Really bad experience. 1. Irresponsible 2. Lack of communication 3. Unprofessional 4. Not willing to own their own mistakes It was really disappointing that my booking was not even there when the day for the rent arrived and there were no cars available. The guy on the phone just cut me off while I was on the middle of the talking. How irresponsible? If you aren't willing to accept your mistakes you shouldn't be in customer service business. You guys need to understand that if someone books a car, there would be 10s and 100s of other plans associated with the travel. If you dont have a car available, you SHOULD NOT take bookings or at least let the customers know in advance. A highy disappointing service I'd say.

They've got an ok pricing and they've got good cars to choose from. One thing I didn't like was their inability to trust their customers. Besides this, they also apparently need customers to be clear about where theyre taking the car and you'll be fined for any extra distance you cover doing so. Theyre good and probably will get better yet still the process isnt exactly fun at the moment. All the best for them theyre doing something that's pretty hard to find in nepal but so far the execution seems poor. I'd say the price, service and overall experience was subpar.

We wanted to rent a scooter for 1 day, which costs around 600-800 Rupees in Nepal, which our hotel told us and was our experience so far. Yes Sir wanted to charge 1800 for a day. When we asked in Thamel for a scooter afterwards, they wanted 700 but Thamel was a little far from us. So we went back to Yes Sir and asked again. Now they wanted 3000 Rupees for one day!! Total scam, way too expensive! They just wanted to rip us off

The team of yes sir rental in Kathmandu always goes extra miles for your journey. Hired a self drive vehicle and had to change the vehicle next day. It was really smooth process and changed it quickly but it depends on the alternative availability. Definitely will book next time again when will visit to Nepal.

Bad service and bad driving. Gave driver 3000 each night for food and hotel but tried to cheat on petrol. We drove approximately 500Km i gave him 10000 to fill the tank . Scorpio- 4days 28000 for car + 10000 fuel + 12000 for driver food and hotel + 2500 tips = 52500 for 4days we released driver 11am 4th days

Desperately needed a ride when I was in Kathmandu. Thanks to Yes Sir, I used the self drive option. Really good service who actually cares about the customer's satisfaction. Felt like it was my own private car. Now I regularly use their service even when I travel outside the valley. Highly recommended.

Watch out when you‘re a tourist or westerner. They will rip you off drastically. We wanted to rent a scooter for a day (normal price for that is 800). They wanted to charge us 1800 and at a later time even 3000, bargaining was not possible. Unbelievably bad!

With such rush and security issues it's hard to find such accessible and flexible service. With such a good cooperation and humble response, travel with "yes sir vehicle" has become fun in a very affordable price available in town.
