I was looking for warehouse servicea and got some calls and numbers from Just Dial. Visited some of the vendor’s warehousea in Bhiwandi/Kalher area and shocked to see how material is stuffed and scared to keep material there as I had electronic items to be stored. The I Came to know this professional warehouse services through relative. I was amazed the way end to end experience was. Very professional RM explaining in detail how things will be handled, stored, packed and delivered. While picking the luggage, team was well prepared and very professional to handle each and every item diligently. Packed, bar coded, labled and moved safely to warehouse. Photo of items sent as and when requested. Could make out the facility is clean and material is safe. Monthly billing was very convenient and allowed online payment, reminders etc. Had to inform just 24 hours in advance to get the delivery and make payment. All the items were in perfect condition as they were packed. The staff was knowledgeable and could easily extract small items stored in different boxes. All electronic items turned on to show they are not damaged. Very nice service and overall experience was overwhelming. Will recommend this going forward to anyone willing to take this service.

I had an excellent experience with ‘Your Space’ ! The entire process was exceptional ! Due to the Pandemic, I had to shift my sister to my place in Bangalore from Mumbai within two days and so her stuff had to be stored in a facility. Both my sister and I were worried whether YourSpace will take an urgent booking and shift the stuff the next day, but they thankfully did. It was all because of one lady who helped us throughout - Ms. Nita Gujar. She understood our urgency, guided me on the phone for booking, coordinated with the operations team regularly so that we would be at peace. Due to my worry, I would message her after working hours and she would still reply assuring me that it’ll be taken care. Very efficient, punctual and helpful. Kudos to such help and understanding ! Thank you very much to the operations team too to work around our time and accommodate for our urgency. Punctual, took care about wearing masks when packing and making sure that they are sanitised. Smooth experience. Safe to store stuff here. Video call was promptly arranged when I wanted to see the status of my stored goods. Operations people are quite cooperative and supported us at all times. Just that they send too many people (7-8) for packing and pick up that can get overwhelming for a small 1bhk Mumbai apartment, especially in Corona times. The whole packing was done in 3 hours. The packing was good for most furniture, however, for a cabinet with glass, they didn't pack it as well as it should have been packed. Since Your Space does not provide inter-city moving service, we had to book another service provider for moving our stuff. When loading, the cabinet slipped and fell a little and the glass broke. Some of our fragile show-pieces were packed without bubble wrap. Also the packing and moving cost is quite high. Overall, I would recommend them to do a better job at packing and send less number of people for smaller houses. E.g. 4 people for 1 bhk flat.

They are quick with the detailed quotation and did not trouble me with the exact measurements for the items to store. Just sent them the photographs of items & I was roughly quoted for the space. The quotation was very reasonable and they do have optional packaging of any items that you need help packing with. They have multiple locations in Mumbai itself with varied pricing as per location. Can opt for which suits you best as per convenience of budget, distance. Flexible payment options online via net banking, credit/ debit card from their website portal also consisting of dashboard for invoices, order details etc. Although I haven't gone ahead with utilising their services this time as my requirement changed due to other reasons, based on the interaction they do seem trustworthy, reliable, efficient, and very helpful in the process as I had with Nita Gujar, asst. Manager from the client support team.

Had taken 2 big godown spaces at Your Space, Deonar and my experience hasn't been anything less than amazing. Clean spaces, corporative and friendly staff, always there to help. I was very worried about leaving all my stuffs behind, many a times I had to let go a lot of stuffs when I travel for a few months for work. But luckily I found this service on the internet. Had a really good experience with these guys. Needed storage space urgently due to Lockdown scenario. Made booking overnight and stuff was picked up next day. Charges are also not too high. Very happy with the service overall. The pickup staff were courteous and very helpful. Jigna and her team made the entire process seamless right from the intial quote to the final execution. Only area of improvement according to me would be the pricing for the transport which i felt was a little expensive.
