I been there for buying bandage. I had small cut on hand with sharp metal. I already stop bleeding. Just went there for buying bandage. Because in hospital was long queues. But lady at till call young boy and said something to him slowly. Then that boy called me to come in. He started to clean my hand .He was so scared to touch. He is no qualified. I was better to manage front of him. He had no idea what to do. Then he remove off price tags from spray and others cleaning spray. He couldn't do proper bandage. Which one came off after 1 hour. Then he gave me those stuff. Cost would be max £15. He gave me injection. I done first aid course. They told us when give injection to anyone make sure no air should be in injection .But he injected like hair air was in. He charged £80. I paid them but thing is if he is qualified and done as should be I was happy. But he is Pharmacist's son and look after his shop. They just take advantage when people go there. I cant believe how people take advantage from people when someone in trouble. Anyway I paid I had money. But request to people dont go there they are there just to make money. Not to help people. Best to go to hospital dont worry about waiting time. At least you will get proper treatment.

Iv been with this pharmacy for years, they are the best around. Yesterday I got a prescription from a specialist who told me the medication will be difficult to find. zadams have managed to source it very quickly for a second time. Prescription hasn't reached them yet but when I notified them its coming they sourced the meds in advance this will obviously save delays in dispensing it. If I could give them 6 stars they deserve it. How is it possible they have anything less than 5 stars? The staff are friendly, helpful and they managed to source out of stock specialist meds very quickly. If you are looking for a reliable service they go above and beyond.

This is the best pharmacy in Chadwell Heath. Dr Khan is a very good pharmacist and a trusted old hand, who offers useful advice. Also, the new resident pharmacists who runs the pharmacy on the days that Dr Khan is teaching and doing other things in furtherance of the future of pharmacy, are also extremely helpful and keen to keep up with the high standards of service that I have been accustomed to with the owner Dr and Professor Khan! I have been a customer of the pharmacy since 1997 (25 years) It is always a great delight to see Dr Khan on the days that he is working.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I went in to buy dermal cream which I buy every month from different pharmacys for £12. The lady told me it was £16. I told her to check the price on the system. She said it has gone up to £16. She handed me the cream. It had a price sticker on there for £12. They don't put prices on anything and over charge customers. I went there to buy paracetamol and ibuprofen last month and they tried to sell me each box for £4 when you can buy non branded ones for 47p. Stay away from this place. I will never go there again.

Zadams chemist is my local chemist. My son had a temperature of 39.8 today. I Couldnt leave the house. The young guy that works there kindly walked to my road after I paid by card and dropped Off nurofen to my door. I've always had a good experience with this chemist. They are very caring and very helpful and I have never had a problem with them. This was an extremely kind thing for this young man to do and I will forever be grateful. Thank you.

This is the best pharmacy in Our area.Dr khan is good doctor Also, the lady fife receptionists pharmacists who runs the pharmacy on the day are also extremely helpful and keep up with the high standards of service . She is very helpful about my skin care .she is recommended good products for my skin problem. I'm so grateful to Fifi for helping me chose good products. I pray for it from the bottom of my heart.

They issued me 28 tablets of Levothyroxine instead of 56 and when I requested the medicine again they rejected the requested. When I spoke to them they were reluctant to accept their mistake and after an argument agreed to provide the medicine. I even asked them whether they think that do they suspect me lying for some emergency medicine? Horrible behaviour.

Liars. My dad has been prescribed some hard to find medication. I went to lots of pharmacies trying to find it. This place told me they had it but couldn't access the online prescription. Told me to go to the previous pharmacy and ask them to release it. 30 mins walk each way. Got back and they said oops we don't have it. Never going back there again.

I just recently visited this Pharmacy. staff are very friendly and very helpful specially there is one lady Rani . Always on point extremely fast service. Thank you i will be coming again. They spend the extra time to provide personal service and to get you the best prices on your pharmacy needs. And i will surely recommend.

Twice bad service they have back log and they will let you know about it. No sense of orderly service waited 20 min paid parking for prescription order she served second and third customer prescriptions forgot about me not once but on two occasions, shameful. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone amazing staff members especially Rani she is very confident and is the person i would recommend if you need any advice as she seems very knowledgeable and is very kind. Excellent customer service.

This is the worst pharmacy to get your prescription from. They make errors with prescription and lie about ordering them. The Y get very upset when you don't take the flu jab with them. I refuse to get a jab there because I saw their incompetence

Very rude lady who may think of herself being funny or sarcastic, but she isn’t. Manager was nice enough to make a phone call and explain the situation. Would never choose this pharmacy ever again for my prescriptions.

Everytime I go here I the staff including Mr Khan just want to upsell and sell you stuff you don't even need. Avoid this place and walk a few minutes to Tesco where you can get a medical opinion not dictated by sales
