Absolutely delighted to have this charming florist in Southgate! Customers come in, look at the solo rose stems and the owner greets them with a genial smile: "Are you looking for bouquet?" - "Yes, it is just something little for my sister, she is unwell" - "Something for £10?" - "Umm, I was looking to spend about £5" Owner's smile only gets warmer: "How about this?" She grabs a couple of roses, lots of greenery, some fresias, quickly wraps them up with some film and ribbons and presents the client with a bouquet worth much more than the said fiver. The client gasps. "Five pounds please". Client's face relaxes in a smile, and they walk out with their beautiful arrangement. I have seen this scene a couple of times now, and could literally watch the life in that little shop all day. You see bride's bouquets created, bridesmaids floral arrangements appear from the workshop, floral buttonholes perked in their holders, even the funeral wreaths look so beautiful and sad you want to get one just so. There was always a flower shop on this spot, but it never looked quite so appealing, and with shop being vacant for a few months last year, it was very dull and depressing, completely stripping the parade of any character. Now there are fresh flowers stacked on rustic French apple crates inside the shop, an array of plants on the vintage tables outside, and the windows are always decorated in accordance to the latest events in the country. ASDA, move aside with your scented roses that shrink after 2 days!

I ordered a Mother's Day dry flower arrangement for my MIL in another city. I was having trouble with the website and the ladies were very helpful. They guided me through it and kept me informed. On Mother's day, the flowers did not arrive. I was initially disappointed as we live 4 hrs away from my inlaws and it meant my MIL didn't receive her gift. I did msg them and again received a speedy reply. I could also tell how genuinely gutted they were that their delivery provider let them down. They fulfilled their end of the bargain and shipped out the flowers in time. It broke my heart to sense how upset they were about the hundreds of delivery that did not make it and they literally tried to do anything to make their customers happy. You do not find many businesses like this. They deserve high praise. Their flowers are the most stunning pieces I have EVER seen and their service is just as good. Rare gem of a business who we should all support! Thank you so much. My MIL's flowers arrived first thing the next morning and she was very very pleased

Beautiful flowers could have better customer service... Went to get special flowers to meet my boyfriends mother for the first time, had to ask for flowers to be put nicely in bouquette with folliage, then i asked for a small bunch of flowers for myself and they weren't cut to size or put in a nice bouquette and cost £27! I found it difficult to ask for a bouquette as they did not seem friendly. Would advise to be clear with your budget, the colour of flowers you want and arrangement. Flowers were beautiful, they have a wide variety!

Today I visited the store and was appalled by the complete absence of customer service. There were three people working and not one of them approached to ask if we needed any help or advice, we weren’t even greeted upon entry. Lots of items were unpriced so assistance would have been really useful, however the atmosphere did not seem friendly so I did not feel confident to ask. I came with intentions to purchase from an independent flower shop, however will turn to a well known online company instead. Would not recommend.

Not a great experience. First of all for bridal bouquets they charge a minimum of £150 even if you’d ask for essentially the same bouquet they sell for £50. I asked twice by when I would need to order and my questions were ignored. Then when I tried to move forward with my order they didn’t even bother responding. Thankfully found Blooming Haus who were happy not to charge me the wedding tax and even encouraged me to sign up for their newsletter to get 10% off. Customer service is everything!

Drastically upped their price for pampas grass and lowered the quality of it too it appears. I bought a fab bunch last year which is still going strong, recommended them to my friend who went there but was not happy with the quality of what she bought. I decided to pick up more for another room, and was shocked that I was charged three times more than what I paid last year, and then really disappointed in the grass itself, skinny, flimsy and just not at all good quality.

Sarah designed the flowers for my wedding. She did an amazing job and my husband and I were absolutely delighted with the results. They really took the time to understand what we wanted and impart their own recommendations and wisdom. We had so many compliments about the flowers, and everyone wanted to know where we ordered it. They were a pleasure to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding flowers.

I am not big on writing reviews at all and especially regarding flower shops, but the amazing service I received, when much needed, is worth my time and recommendation! This store was open in the evening, when I completely forgot about my mother’s birthday and was wondering what to do, as she loves potted flowers for her garden. Luckily, I came across this lovely store and needn't worry about anything else! Big thanks again!

Your London Florist is a fantastic shop with the most beautiful vintage window displays going!! The staff are so welcoming, and no request is too big of an ask. I booked Your London Florist for my wedding flowers, and they did not disappoint, the flowers we absolutely stunning. They can work to any budget no matter how large or small. I absolutely 100% recommend this company, I cannot speak highly enough of then.

Awful service - ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and they didn’t turn up . I ordered 3 days before Valentine’s Day so no excuses from their side . I even phoned them at 9am today to prompt them and I was told they would be arriving within the next hour . 3.50pm and was still no sign of them , I had to chase them for an update ! Won’t be using this company again .

Finally got the chance to pop into YLF and I wasn’t disappointed. Karen gave me great advice on some things I was thinking of having made for my home and also made me a lovely arrangement while I waiting. I really enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to go back for more bits!! Highly recommend YLF for beautiful unique arrangements for your home or as gifts.

I needed funeral flowers urgently and popped in on Sunday, needed for Monday morning. The florist was very accommodating and had a beautiful arrangement ready for collection at 3pm, so I was able to get them to the funeral parlour first thing in the morning. Fast and efficient and beautiful arrangement at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic florist! We used them for our wedding and they transformed the venue completely. They were all very helpful and friendly and listened to what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better florist. The prices were also very reasonable. Thank you all once again for making our day so special!

AVOID - bought some expensive flowers for my sister and they wilted and died within a week! So disappointed given the money spent. On reflection I was probably ripped off with the price I paid. You get longer lasting flowers with freddies flowers!

Wouldn't recommend a delivery from this place. Flowers came nothing like advertised on their pics and in the awfully wilted state. It'd be fair to say that the bouquet I got will better suit a litter bin rather than a coffee table.
