Fake reviews!!!! Please don’t get cheated. The worst service I have ever got. Took my Toyota camry for a general 60k log book service for which he initially quoted $150. Later rang me up and told me the car needs some ball bearings to be changed and air filer and oil filter to be replaced and quoted me a totlal bill of $610 which without thinking much I agreed to. I realised I was fooled only when I went to collect the car. Not even the bear minimum that you expect from a general service such as coolant top-up, wiper water top-up , or vaccum or clean the car was done. All he has done was just changing the air filter and top-up the oil. For which he charged me $610. I highly is no doubt all the 5star ratings they have is fake.

My brother and I did a RWC yesterday of a used car we were about to buy. The service provided by mechanics at YY were excellent. They were polite and their attention to detail in explaining the issues the car had were commendable. One downside that we felt was that for our car which needed a few parts to be replaced, the parts prices were quoted a bit on the higher side (maybe because its a VW) but I’m sure some good talk with the friendly people in there will help us land in a reasonable amount suiting both parties. I will definitely recommend them and looking forward to take my car for the rest of its future services at YY auto.

I took my Nissan maxima to this mechanic for an engine check and rwc. For the engine check the first time I came in I wanted an inspection for the engine tappets and their overall condition and instead I was told to use this $20 product which did nothing and after spending over $1000 for rwc I had to come back to the mechanic for a second engine check and in the second one I was told a much worse description and even suggested to change the engine. Why would they not mention this the first time or atleast do a thorough check with the engine instead of going by noise. Poor experience, would not recommend.

I rarely leave reviews but I had such an outstanding experience at YY Auto Prestige Service that I felt I had to come and write something. I've had both mine and my friend's car repaired at YY Auto Prestige Service (i recommended her to visit YY) and I can't recommend enough. I live in Hawthorn but after dealing with YY Auto Prestige Service and then talking with other dealerships near my place, we (my friend and I) felt the team at YY Auto Prestige Service were far more professional and pleasant to deal with than the other ones we had visited.

I have minimal understanding of cars so I always felt nervous when I visit mechanics. My friend recommended me to meet and talk to Su up at YY Auto about my car and I am so impressed by his knowledge and the quality of service. Anyone who meets him would instantly realise that you are at the right place and in good hands. He is very professional yet still humble and honest. I am so pleased by the service I received at YY Auto and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

By far the best automotive workshop I have been to. Excellent service from the professionals at YY Auto, from the front desk to the workshop. Went in for a roady one morning and got it done within the same afternoon. Arthur is a top top bloke and was very nice to change the headlight bulbs for the roady without labour charge. Highly recommended to bring your Japanese or Euro vehicle in. Would definitely bring my next car for service at YY.

Last week, I had the driving position seatbelt replaced with a brand new one. The job they did was absolutely amazing. Not only did they install the seatbelt flawlessly, but they also assisted me with programming it. Jun, who was in charge, proved to be highly responsible. Without a doubt, I will return to them whenever I require repairs for this car in the future.

Completed a RWC last month (May 2021) as I needed to sell my car. RWC was promptly completed with general repairs needed (battery replacement, transmission fluid and front discs). Costs were reasonable. After-service was excellent - Importantly, Jun was quick to respond to my queries and volunteered to assist with speaking to a potential buyer. Thanks guys!

Arthur has been very nice and professional from the get go! They were very quick and efficient with their service. Any problems, they sat down and went through with me, telling me what is need to be done asap without pressuring me to get it done with them (like other places normally do). 10/10 would come back! I have been a customer here for more than two years. They tell you exactly what's the issue, what's the fix and how much it would cost. Never have had to take my car to another mechanic to fix what had already been fixed here. Staff are knowledgeable, nice and helpful and shop is neat and clean.

If anyone want do RWC (PLEASE ) don’t choose this place I already loss 2000$ after I bring my car to them to check and do the RWC before I sale it and also the car service are sh** as well. Never to your place again!!!!!!!! * I hope your business going good if you did that to your costumers.

Have been to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection and roadworthy ceritificate. Incredible service and communication, cheap prices too. Jun was very accomodating and took the time to explain the results of the inspection, and treated the car with care while it was with them. Will be back.

I went to this Auto service to do the pre-purchasing car inspection. They are very professional. The area is really clean and tidy and there is a convenient lounge with free coffee there.The best place I've ever found. Pay reasonable amount to be sure you won't buy a lemon.

I took my car for inspection once I wanted to buy it, they checked it very well. Several mount later I thought the transmission was faulty but they checked it and nothing was wrong with it( they did it for free). I Will take my car for service there and recommend them.

I didn’t know you can do service on air conditioning as well, let alone adjusting the headlights! I can see again properly and nobody is going to flash their lights at me again! I think many of the road users should check their headlights adjustment. Thank you Arthur!

I went here to exchange engine oil, and they asked for more than $1,000 because there were problems with various parts. I thought it was strange, so I went to other car centers, but there was no problem. I don't recommend this place. Be especially careful of Korean

Prices they quote for RWC repairs are significantly higher than other places around. Doesn't hurt to shop around and I'd recommend going somewhere else. EDIT: I went elsewhere for my fixes and got them fixed fine for cheaper. Nothing went wrong, original parts.

It was an amazing experience with professional services/manners! The workshop is well organised and welcoming environment. I personally have a poor knowledges of car, they explained/educated me well at my level about issues with my car. Absoluately recommended!
