Always have loved the YardHouse and have been many times. Visited tonight. The waitress was great. Was sad they didn't have any octoberfest steins left, but not a big deal. My food and my wife's was great. The whiskey salmon is awesome. My daughter ordered a hamburger medium rare. After a few bites she noticed it was more Beef Tartare than a hamburger. When the waitress came back my wife nicely just asked if this is their version of medium rare. She said I'm not sure. She did offer to have it remade, but at that point we were done with dinner. The manager eventually came over and was very short with us, curt, and basically kind of rude. He said well I guess you ate enough to like it. Really?? 3/4 of the burger was still there. We said our daughter was really hungry and ate a few bites before she noticed, and didn't like. As a manager of a multi million dollar store for many years, that is not the way to react or treat customers. He finally just scoffed and left. The waitress came back for the final bill and said the manager took the burger off. That's not even what we wanted. We just wanted to know if this is how you cook your hamburgers for future reference. Which we never found out. Nice, but doesn't make up for the manager being so rude and not being empathic or understanding at all. The waitress was great, but obviously not the same after the manager acted that way. Yard house, you need better training of your managers and how to treat people with respect. His passive aggressive behavior was unacceptable. If our daughter wasn't there (who has special needs) he would have got an earful. That would have been too upsetting for her, but he deserved it. Do better. Not sure, even though I love the great beer selection, we will be back. Sadly, I don't remember either of their names.

Chicken should not be RUBBER FAT…. Normally, I would never leave a review but I’m so incredibly disappointed with this establishment. Not only due to the fact, I am paying nearly $20 for ONE appetizer. (Chicken lettuce wraps) with tofu onions etc. Then to add, it’s not only disgusting but completely bare with a scarse trace amount any of the ingredients included with the menu. This way if someone doesn’t like one of the items in the lettuce wraps there is at least other things to add in substitution. It was rubber fat, a handful of microscopic tofu, easily mistaken as fat pieces, 5 pieces of chopped green onion and the “juice” it’s cooked in…. GROSS!!!!! All was presented nice, that I will say. Despite the presentation, the sad excuse of “chicken” in a cardboard cup (notated to be cooked well done, also later confirmed, by the EXPO, it was in fact “crispy”) come to find fatty chunks of wiggly rubbery chicken, which was so unbelievably gross I had to spit it right out. Money spent and no food, just dunking lettuce in sauce.I am appalled by the sad excuse of food being served to people. Will never go back. * Although, the service, and atmosphere were tremendous so that I will say has always been great! Which is probably why I’m so taken back with my food.

A friend and I went here on a whim after seeing Lightyear and I had never been to Yard House before but always heard decent things. There was a wait which if there’s no sitting room you have to stand in a hallway in between the entrance, along the bathrooms to where you check in to be seated. So it makes it crowded. I tend to not have a short temper and I have a lot of patience though. After waiting about 15 minutes we were next to be seated and they gave the 2 of us a large booth which was great. The food was PHENOMENAL. I got the Whiskey Glazed Salmon and it was absolutely fantastic. The glaze is delicious, it’s on the sweeter side but has a slight smokiness to it. It comes with extra sauce which I appreciated because I love sauces. The vegetables were wonderful too. I ended up getting dessert which was too big for me so I couldn’t finish but that was delicious as well. Our waitress was awesome, even though the place was busy she still made sure to come by to check on us and ask if we wanted refills, and if we used the call server on the table device she came right over. I definitely will be going back to a Yard House at some point, just for that salmon!

First lunch outing to Yard House. This was a planned excursion intentionally preceding a trip to Total Wine to pick up provisions (the best kind) and my neighbor buddy and I wanted to see if we could find something new by sampling from Yard Houses's selection of ~130 draught beers. Oh, and eat lunch. The best part of my experience was picking the brains of our server, Ryan W. He helped me pick out several tasty beverages for my four flight sampler. No easy task since I was using my phone to research the IBU rating of each selection (pay attention, Yard House; the IBU should be On The Menu Already, put it right next to the ABV) as well as ensure I was tasting things which were also available at our next stop. I didn't want to taste something, like it, then ... not be able to buy it anywhere. One I didn't think I'd like, the Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad, ended up being great; full of complex flavors. Tasting it was an experience similar to evaluating an expensive single malt Scotch; great on the nose, then the taste evolved over time. Very rich. Yes, it went into my cart at TW and came home with me. Oh, by the way ... the Stacked Turkey Club was good too.

Great place to hangout for a date or catch-up, with friends and family. There's plenty of different types of seating and lots of bar seats too. We like the booths. Very dim lit in here at night fyi but we don't mind it. The weekend nights are really busy and you might be waiting for a while especially if there is a live game on. They have a call system that notifies you when you're table is ready though. They don't do reservations but they do have a wait list. The food here is decently good and drinks are well made by the bartenders. The service here has always been amazing. Plenty of beer options as you would expect. The other locations as well have been great but this one is our favorite. Great location for many other things to do as well like shopping and movies.

