Yuliana Biriuc and others in her office have always been very kind, helpful and knowledgeable with regards to helping me maintain the best insurance. I would recommend speaking directly to her or others at her office and not using the iChat option online. The agents who are responding through iChat are useless and do not comprehend.

I have had the pleasure to call Yuliana my agent for the last 8 months. Yuliana and her team have been extremely helpful and friendly in walking me through my insurance plan, my coverage, and any available discounts I qualify for that I didn't know about. They are transparent and are exceedingly communicable whenever I reach out.

Don't ever use this Agent she is horrible and very bad business practices, go and do research your self as there is a documented formal complaint against her and her allstate location. They illegally took me off of my own homeowners policy

Awful customer service. Does not respond or does not call you back. Told me they removed a car but didn't and I got charged again. Have been trying to get my policy changed for over a week. I am switching to another agent.
