I don't recommend this place at all. They are totally unprofessional in dealing with problems. They care very much about subscribing the longest period and try to convince in every possible way and once they get the money, they don't care about anything else. The training sessions that are complementary with the subscription are totally useless, the trainer asks you to do some very silly exercises that you can do on your own for just a couple of minutes without any details on the purpose of them and their benefits and that's it. Also the number of the machines on the floor are very few and sometimes I cannot find an available machine to train. I really regret subscribing in it and I won't renew it.

الجيم بقى زحمة أوي . كل الخدمات عليها ضغط كبير جدا. و من الصعوبة الواحد يقف مرتاح في الكلاس من كتر الناس وحتى لما حد من الادارة بيراجع اكواد اللي حاجزين الكلاس بيدخل ناس كتير اول ماالكلاس يبدأ و بنبقى واقفين متزنقين أوي ومش عارفين نتحرك . ده غير ان مكان الكلاسات معتمد على مراوح مفيش تكييف. و من كتر الزحمة أوقات كتير بيبقى في ضغط على الlockers والحمامات و حتى المسجد . الجيم فعلا مبقاش مستوعب عدد الأعضاء اللي فيه ومحتاج مبنى بأضعاف مساحته و أضعاف وسائل الخدمة اللي فيه عشان يستوعب عدد الأعضاء ده .ياريت الادارة تشوف حل للمشكلة دي لإن بالمنظر ده الناس هتبدأ تبحث عن مكان بديل.

Had an amazing day. The gym is equipped with everything a lady needs for self care. Took a dip in the warm pool, tried their gym equipment, they have very helpful coaches to guide you through the workout, attended an aerial yoga class, had a very good dinner. They also have massage section and a beauty salon. The gym is strictly to support ladies and momma's, they have a daycare to watch your kiddos while you relax and enjoy your day. Day pass is affordable but a subscription is definitely cheaper if you plan to be more consistent in your self care routine.

I had a day use there early this month. The place is very luxurious, it’s on the building of Solaris community club. It has a gym, a spa, cafe, restaurant, lockers, spacious praying area and the most stunning thing.. the pool . The problem i met there was because on this day the cafe and restaurant was suddenly closed without any previous planes. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE QUIET UNQUALIFIED SWIMMING TRAINERS. One of them caused my back injury to get worse.

The pool/gym/spa are clean but the restaurant was horrible, I had food poisoning from the restaurant’s awful food “tuna pizza” and they said they will take orders at 12:00PM but they started taking our orders at 2:00PM and we had our “breakfast” at 4:00PM and only some dishes were available from the menu not the whole menu and they doesn’t allow us to bring our food with us so we waited from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to have our breakfast !!!

I can't recommend this Gym because of the Unprofessional way from the Management in Tagammoua 1 Branch. My Son had an Accident in the Kidsarea and he cut his Tongue. He had an Surgery and till now the Wound appears. The Management from the Branch in Tagammoua 1 said: He is responsible for his own and he is old enough to decide what's dangerous and what not. He is 2 Years and 8 MONTHS!!!!! I can't believe it!?

The place is enormous, seriously huge has everything from Thailand Spa, Beauty Salon, Pool, kids area, Huge Aerobics classroom, Aerial Yoga Studio, cross fit arena, a floor only for cardio machines, 2 stores of gym machines, a restaurant and a café. I feel seriously no matter what you think you need you can find in the place! Amazing use of space to be honest... Felt at lost inside as if I am in a mall or a country club!

I really love this gym! It's extremely huge! The trainers are qualified and very friendly. If you need a break from working out or the pool, you can enjoy a lovely massage at the Thai Spa on site. There's also a hair salon that offer services such as waxing and pedicures. After my swim lessons, I enjoy fresh fruit juices from the cafe. This gym has everything you need and more!

لا انصح بيه علي الاطلاق... وقت الاتفاق إلحاح ومتابعة مستمرة و محاولات عديدة للاقناع بأكبر باكدج... وبعد الدفع مافيش متابعة ولا ادارة ولا خدمة عملة محترفة نهائى... وعود كذا مرة بأن فى حد هيتصل ويتابع معاكي وعلي مدار شهر ما حصلش ألا قبل انتهاء الاشتراك بيومين... ولا فاهمين حاجة ولا عارفين ان فاضل يومين والاشتراك يخلص....

My experience was really bad Very bad equipments The trainers are very helpful i subscribed for 3 mnths and didn't go except 1 month and half couldn't bare the machines they are really bad no maintenance whatsoever even when i complained that the leg press machine inured me they didn't do anything about it

Gym, pt, classes , spa , heated pool, cafeteria, kids area with baby sitting service all for ladies only its more like a community of ladies where u can enjoy and pamper yourself. Clean and positive and v welcoming staff Membership available for a month ,3 ,6 or a year with offers , day use are available

Best gym i've ever been to so far and i've been to a lot xD has a spa, swimming pool and it'e really specious. Great staff from start to finish. You can never run out of lockers there. They make sure that everything is cleaned perfectly and they sanitize the place regularly on daily bases on known hours.

The staff weren’t friendly at all and were very rude. I wasn’t even allowed in the pool on my day pass. I regret spending my money to come here, I wish I got a refund. I would not recommend this gym at all. The only good thing was the food.

Compared to Dokkie branch , it needs maintenance and to be renewed finishes doors all of the interiors , it’s crowded so it need to be organized workout floors and clean between classes , the air yoga needs a better place than the kids …

Good gym, the machines are in good condition but the staff need to get themselves educated in customer management and friendly service. Also, classes are canceled without any prior information, and this happens annoyingly frequently.

Spacious But crowded The pros is the system and the pool space and the cons is the classes Too crowded with little to no supervision from instructors to trainees All in all it’s like any regular gym but ladies only with large pool

Hygiene is plus plus, warm ambience in winter and very fresh in the summer. Heated pool, 2 floors gym. Experienced professional trainers. Specially the swimming coaches. They have aqua therapy and amazing clean spa.

The gym is clean and nice and in good condition. The staff is helpful. My only complaint is that there are some basic pieces of gym equipment that are not available like a squat rack and a bench press rack.

Very bad service. Regulations are changed a lot for to selectively let people in, without any announcements. One day invitations are allowed the following they are not, apparently based on who you are.

I went for a day use and it was realy nice, the place is clean, the ladies there are doing a very good job. My only comment is that people who answers the phone must give all the details …

The catering of fit cat healthy food is one of the best salad bars I have ever taste. The quality is far beyond being amazing, and the ingredients are rich and the taste is from heaven.

I was told that the gym is clean from inside and the staff was so helpful. The only complain is that the prices are really high and needs to go down a little bit.

Spacious with a big pool, good facilities and a beauty salon. Bumping it down because of unprofessional management and an odd set of rules.

For New cairo branch, Cafe prices are too high and food quality is decreasing noticeably! Not happy with the cafe at all
