10/10 highly recommend :) Dr Mital and nurse Iulia have always made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I didn’t ever tell them this but I have post-traumatic stress and sometimes lying in the dentist chair and having no control can be really triggering for me, and cause flashbacks from my past (acts of violence). Dr Mital is so good at communicating with me and letting me know every step of the way what he’s doing/about to do, I guess that’s why I never felt the need to tell him about my triggers. He’s also fine with me listening to music through my airpods, which helps me to relax as well. Laura at reception is so lovely, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also I’m really happy with my results, I came here for Cfast braces and have had a couple fillings too. I’ve actually moved further away now but will still travel to have this as my go to practice as the care is brilliant :) Dr Mital, Iulia and Laura thank you so much for all your work, support and attention to detail I really appreciate it.

Dr. Mital is brilliant with anxious children. I took my 10 year old there couple weeks ago. She's on the spectrum and was extremely worried and got very upset. He took it all in stride and explained everything to my daughter in such a kind, caring and patient manner before and during the procedure. I had not told him she had SEN. But he just instinctively knew what to do. He also fit in all the work in one appointment so we would not have to come back - I think he knew how anxious my child is about dental work! He did a great job. What I also liked is he never put pressure on us to come back to his clinic (he had said from the very first appointment that we should do what is best for us) - he put our needs ahead of simply signing up another client. We used to go to another dentist but definitely going back to York Road Dental.

If you have a phobia of dentists or any kinda dental work, like me, Dr Patel is who you want to see! I saw him almost 3 years ago for getting a root canal treatment done and since then I have never looked back. He is a great doctor and even better human being, He treats his patients with such care that patients immediately feel comforted and in good hands. His knowledge and ability to deliver is amazing. He also treated me for my INVISALIGN and has given me the best smile I could hope for. Again he has been extremely patient with me and has done his best to suit my requirements and schedule. I felt nervous when I realised a filling needed re-doing for the umpteemth time (after my former dentists struggled), thankfully this was so much better an experience. Dr Mital Patel is highly skilled and explains things properly and LISTENS!!!! He also uses proper, modern dental techniques including using anaesthetic gel so the injection doesn't hurt as much, and a special 'sheet' keep the field of dental work more isolated, this seems to reduce the problem of the constant need to swallow. The hygienist I saw Jenny Nicoll was so kind and gentle and the manager Laura Whelan is also a great communicator and holds everything together brilliantly. It's rare to find a practice so warm and welcoming, I never want to go anywhere else for my dental care! THANK YOU!

My experience with Dr Patel and the whole York Road Dental Practice team has been outstanding during my Invisalign treatment. The technology used is impressive and the weekly aligners make the whole process fast, seamless and painless - but it's really the attention to detail and the communicative approach to treatment that make me highly recommend York Road Dental Practice. It was clear to me right from the start that the most important outcome of the treatment would always be that my teeth looked the way I wanted them to, and Dr Patel guided and advised throughout the process so I always felt comfortable and confident with what was happening. Wow! I went into York Road Dental Practice this morning expecting the first of three appointments to replace a crown. It was going to be uncomfortable, expensive and time-consuming but it had to be done. Imagine my delight when Dr Patel removed the old crown, examined it and announced he was going to be able to save it! I left an hour later with the crown firmly back in place all tidied up and if it wasn't for my numb face, I'd be grinning from ear to ear! I am so impressed with the service I received, it's so reassuring - and frankly unusual these days - to know that your dentist has your best interests at heart. I have been going to Marcel for 8 years. My teeth have needed a lot of basic work and over the years I have beenvery well looked after. I have been given honest assessments of the work needed and options based on price. Finally I saved to have dental implants, 3 ! I was nervous about having the work done but Marcel and his team were really calm and reassuring. The surgery is professional and operates to a high standard. Marcel was meticulous in his work which involved several visits. Sally was very helpful with arranging appointments and making sure I had everything I needed. I am really grateful to them all. I now have great, new teeth and can heartily recommend this service.

