw the reviews of the company some Reviews were bad on the quality service and other reviews mentioned the good service provided by the company not every company or business is perfect but when I had gone to visit their headquarters on Senegal street I had gotten a very good customer service experience from Xpress the staff are very friendly and no matter how many times you ask them a question they will always reply with a smile the prices are the best and the quality of service offered by the company is Excellent i was shocked that by renting a car you get unlimited miles and i was so happy with that offer .the managing director Mr. khatau had given me a very excellent service he had told me while renting the car that any time you have a problem with the car or any trouble I can contact him at any time the funny story is I had rented a car I was driving and it got punctured and I had called the managing director he came to help me at 10 in the night until the car was fixed he gave me company and he gave me excellent places to go to in Dar for fun if I come back to Tanzania and want to rent a car I would always choose Xpress as my number one the cars are clean serviced the car experience is smooth I would recommend the locals or tourists to choose Xpress as there car rental choice THANK YOU XPRESS FOR THE FUN AND GOOD TIMES.

Худшая фирма где мы брали машины. За день до нашего приезда сказали что наша машина недоступна и дадут другие две. Мы планировали маршрут по большому кольцу Танзании с посещением нацпарков, при этом фирма сказала что машины готовы и в хорошем состоянии. К сожалению сразу же в первый день мы попали в маленькую аварию и погнули крыло. В итоге ехали на СТО где нам предложили ждать машину 3 дня и оплатили ремонт за свои деньги. В итоге оказалось что цены посчитали минимум раза в 2-3 больше чем мы потом узнали в другом городе. Вторая машина тоже прожила 3 дня, сломалась коробка и стойки в чем тоже конечно же обвинили нас. Хотя как сломать коробку за 3 дня мы не понимание, тем более если заявленной идеальное состояние машин. Так как этим машины были не на ходу, мы захотели сменить машины. Никто не предоставил машину на замену и вообще не хотели возвращать деньги за не использованные дни. А там оставалось 10 дней Тоесть где то 1 000 долларов за аренду. На связь выходили очень редко и долго отвечали, так что нам пришлось найти машину самим так как мы были ограничены по времени. В итоге нам вернули всего 280 долларов списав все осатальные деньги на ремонт, хотя заключений нам не показали. Вообщем не рекомендую аренду в этой фирме. Машины оказались в плохом состоянии и то что обще сразу сломались показатель их состояния.

Good day! I paid for my rental car on October 5, 2020 and had to cancel my trip due to COVID. They promised me to return the money, every day they promise to make a transfer tomorrow or in a week, today is 20 July 2021 but there is no money! DO NOT pay them money if you are not sure that you will use the service!

We had a wonderful experience with a press Rent a Car. Our group of 16 visited Dar Es Salaam between our safari and Zanzibar portions of our trip. We chartered 3 Alphards and drivers. They were very punctual and helpful. It took away the worries about finding transportation. We will definitely use them again!

Mr. Mohammed was so helpful and generous. His driver Mr. Musa was also helpful who delivered and collected the car. The car was given to us was Suzuki Swift, the interior was new and clean, new car, good engine, economical. We will definitely use Xpress Rent A Car again when we go back to Dar es Salam.

Good rental experience! Easy and friendly communication, no car problems and good service. We were picked up from the ferry and the car was picked up from our accommodation in Dar es Salaam at the end of the rental period :)

They seemed to have alot of awards on the wall but were missing or hiding the award for best time wasters and liers, completely unprofessional owner Mohammed made us wait more than a day for a car that then wasn't available
