I had the most traumatic experience in this store recently where I was both physically and verbally abused. I visited the store looking for a dog collar and when I asked the owner for assistance to locate something cheaper in the store (as the cheapest I could find was $80) she very rudely suggested I go to ‘Pet Stock’. I said ok and thank you and as I proceeded to leave the store she commented on my outfit suggesting as I had designer shoes on I should be able to afford her collars. Shocked by her comment I said that is quite rude and unnecessary and she swore at me, stupidly as I was so insulted I retaliated and recommended she should work on her customer service skills. She then proceeded toward me and grabbed me by the arm and when I pulled away from her grip she pushed me in the chest and used words not appropriate for me to post online. I was so upset by the incident; I genuinely though the stock was overpriced for the average quality it is, I felt seriously victimised. I would not recommend visiting this store unless you are prepared to over pay for junk and then cop abuse if you don’t like it.

Not only is this a very well equipped store, with a great range of food, toys, accessories and best of all its jackets which are Australian made for your pups, for me the best part was the knowledge and information the owner Jenny so willingly shared. I was able to make a completely informed decision about what I could do to help my Maltese x with her anxiety and Jenny was more than happy to explain the options. I ended up with the hemp oil and couldn’t be happier with how its helping her anxiety. Their treats are the best, and now my little dog now sits and waits for her hemp oil every morning knowing she is getting a treat (which is the dried fish skin…she is obsessed with these) I love how she welcomes everyone and their pups of any breed and size into her store. I know where I will be going to get that special and unique gift for my pups Christmas stocking . A+ service

Yap Wear is just awesome !!! Their founder Jenny is a very kind n helpful lady. She will patiently guide you on their products. She also does rescues and she knows what are best for our rescue fur kids !!! I personally received great service from Jenny !!! She follows up with your orders closely. Treats n wellness products in Yap Wear are carefully sought and mainly products of Australia !!! Festive treats are all made in small batches with no artificial colorings !!! Air-dried jerkies, tendons, shark cartilages, etc are best sellers !!! You will not find canned food or kibbles in their store coz those are craps, Jenny doesn’t feed craps to her dogs and she will not recommend to any dog lovers !!! I trust Yap Wear genuinely cares about your fur kid !!! ❤️❤️❤️

We can not highly recommend Jen and her shop enough! Jen's intuition led her to advise that we should try a diet change and hemp oil for our Skyli. Skyli was over the top with anxiety and has almost been re-homed several times because of it. From the very first use of Jen's Hemp Oil, we noticed a significant change in our dog's behavior. Since changing her diet, she has become more relaxed, her coat and skin are at optimum condition and her overall well being is much improved. Gotta love the Yap Wear range. I've always purchased them for my dogs and couldn't recommend them more highly. I've bought a fair share of other products from pet stores and vets over the years, but most of them have either fallen apart or were just plain ordinary. A started buying Yap Wear a few years ago and now I won't buy anything else. Its a bonus that they are Australian owned and its pretty clear that their heart is in the right place when it comes to pet welfare also. Check out the range if you think your dog deserves the best!

I have a 15year old Toy Maltese X, she is suffering from bad arthritis and as well as other ailments, I thought I'd give the hemp oil from your company a go, I must say what a nice surprise it was to get my order so quickly and so beautifully packaged and even addressed to Bella, my dogs name , I thought it was a lovely thought, It had a nice handwritten note inside with dosage directions, so far so good your product definitely seems to be making a difference to my beautiful Bella's quality of life . We purchased the Snooza travel bed for our dog who doesn't travel well. After trying numerous other options and nothing working, I was excited to find pet store and the Snooza travel bed. This place has some great unique items. The only problem is its all just crammed into a small junky shop. Everything is crowded and stacked high and the shop hardly has any room to move. Be prepared to rummage for your treasure! Many of the items, although beautiful and unique, are very expensive! If you rummage long enough though there are some great little specials to be found. Order online if you can.

I was recommended the hemp seed oil by a friend for my anxious dog. I had tried everything and was really at wits end. He is a totally different dog! Much happier, less reactive, less moody overall. I am overwhelmed at the huge difference I have seen in his overall demeanour.
