I would give 0 stars if possible. The Indian girl with the acne and big buck teeth in the store provided a terrible customer service experience for me. I arrived at 8:30 pm. She said why did you come so late? The mall is open until 9pm I said to her and besides don't you charge by the minute? I then asked how they sell the service and was referred to a chart that lays out they charge for 10 minutes 20 minutes or 30 minutes so clearly there was enough time. I came back to return the rides (4 of them which I rented) at 8:41pm and was fairly charged. I don't deserve attitude and sarcasm when I come to your store with my wife and kids. Be more professional about the service offered. The fat indian girl was rude as well. They both seem to have a low IQ and lack critical thinking skills. Also the speed variations between the vehicles need to be addressed. The elephant I was driving was slower then usual probably because a lack of battery power. All of the vehicles should be traveling at the same speed. Again your staff doesn't maintain your vehicles properly. Retrain or replace them asap.

The price was a bit expensive for the amount of time you get. My kids likes it, but only something we will do once
