New to the area and trying out the local pizza shops. I ordered a thin crust Margherita pizza. I'm not dissing others reviews of this place, but my Wednesday evening dinner no homage to the future Queen of Italy. Tomato passata base was lacklustre, too much cheese that may be the culprit for the sans crisp base, providing a full 10 on the sag-o-meter. A sprinkling of dessicated oregano provided punctuations of dried herb flavour. Generous grease spot in the box. I ordered and picked up from the shop. Service was prompt. Premises is rudimentary, not particularly suited for dining in. Looks to be fairly clean, but the rend assunder upholstery on the waiting chair does not create favourable impressions as to general maintenance and pride. Displays commendations for supporting local social groups. A half rating on my nom nom nom scale gives it a no- This posh part of Franga I expected would support a better Pizzeria.

Yummy Pizza located in the heart of Lakewood on Heatherhill road is my favourite pizza shop of all time, I've been eating there since I was a kid and the pizzas there are amazing. I love there Yummys Special pizza the most but all there pizzas are great. The tomato sauce is beautiful on there pizzas and you can't find a fault with anything. George has out done himself with his quality of food and he is such a friendly guy to all his customers it's no surprise that he has been in business for 22 years strong. If your a local you know what I'm talking about and if your after a great pizza I highly recommend having a slice (I personally eat the whole pizza myself lol) every time I'm in the area I have to grab one even if I've already eaten there's just no beating these guys in taste. 5 out of 5 stars keep up the amazing work George your pizzas are the best

If you think his pizza is yummy, try his Nacho , couldn't believe it , Very tasty, I asked him to add lamb meat with it , he did put plenty of tender back straps , no fat , for extra 2$ , the container full of freshly cooked truss tomato , ask for George when you go . I made salad at home and the nacho which is 9.50 was more than enough for 2 people, extra big container. God bless you man and bless your shop . You are a giver .

Good pizzas at reasonable prices, what more do you need? Oh, and the lamb souvlaki pizza is awesome. Don't believe what they tell you about wait times for phone orders though, being told 20 minutes for pickup and then having to stand there waiting for another 20 minutes or more the last few times is annoying, just be honest about the wait time when we ring up and order Yummy Pizza.

Food was very average. Chips had very delicious salt on them however soggy and bit carboardish. The kebabs were just not it! Had this weird soggy paper wrapped around it and then when eating it both the meat and the bread was heard to bite through, could not finish the kebab. Service was quick though.

Appalled at the quality of the food here. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time as they were busy but again tonight it was disgusting. Garlic pizza was gross, barely warm, barely any cheese, kebab was disgusting the meat was all fat and the paper it was wrapped in was completely soaked in oil i just threw it in the bin after a couple of bites. Will never order again.

Ordered the nachos and when I opened the container I thought they had given me lasagne me accident,a thick layer of baked cheese. I'm pretty sure the cheese is mixed through the corn chips and so should the salsa. The corn chips were soggy and the ones at the bottom had nothing on them and they tasted stale. The gelato was good and so was the can of drink.

Always my go to place after a long day on the road, this night was after a trip to Deniliquin and back !!

The pizza they make an sell are awesome but I just got a parmigiana and I’m so not happy, burnt underneath, ham is the ham they use on the pizzas, chips that came with it were very average maybe the oil they were cooked in idk, an it came in a pizza box... I’m sorry guys but pizza I will continue to get but anything else I’ll have to pass...

This is my go to shop for good value tasty pizza. Decided to try carbonara fettuccine. It was a disgrace. Fettuccini cut up to small pieces & sauce was not what I call carbonara. Had trouble working our where the bacon & mushrooms were. All held together with masses of mozzarella cheese. Sorry guys but you need to improve on this item.

Got a lamb HSP for $15 it was horrible. The chips where ok, the lamb was fatty and dry and the garlic sauce was just was over done and drowned the meat and chips, it was so watery and there was some much garlic it wasn’t nice. After trying two mouthfuls I stopped eating it because it made me sick.

Ordered through menulog.. over an hour wait. Left a note to advise pizza to be on a thin base and no mushrooms in the carbonara.. yet neither were done and the carbonara tasted like cheese and pasta.. no cream and extremely bland. Very disappointed customer and will not be going back!

While not quite the closest pizza to our house, it's certainly the best. The food is consistently excellent and the staff are welcoming. And to update this, last night's pasta was equally excellent and the staff as friendly as ever!

Waited 2 hours for our pizza and pasta to be delivered. Rang twice the first time was at the 70 minute mark and told that they were really busy, the second call was at the 1hour 45 minute mark told it would be there I 5 minutes. It was all cold will not buy from there again

This is not only the freshest,most succulent pizza you will ever eat, these two brothers also go above and beyond to assist any body in the community that is in need. George and Paulie, I take my hat off to you guys.. but as I said hands down best pizza shop around.

Check the underside of your pizza. We ordered 7 pizzas and all but one was mouldy. Manager/owner denied it and wouldn't look at the evidence. They did refund for the entire meal but please be wary. Despite what the owner replied below, the pizza was mouldy.

Was expecting a nice Yummy pizza as usual but we were disappointed. Hardly any pineapple and also hardly any cheese on all the pizza's. Still tasted good but very lacking.

Best pizza shop in Lakewood / Frankston South, I will not debate this. The boys there give great service and always deliver beautiful pizza. I moved to Carrum a few years ago but I still make the trip there from time to time, it's that good.

My friend and i have ordered here on a regular basis, their Pizzas are out of this world. Fresh produce, amazing bases, crisp and full of filling, without being greasy, true to their name Yummo, 10 out of 10...

Be wary of using pay pass here as I was not given a recipe and was overcharged by $4. The Shop keep didn't apologies when I called him out (checked my bank in my phone) so this could be a common occurrence.

Normally great, but all pizzas brought were burnt and disappointing.

Sorry guys, the sauce was practically non existant (also bland) and as always way too much shredded ham. The kebab was a grease bomb and attempting to reheat the pizza only made it worse.

Came here based on a recommendation I came across on a Facebook group. Pizza was delicious and staff were friendly, will come back again.

Have been buying pizza from these guys for 15 years. Still great staff. Still very reasonable prices and the Yummy Special is the best.

Not the worst but not the best. The pizza was average, the kebab was a but dry and oily and the chips were cooked in old oil
