Terrible experience, not worth the money at all! If I could leave a -5 score definitely I would because they dont deserve even that 1 star. I was member for almost 2 years and a half, during all my time with them I had several complaints. During the time of COVID their sanitary measures were so bad that I got it right away, the higiene was so poor that a time I found a nail on the tray of the treadmill, which I reported and the next day when I went, the nail was still there! The kids area is tiny and so closed with no ventilation while at the office at the other side of the wall all people are smoking so all that smoke comes to the kids area, the gym area is very small to the point that sometimes it’s even hard to walk and move around, the ladies area has way less equipment than the mixed one so it's always preferable to use the mix which is why the tiny area becomes overloaded, the staff is useless, they never know anything and have bad attitude, as well the complains are minimized and simply ignored and left unatended, the authority chain also has issues since it would be expected that if things are not getting solved by going to the manager, the next one to go is the owner but simply whoever the owner is doesnt care, the customer service sucks completely. They are tricky and not straightforward, honestly I feel scammed, for all the issues mentioned above I was not gonna renew the membership this last year but they offered me many things and convinced me to change my mind, they never mentioned any restrictions regarding the cancelation policy of the contract neither any time expiration regardin the services offered as bonus in the yearly package, however when months later I wanted to use those free bonuses, I was declined mentioning that they have decided to put a limit of 2 weeks to use after renewing the contract, decision that was taken with the change of administration way later than the time I had renewed my contract so they were applying it in retrospective to old prior contracts too, which is totally irrational, from all the things they offered they just give excuses so by the end you dont what what you paid for. In general I find things are worse than previous years, there’s more crowd and not enough trainers, when someone gets a PT package, you must expect the trainers attending several clients at the same time and giving everyone the same routine, which is more like a group class than private sessions. You can expect a parade of trainers going back and forth because they either get fired or resign, which as client is not good because there's no continuity. I could continue with the list, but simply I must say this place is full of structure, logistic and management problems. All I can say as conclusion is RUN FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT GO THERE! DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY!

حابب احكي تجربتي السيئه مع xSport fitness gym اللي في avenue mall الرحاب عشان محدش يدفع فلوس علي الفاضي يوم السبت ١٢/٨ الواير اتقطع و انا بتمرن علي وزن ٢٠ ك و الحمدلله ربنا ستر و لحقت البار قبل ما يخبط في وشي و لما اتكلمت مع الإداره كان الرد ان عادي ده بيحصل في كل الجيمات و اني مكبر الموضوع و لما اتكلمت مع الناس المختصه بالصيانه قالي ان الواير مقطوع من جوه بس الكافر سليم و انه مش بيغير الواير غير لما الكافر يشقق ودي كارثه هيفهمها اي حد شغال في المجال او درس ميكانيكا او عنده خبره في الامن و السلامه غير ان لما اتشركت من شهرين كان عدد الدامبل غير كافي ( مثلا ١ دامبل ٧.٥ ك و ١ دامبل ١٢.٥ ك ) و دي الاوزان اللي بيستخدمها معظم الناس و كان في وعد ان عددهم هيزيد و فات شهرين و نص دون اي تغيير و كمان الكراسي المتحركه موجود ٢ فقط فيهم واحد ملحوم علي زاويه معينه فيعتبر ١ فقط كل ده موجود في الصور و الشكوي اللي انا قدمتها دون جدوي و لما طلبت استرد الاشتراك لعدم الثقه في جوده و كفائة الاجهزه و القسم المختص بالصيانه كان الرد هنديلك ١١٠٠ جنيه من ٤٩٠٠ مع اني دافع ٦ شهور و اتمرنت شهرين ونص فقط فللأسف انا لسه بروح عشان فلوسي متروحش عليا

Very bad gym not recommended treatment is below expectations in addition to the following دفعت مبلغ ٦٥٠٠ جنية ل جيم x sports fitness avenue mall قيمه اشتراك سنوى ١٣ شهر و ذلك قبل افتتاح الجيم بأكثر من شهرين و لم يتم كتابه عقد ولا اعطائي اى شروط او احكام و قامو بالاتصال بى فى بداية شهر ديسمبر لاعلامى بإن الجيم فتح و من الغريب ان المكان دائما خالى من الأعضاء بالاضافه إلى أن الأجهزة كلها قديمه و غير مجددة بشكل لائق فطلبت ان استرد قيمة الاشتراك و فوجئت انهم يريدون خصم مبلغ ١٧٥٠ جنية بدون اى وجه حق و لا على اى اساس خصوصا اننى لم اقوم بتوقيع اى عقد ولا اى شروط و إلى اليوم لم أحصل على حقى مع اننى قمت بتقديم شكوى إلى إدارة المول حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل..

Very disappointing place, specially for women. The ladies area is very small. The reason is they devote a large space for the kickboxing activities for men!!!!! Which comes with extra fees for the gym of course!!! Classes are very crowded with slightly no intention of solving the problem!! At first we were promised to enlarge the classes area with the outer ladies area, which is now taken for men kickboxing, although a whole other floor is devoted for men!!!!! They are really careless and unprofessional.

Great gym I love it. All equipment is 100% top quality and they have everything you need and even things you might not need. Family atmosphere and very respectful and helpful employees. 10 out of 10 on my chart.

TERRRIBLEE experience.... The gym is so small. Alot of unnecessary coaches for such small place. Machines are always Always under maintenance... it is very hard to reach the administration.. don't go there
