I am so glad I found Zack’s Auto Center. I have taken my car there several times but this last time showed me what a master Zack is with cars and his level of expertise. I took it in to have the catalytic converter replaced and what he discovered most likely saved me from having a bad accident or worse. Zack found the sub frame was badly rusted out in places and informed me that the car was unfit to drive or even tow in this condition. He asked if I even wanted to continue because it is such a costly repair for a 2005. He suggested trying to source a used one and he found one in the States after having no luck in Canada. The car is running well and back on the road! Zack is very honest with what you really need and he certainly goes the extra mile for his customers. I would highly recommend Zack’s to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

In these crazy times, it is a miracle to meet good and honest people especially in the auto industry. I met Zack, behind his mask I saw a genuine smile and concern for me. It can be intimidating to walk into an auto shop, afraid to be lied to and treated as a number. This was not the case at Zack’s Auto Shop. Zack was extremely attentive, gave me an incredible deal and to top it off, advised me regarding the longevity of my car. He offered some realistic solutions as well. He left me thankful and humbled as his honesty awed me. Its not a good thing to say I will be back since I hope my car will stop giving me problems. Had clutch and flywheel changed here, they installed a number of parts backwards (center support bearing, flex disk) and broke a number of fasteners so heat shield wasn't properly installed either. After they touched it a horrible vibration started. Paid thousands extra for them to redo work and have other shops fix the exhaust which they recommended and didn't alleviate the problem. Eventually took it to a reputable shop and they knew right away the CSB was installed upside down causing all the issues. Do not waste your time or money at this incompetent shop for big jobs, scammed me out of thousands Zack's reply is a lie, problem only started after you touched the car and BMW shop knew right away where you made the mistake

So glad I found Zack awhile back when I stopped in by chance while driving by his shop to get a few hard to change bulbs replaced on my 2008 Mustang. Since then I’ve taken it in a few times for some major work and Zack has been nothing but professional and honest with me and very economically priced for the amount of work that’s been needed to get done on it this year. He is a man of integrity and keeps his word, his estimates are always reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and have given out his business card to a few of my friends and co-workers. I have taken my car to Zack twice now, once for an oil change and vehicle maintenance package and a second time for a brake service. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Zack's Auto Centre. His prices are right and he is honest and trustworthy - two critical qualities when searching for a mechanic. My brakes feel dramatically better and I know they will last much longer than before. I won't hesitate to take my car back to Zack again. They also do a great job of sanitizing and following covid-19 protocols. Big thumbs up.

STAY FAR AWAY. Went there to get an oil change and coolant flush. For the oil change they filled it up only to the halfway point and for the coolant flush, all they did was take out the reservoir tank and put fresh red coolant in there and when I checked my radiator, it was never changed, it still had my green coolant. So not only did they charge me for a radiator flush and not do it, they also put in red fluid which should not be mixed with green coolant. They are unethical and far from honest. Would never ever ever go back again.

Zack and Zack's team are AMAZING! He fixed my car and then gave me a clear itemized lists of issues. And he charged me fairly. He was incredibly kind and patient in explaining things to me in language I could understand. He gave me tips to keep my lemon of a car in tip top shape. I went to Zack's to see if he can help me with putting in my new license plates as the screw threads weere corroded and it was giving me a hard time. Not only did Zack fix the issue, he was kind enough to not charge me and did it as a means to just help me out. What amazing HONEST service today at Zack's Auto Shop today. There's nothing quite as nerve racking as fearing the results when taking your car in. However when you have an honest mechanic to deal with it changes the experience entirely. Broke down what truly needed to be done today and then just highlights of items in the future. Went to Zack's for an initial oil change through Groupon. He did a quick and good job with that and additionally matched the price of a tire change from another mechanic. Additionally went back to him today for my rear brakes and pads. He provided a very competitive price and did excellent work. He's great to deal with and genuinely seems involved in fixing the clients problems. Will go back!

Great service. Got my oil changed and my dads oil changed here. He was very honest and diligent with his work. But be careful with the shop next door - they are connected and they don’t tell you they’re not associated with Zack’s. In fact, it seems they purposely avoid it so they can steal business. Make sure you always confirm it’s Zack’s Auto before you drop your vehicle off!

My husband and I have been going to Zack since he opened. Our former mechanic wasn’t available one day and that’s when we landed with Zack. She brought in her Cadillac ATS for a winter tire change and mentioned that the service and staff was very helpful, time punctual, organized, friendly, and most importantly, professional. Zack and his staff present different approach how to earn costumer satisfaction. Honesty was breaking point for me to bring my car every time without shopping around to find better mechanic because I already have one: this is Zack. Best service in town! Not the first time I’ve stopped by. This time they went above and beyond. I went in to change the car’s tires, and they noticed and fixed a leak in one of the tires as well as a rattling part underneath the car for no charge. Super friendly staff and great help!