This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. As a patient, they treat you like one of the family and always take time to make you feel at ease. Natalie is a wonderful hygienist and so kind. She gives brilliant advice and always has a smile on her face. I have absolute confidence in the way she looks after my teeth and the advice that she gives me in terms of keeping them in a good condition. Dr Patel absolutely knows his stuff and looks after your teeth really well whilst also caring about you as a patient and person. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. Finally found a dentist in London that's more worth it than a L'Oréal user. Margaret is awesome, highly recommended. Appointment was perfectly on time, no waiting then being blasé about it being busy and well hey. Reasonable price, understand the dental world perfectly, most importantly they don't clean teeth like they are drilling for oil. Great customer care and a good level of banter, which is always a bonus. Amazingly clean too, which helps a clean freak. Also, there is not useless, annoying, pointless sales tricks "oh have you tried this new tooth paste, it will regrow teeth.... it's only £100" then add it to your bill before you even notice.

I cannot thank Dr Patel, Julia and the team enough for my new smile! I've just finished by Invisalign treatment and whitening and the results are incredible. Before I was so self conscious of my teeth and now I smile wider than ever as I'm always getting complimented on my teeth. Dr. Patel is one of the most kindest and caring dentists I have been to in my life. I was beyond nervous for my tooth extraction and he helped me to stay calm and relaxed and walked me through the entire procedure, alongside a post-op visit to reassure me everything was healing nicely. I was recommended this practice after having a terrible experience at Chatfield dental who were only interested in upselling me rodeo dive treatments. Both the hygienist and dentist (Mr Patel) at York road dental practice we’re competent, professional, and not wanting to sell me experience treatments. They told me to shop on amazon for what I need as a first alternative. The dentist examined me with such attention to detail! I have had a dentist examine my face to see if I had lumps etc. Very impressed. Highly recommend them.

BEST DENTAL PRACTICE IN LONDON I have always been ashamed of my teeth and therefor self conscious. I had heard great things about Mital and his team so went along to see what he could do for me. The whole team are absolutely lovely, the practice is state of the art and Mital is a true master of his art. Have had a very positive experience at this practice since joining a few years back culminating in an invisalign & whitening treatment that has transformed my smile and attracted numerous compliments since the treatment ended. Aside from this I have generally found the practice to be efficient and accommodating ; dental concerns/challenges are addressed with sensitivity and pragmatic advice. Couldn't recommend Dr Robert Chaffe at York Road Dental enough. I went to York Road with a relatively complex case having been to a number of consultations in other practices to try and find a solution. Dr Chaffe offered a unique and innovative minimal prep veneers solution and the results are absolutely amazing. I found Dr Chaffe and the whole team at York Road extremely professional and helpful throughout my treatment and will definitely to continue to go here as my primary dentist in future.

Dr Patel is a very ethical dentist and I have been going for my dental check ups and dental treatments for the past eight years to him. I completely trust him to do the right things and am very satisfied with how he has treated me. In the past I have been to many other dentists and know they have done a lot of unnecessary treatments and ruined a lot of my teeth and therefore was very weary of going to dentists until I started going to Dr Patel who has restored my confidence in some dentists.

Being a person who gets a bit nervous with a Dental drill I had a 2 hour treatment and my teeth feel amazing after all the fillings and chips sorted. I can't even tell where my teeth have been filled - just amazing fix and colour match. I nearly dosed off ... that is how well Mital and his dental nurse made me feel. Mital explained all the steps he was going to take in detail and sequence and checked my neck for any lumps etc... Definitely recommend York Road Dental Practice to anyone... :-)

Natalie did an amazing job of providing a cleaning during my annual hygienist appointment. I had some staining on my teeth due to use of Corsodyl. This mouthwash stains teeth!! Natalie advised I should cease use of this product and simply continue to brush and floss as I normally do. I'm very happy with the service. I've been a long time patient of York Road Dental and can't say better things about the practise. Highly recommend both York Road and Natalie as your Dental Hygienist.

Absolutely amazing! Go there for my hygiene every year and it's a very pleasant experience. I went to another local one last year as York Road was fully booked and the hygienist flat out hurt me!! I was literally reaching for something to hold on too!! Will not go anywhere else from now on. Only critique is that it's hard to get an appointment due to its popularity, but that's a good problem to have I guess if it means you're waiting for something that's worth it.

I could not have better words for Dr Mital Patel. I have been to many dentists, but I have never felt confortable and calm in the dental chair. He takes time to explain each procedure without rushing up. The work is amazing. I have few wonderful fillings on my front teeth that you could not nottice the difference between tooth and filling. I tend to dislike dentists, but i was pleasantly surprised by how relaxed Dr Patel made me feel during my two visits for teeth-whitening and root-canal treatment. It was also open on Saturday mornings and right next to the station. Won't need to go back to Nottingham for my check-ups anymore atleast.
