Truly brain dead operations, the return line was probably around 30 people long yet each associate spends 5-10 minutes neatly and SLOWLY folding/putting away each item. Make it make sense… this some basic ops and store management, if you guys need help hmu because I can figure out a better system in 10 seconds.

I usually always find something in Zara, but this location leaves me feeling disappointed. The pieces that they carry are limited, and the larger sizes are never in stock. Security is always welcoming, unlike the staff that's there they mostly focus on stocking, though there is rarely anything on the floor.

This is the worst Zara I’ve been to. I asked 4 different salespeople about getting an item that was in stock online, they confirmed it was in the back, and had me wait 20 minutes, go upstairs then downstairs then back again just to find the order. At the end the employee “rejected” it and it never came.

The clothes are very nice as always. But it doesn’t matter because the line to the register is always so long that it is not worth the wait. Two registers open for a total of 3 floors moving awfully slow in what I would think would be a prime location. Frustrating and disappointing is an understatement.

This Zara has the friendliest employees. Yes the return line is long but it’s the sale season and alot of people were returning multiple orders. Despite how busy it was everyone was so pleasant and the store was pretty well organized. Will definitely make this location my store of choice from now on

Another Zara, this store has everything a regular Zara store has, it is clean and has nice plants in it, the selection is good. Usually has a line at the register, never seen it empty. Nothing unusual, prices are moderate, goods look like they are a copy of well-known brands but cost a fraction.

Terrible returns process - waited 30 mins to returns a few pieces of clothing. Lots of staff around not doing anything - and only had one person on returns. Everything done so slowly took 10 mins per person - makes it so painful to do returns - maybe this is intentional. Horrible service.

I needed a pair of pants that happened to be sold out everywhere and I didn’t have time to try them on let alone stay on the long line. Thanks to Adaljisa I was able to find my pants and have all of my pieces for my trip. She was wonderful! She definitely made my experience very easy!

Michael and Brittney and Norma and Jazmin were the best. This Zara is super organized,clean, and the employees are so friendly and nice. The clothing was set up in a neat, eye-appealing way which is usually rare to find for fellow Zara lovers. Will be coming here from now on.

I had an amazing experience at this Zara location. The customer service provided by Addie was outstanding. She were accommodating and responsive to my questions, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect items, and I was impressed with the products I purchased .

Good shop and everything, but at 07:15 pm they decided to close the fitting room, even if they were open until 09:00 pm. Bad service. And two of the employees did not even look up at me when I tried to ask for help. Just answered with the back facing the clothes rack.

There was a younger gentleman today 06/26 that helped me with my return on the first floor. It looked like he may have been new but I had a lot of things to return and he was patient and extremely helpful and made the whole experience quite pleasant.