I hadn't been here in a while, but was meeting a couple of friends for dinner on the patio. I was quickly reminded of the wide variety of dishes they have here. They have American, Asian, Mexican, and I believe Italian. The service was outstanding as was the lava cake dessert. As we left, I thought, "I really need to come here more often!"

I was here for a date night after seeing a movie at Desert Ridge. There were a lot of people here so I assume that was a good sign. The wait was quick considering the amount of people present and the customer service was great. The drinks were delicious and had a kick which was a great way to end a night. I ordered the ceaser salad which was very delicious. For an appetizer I ordered the spicy tuna stack. I was under the impression this was like sushi wrapped in rice, but it was caked in guacamole. I couldn’t eat it. My spouse liked it, but I just couldn’t do it. It was the texture I think that threw me off. Otherwise overall it was a good time and experience.

For the prices its a little above average on foods and drinks but well worth it if you can now and then. This place was AMAZING! Thank you for our first visit and the bday desert for my wife. We actually shared it , it was rich but really good. First time here and I picked the food apart and yes....they prepared everything great. They slow roast the meats overnight so the following day its tender as hell. Lots of tap selections and the home brews they have are really good. I ended up drinking an blonde pilsner. Fantastic spot. The beer selection is extensive. Cocktails are ok but beer is their strength. Happy hour is full of great options to not spend too much on having a great time. Fun place to have a drink after a movie or to catch an appetizer and drinks on the way home. The chicken nachos were super delicious.

They have some sort of impossible meat that I forget the name and didn't try either, but it's there for people that don't consume animals.

Very satisfied to come here, my friend and I sat at the bar cause were not available tables, we went on Tuesday and was very crazy so If you want to come here try to get early as advice, we tried differents kids of beers, we love amber beers but they have just 3 types, loved a beer called Hacker pschoor Munchner from Germany, second time we got a table, Marla approach us she is great she was our server!! She speaks Spanish too! We loved, we ordered 2 burger, 3 beers & house margarita (sweet btw but it's ok) we loved everything but it's pretty dark if you choose tables, this place should have more light considering that people have meals so can't see what's ok it, besides that was a nice experience overall and good prices compared with other places

Wonderful experience!! My family and I drove to Arizona from Ohio under unfortunate circumstances but this place really made our lunch enjoyable . THANK YOU TO MALLORY for excellent service beyond anything I’ve experienced in a long time (even as a server ) for our 13 top with many requests. And thank you to the team along with her who really worked together , you guys made a hard day a little easier . I wish we had a Yard House where we live and the great team to go along with it! With over 2000 reviews, there's not much new to say about this long established super pub. I've been to a number of locations in various cities. A reliable selection for casual gatherings for business and catching up with friends. TV's everywhere always playing sports. I have never had a bad meal at this location. Their take on pub grub menu kicked up a notch pleases the masses. Their vast beer selection is hands down one of the widest selections out there. The service is always good, and the whole crew seems to be working their butts off. I ordered a standard cheeseburger this time with onion rings. Both were perfect. Their beer pretzel is legit too!

WE called for a reservation and was told to call 15 minutes before arriving to get on the list. When we called we were told they were taking walk in only. That costs one star to have bad communication with customers. We at at the bar, which was fine and allowed us to be seated right away. The bar service was a little spotty, but good enough. I tried the Yard House flight. All quite good. They poured a decent chardonnay by the glass, but the original bartender we had did not know the wines, went to ask questions and never came back. We had the roast beef dip and the nachos. Both very good, but the Nachos with the Ahi Tuna were a level above. Solid visit. It was my first time and I will be back.

Nothing much going on here that stands out, unless you are here for beer. That aside, the food is pretty meh. We ordered several different appetizers for their happy hour, which makes the pricing fair. The pizza was a let down bu the poke nachos are the winner. The chicken lettuce wraps were pretty decent as well, but its all just salty bar food in the end. They have a nice beer selection , however. The atmosphere is OK, it was VERY loud inside and pretty hard to speak to one another.

Always a solid place to eat at. Huge selection of beer, cocktails, and food. Service is usually efficient, but lately they have been short staffed, which I understand, considering it’s going on nationwide. So expect it to be slow some days. It does make it hard just trying to get our check to pay our bill. Love the lobster garlic noodles. One thing I would never get here is the tea. You’re probably wondering why someone would order tea here in the first place, and I am wondering the same, haha. It was some sort of lemon lavender tea and it was gross. But everything else we ordered was good.

