Hands down the WORST pedicure I've ever had. I don't think the lady who was doing my pedicure had even done a pedicure before. Aren't nail technicians not supposed to be LICENSED? She cut my nails, cuticles and bunions WITH A CUTICLE CUTTER. She didn't even know how to use an emery board! She couldn't figure out how to use the bunion shaver and cut my nails well below an acceptable level. I had to tell her to stop! (But of course she didn't understand what I was saying). To top it all off, she didn't even remove my previous nail polish! I had to tell her three times to take it off! Side note. Employers ... hire employee's that speak English. There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to communicate with the person I'm paying a service for! The woman doing my nails had to ask someone else what I was saying because she couldn't understand a word of English. You guys should be embarrassed!

The therapy services offered are overpriced in all honesty, though the therapist was experienced it was difficult communicating with her as she barely knew english, which I can't really blame her but they need to know some basic english to communicate with customers. The receptionist often came inside the room without knocking which is really embarrassing and they keep the doors open which is a big turn off(Atleast for me personally) and I don't think there's any justification to be given for it. Also paying extra tips for no added services is not something I am a fan off. Im sure there are other places that offer you the same therapies at better rates. Don't think I'll be going here again.

I've been going to this establishment for over two years, minus the close down for Covid-19. I've had different workers give me a massage. They have all done a great job, on making my back feel better, especially when I've had times of severe back flare-ups. Their prices are on par with anyone else. Clean, friendly, and great service. Get a card from them and after the tenth visit (massage), you get a free massage. For the deepest tissue massage, ask for Li (Lee). This guy gets in good and stretches you out very good as well.

I should have known when they made me pre pay for services before they started that it would be bad. Susan did the shellac manicure. She used a very rough nail file which is usually used on toes.My nails are uneven the way she filed it. The nail polish looks like a five year old put it on. She told me to wait after three days it will look good as I keep washing my hands. DUH really? Don't waste your time here. I will be going to a professional tomorrow to remove it and redo it. I paid $39 for this service....a real waste.

Horrible work. You have to pay before you receive the service. Went for a mani pedi shellac. Never knew someone could mess up shellac. The work on the feet was 1/10. Manicure 1/10, the shellac was rising, blotchy, not clean and crisp. 75$ for mani and pedi shellac. When the lady was done, one of the workers turned, during assisting another client with services, and said "aren't you going to tip her, your friend gave a tip to their person". I just walked out. NEVER AGAIN!

It's OK. I spent alot of money twice, first pedi/medi & gel nails & eyelashes- my feet were sitting drying for about an hour b4 putting on my shoes, when i got home my feet nail polish was all ruined. Second time there was 3 of us got our pedi/medi done, the next day my french pedi already tore two white tips away. Not even a week later 6 finger nails had no white tips. The only reason I went because I live in the area, but I won't go again for nails.

Looking for a no frills place to get your nails done. Probably a good place. Want a soothing and relaxing massage or facial, certainly not the place, especially not on a Saturday or if you have any desire to communicate your needs to mostly non english speaking staff. Will not be returning unless for a set of nails or pedicure. Also making an appointment for a specific time was pointless. Nobody had any idea of our coming or the services we wanted.

I have been going to Yans Harmony Health Spa for over 5 years now I have tried every service they offer and have never been disappointed it doesn't matter who gives the massage it's always excellent my personal favorite massuse is Kandy she knows just how much pressure to apply always leave relaxed and feeling so much better. Today I did facial waxing,the lady literally burnt my face.When I asked her she told me that my skin is sensitive but I can before and did it by another girl and she never burned my face.On top of that she left few hair in my side forehead,didn’t do it properly.My eyebrows are totally ruined by her,she plucked my eyebrows unevenly and now it looks so bad..Never ever I will come here again..Worst service ever!!

Went for a Mother’s Day pedi, and had the best experience at this spa. Eva took her time with the nail prep before, and did an amazing job with the nail painting. My feet are smooth and soft after the treatment. I felt very pampered and now I have beautiful nails. The ambiance in the spa is very relaxing, and I will certainly be going back again! I recommend this establishment.

I have been here a bunch of times and it has gone down hill. Was just there for a manicure pedicure and it took almost 3 hours to finish I had 3 people working on my nails and when I was leaving i was asked if I liked them i said they have been so much better before the lady laughed and charged us. Will not be returning to this location after this experience.

My friend brought me here for a massage i was surprised how clean the place was. They offer a lot of services like nails, eyebrow. They have an extensive list like a spa experience. My massage was great choose the deep tissue which helped if you can handle pain lol. The staff are very friendly and willing to help make your experience better

Have always recieved the very best of massage treatment from staff (Jenny), who has displayed a high level of professionalism and experience . Walked in with pain, after massage, left with laughter and smile. If you want to feel the same way then have a visit to Yan's harmony. Will always come back to experience "Jenny's " magic hand.

Always the hardest working masseuses here, and I tip them well. If you feel that a front desk person is trying to push other services on you to make more profit, just politely refuse and stick to what you went there for. Because they're a nail salon WITH great masseuses, I would have a pedicure and foot + body massage.

Won’t come back! Today is my last visit! The massage therapist/ receptionist/cashier all in one hour and I paid the whole full one hour : she was in and out to serve customers and also she received phone calls : I got into the massage room @ 2.05 pm and she called it finished @ 2.56 pm.

The spa is very nice looking and newly renovated. The staff were all very nice, offered me tea and I really liked the service. I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a variety of services and who is looking for competitive pricing.

When the manager is giving the massage, she is constantly upselling you and answering the phone and leaving the room. I found her to be rude. Also, the lady smacks your butt after your sit down massage; very intrusive. I will never go back. .

Best massage ever! Bf and I got a couples massage, and were the last customers for the day. We were in the same room, and both therapists did a wonderful job. Sanitary and very comfortable vibe. Go for the thai masaage, you won't regret it!

When it comes to massages, they don't know what they're doing. It was more of a rubbing and pinching of ones skin than a relaxing massage. I felt like i needed a "massage" from the one i just received!! Maybe it was an off day for them.

Needed a spot for a day of self care, this spot was a great choice! Asked for the combo 45min foot massage and 1hr deep tissue massage for very reasonable cost. 2hr of pampering. Went in with a sore shoulder and neck and gone now!

First time visiting Yan's The staff was very pleasant and my massage was fantastic..I think his name was Martin..didn't know much English but he knew exactly where I needed that extra time and attention on my back and shoulders

Susan the owner is awesome and very friendly. She always greats you with a smile. Eva is excellent she does a great job on my nails and designs. Their body scrubs and also very nice

Nice place to get pampered . Relaxation massage was worth the try for back/neck pain. They use hot stone therapy to relief tiredness and pain.

Highly recommend. Especially there hot sauna and full body massages. The staff are very friendly and welcoming each time I’ve visited.
