I came back from India and I did shopping when shop was closing and I picked up Curd from shop and It was expired. I went back to return the product. Person who was serving customers said that’s not possible we remove products weekly. I’m really disappointed honesty doesn’t work in Punjabi communities rather than feel any apologies by person. I got receipt with me. Even I asked the person check your cameras on that time. I wasted only $5 but he lost the customer for life time. Do you think I buy product from one shop and show to other person it’s expired and gone off. Curd expiry was 24 October and I bought product on 14 November. I came back from Overseas 14Nov. If I complain to food safety people than what he does. That’s okay for me. Please make sure you check your products carefully they keep expired food at the shop. Keep $5 it will make you big businessman but you don’t know how I earned $5.

One of the best customer service and most amicable people at the Indian shop. Every time you enter they have a huge smile always ready to help if you need any assistance. Moved into this area a year ago so far the best Indian shop we have been to in Melbourne. Huge variety of all the stuff and if they don’t have something they will organise it for you. Highly recommended. I really don’t see why people have negative reviews as I have been shopping for more than a year now and absolutely love the service, they way they are always happy and ready to help. Exceptional service! First time visiting, I felt very welcomed. This isn’t my usual supermarket, I attend for your traditional food and spices, for my butter chicken. I have come across so many more delicious foods with the assistance from the lady working. It was amazing, she even gave me some tips! I highly recommend, popping in store to see what Yes Yes offers! (Unfortunately I didn’t catch the ladies name)

Been shopping since these guys opened, always welcomed with smile and everyone just goes above and beyond at this store to help you out. Not sure why others feel disappointed, but honestly we never had any issues with quality or use by dates. Just picked up some flowers and mango leaves for pooja and as a special request they kept things aside for us to collect as per our convince. Keep up the good work guys.

I am shocked that customer service could be this worse .They don’t even deserve the rating in negative (-) numbers.Taking huge advantage of being the only South asian store in proximity. Like do you guys have any standards set for hiring? Or do you hire on basis of being the rudest possible...?

One of the worst customer service I have had with them. Staff on the checkout counter never wish you greetings not even when you paid and walk outside. They just looking at your face. Management should teach them some customer service. they don’t even deserving 1 star here.

The shop is conveniently located for the locals of Woodlea, has a good assortment of food products, specially items from India. The opening hours are suitable for the time poor ,staff are very courteous and help as and when required.

20% expensive then other store ( Punjab import, living India etc) and limited stock. ok if your in hurry and want to buy one or two items . Suggestion not good and reasonable for weekly or monthly groceries.
