Ordered Eid Giveaways. Tried to handover the boxes without bags. When I asked for bags I was told they don't come in bags because they the bag costs Rs.250. Ordered 1 for Mothers day and got it in a bag and ordered 20 and was told to pay for the bag. No discounts on bulk orders were given in white boxes rather than the usual printed boxes and when I went to the back they were switching boxes without wearing gloves. Amna was there herself arguing that they can't afford to give bags as they are too expensive and can't give them for my order. In the end she charged me Rs. 100 a bag. If I didn't have to give them out on that day I would have left the order. 2 more customers had the same issue while I was there. Really bad customer service and very disappointing to see the owner arguing to give Eid Giveaways without a bag. Add them in your cost if you can't afford to supply in bags.

Well i had my first yum cake at my wedding 5 tier cake red and gold airline pilots flying in an aeroplane. At that time she had no shop and then when the shop opened my husband ordered a birthday cake for me and it was mind blowing. However my last three experiences with yum have not been good. One was full of extra cream like too much creamy cake,second one was super dry and the coffee cake which was the cheapest of all was pathetic. No one ate it.On top of that we cannot send a complain to her. Anyways no more yum by amna for me. I will try to find pictures and will attach them

Hands down the best dessert shop in town. The desserts aren't just a treat to your palette but also to your eyes because they're almost too pretty to eat. I have tried almost all the items off their menu but my all time favourite has to be the chocolate flourless cake but the only trouble is that it sells out so quickly so if you have your heart (or stomach, rather) set on it, be sure to call ahead.

terrible tiramisu, as someone who takes their desserts very seriously, the tiramisu had no structure whatsoever, was all over the place couldnt even cut out a piece however structure is still forgivable if the dessert tastes decent, the tiramisu doesnt even taste what it should taste like, it was absolutely bland, disliked it very much, so so so not worth the price. Very disappointed.

Amna is the Ina Garten of Pakistan and an artist at the core. Everything she makes is not cooked or baked but rather crafted. Her bakery is like walking into a museum of artfully decorated and mouth watering cakes, pastries and breads. Her personal story (if you know) is an example of how never to give up despite setbacks and failures, and keep moving forward. Amna Rocks!

YUM by Amna located at Khayaban-e-Seher D.H.A and is a patisserie place with various choices of baked and confectionery products some of their most delicious baked goods are their famous rainbow bread, fondand cakes are most delictible they have ready to pick cakes and you can even order custom cakes of your choice. overall amazing experience.

Yum by Amna has the best cakes and desserts. The taste of their Belgian chocolate cake is absolutely divine, it was extremely well-crafted and of excellent quality. They also customize as per our needs and do exactly what we ask them to do. Always a pleasurable experience. Would totally recommend and remain a loyal customer.

YUM is by far my go-to place for all my dessert requirements. They go above and beyond with their customer service, and are very humble and thorough in their approach. The quality is impeccable and their creativity knows no bounds and its brilliant to see them to do well with both desserts and savoury items.

The best place to get decent cakes and confectionery items in Karachi from. The taste always is impeccable, the customer service is incredible and it's pretty hygienic. The way they pay attention to detail is amazing. Cakes, éclairs, sandwiches, salads and what not you get everything here.

Service was extremely slow ... I had asked the waiter to pack half a pizza which was remaining, but he did not give it to me when I was leaving. I was also in conversation wth my friend, so did not realise this until I left.

Horrible customer experience. Ordered dip from here, after receiving overpriced, smelly yogurt i asked for a refund to which i was told “no refund policy” — total rip off, rude af staff. Never ordering from here again.

Out of stock for their favourite starter Burrata and also mashed potato. Wild mushroom ravioli came with mushrooms which I don’t think were wild mushrooms. Herb chicken sandwich was the only good order on my table.

Everything is good but this rating is for their poor communication.Had to chase them multiple times for the delivery date and time. Unprofessional attitude in terms of delivering the order and responding to it.

Some of the things are pretty good like brownies and croissant but the prices are through the roof. Do check the price before buying any item or proceeding to the counter otherwise you might be embarassed.

Undoubtedly THE BEST desserts and cakes in Karachi!!! They not only look fantastic but taste amazing as well. The brownies and eclairs are the best i have had in Pakistan.

It was a really well organised and beautiful shop, the variety was good, just the price seemed a bit too high for the cakes and sunades otherwise it was a good experience.

Top-notch ingredients that are used in consistently fresh items. Desserts are fantastic, but even the savoury items like the French onion dip are excellent for a bakery.

Tried lemon tart, bb cheese cake, strawberry cheese shot. Delicious and excellent value for money. Also picked up sour dough. Not easily found in karachi.

Is a good place for not only cakes but you can get good sandwiches and pastries as well. Its worth a try for those who have not tried the place as yet.
