Renovated stadium looks nice and you get great views of the field from your seat if security lets you go to your seat. Not until after I purchased a beer did I discover I was not allowed to return to my seat. This caused quite a crowd around the concession area, making it unsafe during a pandemic. There was also one concession area for nearly 2,000 attendees, creating another challenge. So being able to enjoy nachos and a beer during a game was not possible. The security guard in section 400 kept staring at fans during the entire game looking for beer and masks not properly worn. This was unpleasant and I hope it gets fixed or I do not plan to return to the stadium for a York United game.
Had a great time at stadium. Keele and Steeles isn't the most accessible spot coming in from NE of the city but everything else was great. Parking was reasonable and lot was a stone's throw from the gate. Getting in was quick and easy. Lay out of stadium is good, single tier of seating down one side of the field, with concessions, washrooms, and merch along the top. Can easily watch the action while buying food or bevys. Merc was reasonably priced, concessions were slightly expensive. Most importantly, got to watch a quality game of footy with good support high home and away and welcoming fans who didn't hassle me for wearing a HFX jersey.
Visited this soccer to dome to watch our Academy team play a match. Nice turf, bright and lots of standing room for viewing. There are some bench seating and stands available but not enough for everyone. The corners of the stadium are busy with other teams warming up so try and avoid if possible. **PARKING - As with most University's parking was limited. The only lot we found within walking distance was the TTC Pioneer Village lot north of the dome. It was 5 dollars flat rate and was cashless using onsite machine or an app.
I was not allowed to get into the stadium even if I have a ticket for today's game, July 8 at 21:00. There was no one to scan my ticket at the entrances. I was disappointed. A ticket holder should be allowed at anytime to access the gate to watch the game and to enter at any entrance. In addition, the securitys at the gate are unfriendly, not willing to help and they keep saying that they are on their first day on duty and can't let me talk to the supervisor or anyone who has authority to resolve the issue.
Went for a York United game with my son for the first time and what a great experience it was. We sat in the supporters section and the group could not have been any nicer. They got my son to wave one of their flags, allowed him to bang on their drums, included him in some of the many chants they had. To top it off, at the end of the match they help him get a picture with some of the players. He loved every minute of it. Thank you for the awesome hospitality and inclusion. We will definitely he returning.
Went to a York United FC game. Pleasant experience. We didn't know we couldn't bring in any food and drinks, so had to throw out a bag of candy and the contents in my water bottle. Should have thought of this. There is a stall selling typical stadium food. One selling pies (this is good). And one stall selling tickets for beer and a gin cocktail. Could have a wider range of drinks. All in all a pleasant experience.
This stadium is tidy. I didn't see anything that was disgusting about it. There were only 2 things that bothered me and my son: 1) wasp infestation. Not the big ones. The ones the size of bees. And i couldn't see anything that would attract them there but there they were. 2) we didn't like the smell of the bathroom. My son couldn't stop commenting on it the whole time we were in there. Otherwise it was nice stadium
I went to a regular season match in 2022-2023 season. The food was underwhelming and very expensive. Drinks were so expensive I remember like $10-$12 a tall can. Atmospherically it was great. Family environment. The staff was super nice and helpful. There’s not much to see or do it’s a very small stadium. Great place to catch a cheap game if you are local I would definitely check it out
the closer packing is for York university residents and it's always empty but you won't use it. the one available a little further. with that said if you need to buy a coffee or anything to eat you will either walk for 30 mins or 5 mins drive. it's a good track and across the road there's an indoor track and field facility with a gym . drop in or pay monthly.
Great facility with lots of parking nearby. Can with three teenagers to watch York United for the first time. It was a perfect night out. Weather was great, no mosquitoes, good seats, and we got a win! Food is not as overpriced as some other stadiums. The pies are a bit expensive, but so worth it! Would definitely go again!
Best university stadium. Built for the Pan American Games. Now being owned by York University. Home stadium for York9FC and YorkU Lions. Near to Pioneer village Station and accessible to everyone. Situated in the centre of sports area (Aviva Centre, Can Ian Ice Hockey Centre, Tait McKenzie Centre and York Athletic Arena)
Home of the mighty 9 stripes.I would highly recommend coming along to see a soccer game. The pot pies are the best I have ever had and the combination with a nice cold beer is a match made in heaven.York Uniteds tickets are very reasonable and going to a game is a cheap day out.
