EXCELLENT SERVICE! I went there after work on a weekday to get a wahoo for my hasa. After I paid, I asked if I could bring my bike inside to put it on myself. As soon as I got my bike inside and took the wahoo out of the box, the helpful staff took the time to install the various sensors and brackets on my bike for me. Additionally, the staff took the time to guide me through the pairing and upgrade procedure so I could use my new cyclocomputer to navigate home. This was my first visit to Yao Bike, and it was an absolute pleasure. The staff were patient and helpful at the end of a long day. Give them a visit!

很誇張的車店 2017.9月付現金全額訂一件車衣說10天左右到貨 10月第一次主動連絡車店才吿知確定沒貨了～ 車店提供2個方案 我說等新款到再看看 等到2018.4月我說你們都沒連絡我新款車衣 你們提供的方案我不需要了請退款給我 第一次說：好的。不好意思久等 2018.5月我又連絡車店請問久等的意思⋯店家說還沒收到嗎（有沒有匯款自己不知道嗎還問我還沒有收到嗎？）我說沒有 店家：稍等一下，我待會處理給您 2018.6月 我再次連絡何時要處理⋯ 店家：非常不好意思，我們因為人手不足，遺漏了您的事情，非常抱歉 2017.9月～2018.6月過程中都是我主動連絡車店大約5次⋯ 缺貨中我可以等 有問題要通知一下怎麼處理 過程中最不爽就是沒有一次主動連絡我！ 雷爆了～

自己一台騎了七年的公路車雖然不是在這家買的，但是後來剛好換裝和保養，從踏板功率計開始、坐墊包、手把帶更換、超輕量內胎、傳動清潔保養、鋼絲斷裂、處理BB異音、輪組培林更換、頭碗珠生鏽更換、鏈條更換等，老闆耐心處理問題的態度，令我感覺到很安心，協助我的老車回春繼續再戰，最近整車騎起來宛如新車非常好騎，謝謝Yao bike!

訂了一組商品，從原本的有現貨，通知會延後到月底才出貨，後來也沒任何消息，事後又是自己打電話去問，回覆是下禮拜會到貨，又等了一個禮拜還是沒有出貨。 問了又說會再幫忙確認後回覆，後來完全沒收到回電也沒下文，已經一個半月了，每次打去問都說再確認，請問是要確認多久？？？

受不了把帶太硬，在家附近搜尋到這間單車店就騎過來換，剛開始真的找不太到正門還繞了一下，把帶安裝後很滿意，手掌舒服多了

可以感覺出來，老闆（或店員？）是挑客人和商品在服務的，建議進去時多聊聊，台北還有其他好車店。