I have been in a Yard House venue a half dozen times around Arizona. I have co-worker friends who like going here for the beer offerings. I do not get the black, cavernous motif. Everything is black from floor to ceiling, with all the furnishings in between. And of course, the wait staff is dressed in black. I like a dark mood but this is ridiculous. The service at the bar was great but the food was just okay. This is not a go-to for me but some like trying out the voluminous selections of brews.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Laid back but slightly upscale. The bar in impressive with all the different taps. They even had two of my husband's favorite from Boulevard brewery back in Kansas City. The food was great, though I must say the fried items were slightly over cooked, they were delicious. My burger I ordered medium rare and it was perfect. The service was friendly and at a good pace. I'm ready to try again but I'd like to sit outside.

Excellent food with a family-friendly environment that still feels upscale without being formal. The calamari was so fresh and delicious but it was my garlic lobster noodles that blew my mind. The portion was generous with tons of lobster, shrimp and crab meat. My mom loved her BLT with avocado, husband had a great burger, and the kid was thrilled with her cheese pizza. Definitely a win - we will be back soon!

Great, relaxing, fun place. DANIEL was a great waiter and very helpful inspecting a beer. Manger walked by several times to check up on things and even stopped to ask my wife if the toast was too done ( it was a little black). Very good soup and jambalaya. I will definitely be back, especially when it gets cooler to sit outside. By the way, the beer I had was totally new to me and was very good.

I love yard house. The best thing about yard house is that the food is consistent no matter what yard house location you go to. I had the Korean ribeye…. I won’t ever order that steak from them again. It was not good to my liking… and it only came with one side… my wife on the other hand had the fried chicken and sweet potato pancakes. HER FOOD WAS SO DAMN GOOD I WAS MAD I ORDERED THAT NASTY STEAK. I haven’t stopped dreaming about coming back to order my own chicken and pancakes but damn that steak was nasty, basic, and overpriced for it to come with one side. Like look at how sad my plate looks then look at her plate…

The food was excellent! We got the Poke Nachos, House Cheesesteak, and the Spicy Jambalaya. Zeke (our server) was quick and friendly as well. Their atmosphere is family friendly, and they play old school rock music. It's a great upscale place to catch up with friends!

First time to Arizona. We are staying close to Scottsdale. We had been told that Yard House was a great casual place for dinner. So we have it a try. What an amazing experience. We sat at the bar. The bartender Justin as great! There are so many draft beers to choose from. The food was amazing! I would recommend the Nashville Chicken sandwich! Also the garlic truffle fries are a must! Perfect place for dinner and cold beers!

I had an absolutely amazing time with my boyfriend here for lunch one afternoon. Our server was absolutely fantastic and tended to us very well. The wait wasn't long, the hostess was very kind, and the restaurant was spotless! The food was worth every penny as far as quality of the food and portion size. Our server recommended things off the menu for us but wasn't pushy or anything at all. Will absolutely be returning here!

Let me just say, this place is fantastic! The brew house offers a very wide selection of beers. The atmosphere here is so lively, I actually don't mind sitting at the bar. Now, the food, the BBQ Cheddar Burger is THE best burger I've ever had, hands down! This place is quite remarkable and I'm excited to revisit and try more items on the menu. Superb job, Yard House.

Being that it was our first being patrons, I was impressed. It felt like an upscale Brewery/Sports Bar that you can enjoy an elegant dinner and watch a sports game. The food was exceptional and our waitress it was very friendly and attentive. Two BIG thumbs up for the Yard House.

Just as good as I remember, fantastic selection of beer, tacos were great! Some of the best shrimp tacos I've had in Phoenix in a while. Have a great outdoor space too and dessert ridge has really added a lot of shade. Surprisingly affordable, 2 beers, an order of truffle fries and 2 plates with 2 tacos about 55 bucks.

Did a call ahead. When we got there, was quoted 15-20, waited 40mins. Had a steak, both steaks ordered were medium, one was ok, the other not so much (see pic below for the comparison of each steak). However, they have really good Strawberry Moscow Mule's and the service was spot on! More

There are many good food items on the menu along with icy cold brews. One item that might be lesser known are the chicken wings. These are some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had. My favorite two flavors are whiskey black pepper and Korean garlic… You will not go wrong with this.

Went to have brunch with some good friends. Love the fish and chips with a Kona blonde beer. Service was fast and efficient.  Will be back!

Terrific place to get good food along with a large variety of beer to choose from. They offer both indoor and patio dining with very good service. The half yard beers are fun to drink. Don't forget to order the giant pretzel! The wings and tacos are very good as well!

Everything about this place is amazing. My only recommendation would be, if you have night blindness, go during the day. It's almost pitch black in the evenings. Had to use a flashlight to read the menu. Still, no complaints!! Thanks for the amazing experience. More