Went to a Toronto Arrows game; from the line to seating to the actual game the entire process was painless and seamless. Great view from pretty much any seat/section and clean bathrooms Since I love the Arrows I’ll be back for more games this season
Disorganized staff, gates opened late two out of two times I’ve been there so far. Was told once I was permitted entry that I couldn’t have an umbrella with me so had to leave to take it to my car and return. Other than that was a fine experience. Parking is $15+
I was there for OFSAA last weekend and the facilities there are exceptional. The was parking nearby and it is wheelchair accessible. The facility was clean and had easy access to booths, elevators and stairs.
Visited the stadium for York U’s POW WOW event, and was surprised to find it was on the cement. Great space except the speakers are on the bleachers so it makes the experience very difficult to hear clearly.
Cozy little stadium. Nice pitch. Open air which would have been fine, but weather turned bad. They cleared the stadium effectively, but would have been nice if there were more places to take shelter
Good venue, with lots of parking but make sure you "pay and display". York U is a regular checker in carparks even on Saturdays! The seats and walkways to carparks are open so dress for the weather.
Cool place! Went to see for the first time the Toronto arrows and was an amazing experience. There are a lot of parking spots and the subway is near to the stadium, so you can arrive easily.
Home of TFC 2, York United fc, Toronto Arrows and York University... they also put a bubble in the winter for the "summer" sports to continue to practice/play in the winter time
Nice stadium layout, good seats! Snacks, food, drinks a bit expensive. $7 drinks and snacks for watching T.O. Arrows pro rugby team. Pay via debit/credit, cashless.
Was surprised at how nice of a stadium this was. The view was all around awesome. No bad seats to be had. (Way to go guys with such a stellar floor plan).
Work a York9 soccer game at this venue. Nice and big, good view of the pitch from just about anywhere. It's a newer building so the facilities are nice.
Hate the steps in the stands no railings; the water in the bathroom splashes everywhere; the food and drink lines don't flow properly....
Went to see the Toronto Arrows, not very crowded, fast entrance, good enough seats. They didn't have water in a hot day, which is weird.
Join York Rugby for open touch sessions Thursdays 4-5:30pm in the YLS Dome. All welcome! Reach out through IG @YorkLionsRugby
Amazing place. The biggest dome in Toronto for winter only and also an international size football ground in York university.
We enjoy watching the York9 FC play their games. Kids love that planes fly overhead all the time.
A great & clean stadium with a hug parking lot where you can park your car and enjoy the match!
Big bright field, lacks seating which is unfortunate considering you have to pay for parking...
Nice track and field facilities, although s bit small compared to what I've seen in the states.
Beautiful new venue. Went to watch the Invictus games and was surprised at how nice was
Such a great place to watch the football. Friendly atmosphere and everything you’d want
There is a paid parking lot close to the stadium. Over all it is a very good facility.
The stadium was very clean. My athlete's competing at OFSAA liked the track.
Great place, I was there when York University hosted the NAIG 2017 games.
Surprisingly small; if you are there at noon, be prepared for a sun burn.
Very well maintained, reasonably priced beer and nice view if the field.
Easy to get to by car or public transit. Great stadium to enjoy a game.
Very nice venue for a professional soccer game. Even has patio seating.
Brautiful stadium and a great place for the CPL to launch in Ontario
When events are happening it's difficult to find parking available.
It was really nice. BUT their should be more stairs then just one
Good access, safe and decent lighting but exorbitant food prices!
Full of youth and energy, this place has some different Aura.
Modern track and field stadium on campus. Plenty of parking.
An enjoyable Saturday afternoon at the football match.
Very nice stadium , my first time going there love it
Good facilities. .good track center indoors and out.
Grade 5 city finals. Relay. 3rd place may 23. 2018.
A fun place, been there for the Arrows and United.
Needs closer parking but nice spot and great food.
The stadium was clean. I liked the running track!
This is a great outdoor track & field facility.
it was big and have large place to do exercise
Excellent facility. Well kept and very clean.
Excellent facilities...no shade at all though
$3.00 for a bottle of pop?!? Really?!? …

Adequate college stadium expensive parking
