I’ll start off with; I never give negative stars especially for local businesses because that is usually what I support. However this place is absolutely awful!! The Fume vapes here are fraudulent, and I know that for a fact because I know the owner personally from Miami and I’ve purchased vapes prior and they never burn out immediately like they do this place. They charge $21 for the Ultras which is a rip off for a vape that is not REAL. When you bring it back they refuse a replacement like every other vape store would I’m the area. I would avoid this store at all cost!!! The manager is awful and does not know customer service. Such a disgrace for something that could be great in the heart of YBOR. :)

WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO IN I bought a vape from this place When I left I notice it didn’t work at all but I didn’t have a way to get back until the next week When I go to return the owner tells me he never had this product and the employee that cashed me out doesn’t work there SOOO YOURE TELLING ME A GHOST CASHED ME OUT BOTTOM LINE THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS CRAZY WHOLE TIME HE SAYING IM TELLING HIM HE IS LYING when I tell you I walked out that store so fast DO NOT RECOMMEND RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

They got everything you need. Always so friendly and chill. Love the vibe, definitely a lifetime customer. All other supermarkets raised prices during COVID, while these people went out of their way to help their customers and make sure everything was available and kept their prices low. Support this place!! They’re the best supermarket in town

Been going here for the last 2 years, they have literally everything you could possibly need and they are the sweetest people ever. The owners are super nice and caring, and so are the employees, they take the time to get to know customers. This store is one of the reasons I was so sad to move out of ybor. They really made ybor feel like home.

This place of business is racism’s, no minority needs to purchase anything out of this store. I and my friend purchased a shirt out of this stores, the stork clerk treated us in human, he slashes shirts out of our hands,, he thought we was poor, until I gave him a $100 for $10 dollar shirt.. Black peoples stay away.

I love that all the prices here are so low and their customer service is phenomenal. I bought a vape and it stopped working and they switched it out for me with no problem at all. They really treat people so well here!!! They gained a forever customer.

Watch your bank statement - bought some items here, kept my receipt, got home and saw they somehow charged more than what the receipt said. Be careful of rip-offs here. Reported the transaction as fraudulent to my bank.

This store is AMAZINGGG!!! I’ve been going there for the past 12 years, and I have not experienced any bad customer service there. Owners and workers there are super friendly, nice and caring.
