I came here about 2 months ago for my seconds and I was extremely disappointed. I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment time and got settled in. At this point an older lady came to numb my earlobe (I believe the mom). She then quickly moved onto another lady who was a walk in to clear a piercing infection and left me sitting in the chair for another 25 minutes without talking to me once. While I was sitting there the younger lady was straightening another customers hair. The customers child was squirming around in the mothers arms near the straightener and the lady doing the hair did not care to be cautious about the iron being close to the child at all. After waiting 30+ minutes someone finally told me to chose my jewellery (they had a very limited selection). The younger lady (who was doing hair) was now going to pierce my ear. Keep in mind she has not washed her hands ONCE since her last customer and touches the outside of the gloves she used on me.. After the piercing was done she decided to roast the hell out of my eyebrows in front of the other customers around us. She went "you have such great eyebrows BUT..." then continued to talk poorly about my eyebrows. I came in with high hopes and left insulted. To top it all off my piercings are now irritated and infected even though I followed the cleaning instructions she told me at the salon and the detailed list on their instagram. This place is unsanitary and extremely unprofessional. Half these reviews are from contests that make you right a fake good review to get free things. UPDATE: went back since a friend wanted her free nose piercing (I did not get a service done) and watched the mother take out my friends piercing to replace it (the jewelry she put in broke a few days later and has since fallen out and the hole has closed up..) before the piercing was even healed! They also waited for their last walk in to leave before they started to yell at me at the top of her lungs about how my post was nasty and I should take it down. I kindly explained to them about how its just a review and I was telling the truth. I also explained to her that she was causing cross contamination while piercing my ears and this entire situation could have been avoided if she was not rude and had followed proper piercing techniques and sanitization. The mom even asked me word for word "how old are you. you sound like you know everything" I responded by telling her and her daughter I am just here to support my friend and she continued to argue with me while leaving my friend sitting in a chair for 45 minutes with numbing cream on her nose.. The daughter had to physically hold back her mom from coming at me yelling and screaming telling me "God will take care of you" while I just stood there shocked speechless. Go to silverline tattoo and ask for Beth, she's had numerous people come from this salon to get their jewelry changed and she actually knows how to pierce ears properly. She told me the jewelry they pierced me with is the wrong gauge and it didn't have enough space to heal (no wonder why it wasn't healing until Beth changed it). Pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere clean and professional. My piercings are now fully healed thanks to Beth.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!!!! This place and the staff are extremely unprofessional. Even if you’re there in time they’ll take forever to assist you! I remember being late to work several times because it took Iyat and her mom (Zahraa) almost 1 hour to get my eyebrows done. Even when she was working on my brows she would answer the phone or work on other clients and then come back to me. That’s the main reason why I stopped going there. They have 0 respect of your time. Two days ago my sister went to get their famous diamond facial. I warned her not go unless she had all her day off because it would probably take her a good 4 hours. She ended up going and came back with burnt patches all over her face. She was in so much pain and her skin was extremely irritated with first degree burns. They won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. When she contacted them they blamed it on her “sensitive skin”. My sister couldn’t go to work for 2 days and had to get antibiotic ointments. Her whole face was in pain and looked hideous. After two days she went back to show them the burns on the skin, and Zahraa was extremely rude and kicked her out of the place. She got upset because my sister hadn’t book an appointment. Their “secretary Amy” had told her that she could go any time during business hours without an appointment. Don’t get fooled by the amount of good reviews this salon has. They’re all fake. She offers free services to those who rate, write a reviews and post them on social media. My issue with them was their time management and the ridiculously long time that they’d make me wait before and during the service. Im a very unproblematic person so I never complained because I didn’t want to be rude, but after the way she treated my sister today and how disrespectful she was, none of us is ever going back to that place. It’s a waste of time and money. I’ll attach two pictures of her face so you can see how it’s terribly burnt.

I went in to Zara spa not knowing what to expect. I was so pleased with how beautiful and clean the whole place is. After years of visiting in-home hair salons (which are usually slightly modified rooms in the basement), I was so pleasantly surprised that this was a full sized beautifully decorated spa. Zara meticulously did my eyebrows in a way that they had never been done before, she does not change the natural shape of the brows and just helps bring out what God gave you. I then got an eyelash lift and tint, let me tell you that I was very skeptical of the whole procedure. I was like my eyelashes are going to come out almost exactly the same! Well, let me tell you that I haven’t touched my eye liner or mascara since getting the lift. My eyes feel great, I can wash my face without worrying about my eye make up, because I don’t need to wear it! Lastly, I went in to get the Zara Glam facial. Zara did an excellent job explaining every part of the process and honestly telling me which parts will be painful (and they were!), but the result is well worth it. I will definitely become a regular at this place. I 100% recommend it.

The service is AMAZING! After just the first visit, my eyebrows look so much better. I've gotten my earlobe pierced multiple times at different locations throughout my life and each time it's gotten severely infected. I finally decided to get them done again a couple weeks ago, and this time did them at Iyat Salon & Spa. This is my first piercing at this salon, and it's the first time in my life they haven't gotten infected! I didnt have high expectations, considering every other time ive had to take it out due to the pai and infection. However, Iyat did a fantastic job! So professional and clean. Im really sensitive to pain, and she even numbed my earlobe for me so that i dont feel a thing. She also sterilized everything right in front of me, so i know for a fact the equipment is clean. Ive attached a photo of my piercing so you can see how well its healed. im really happy with these services, and i may come back for more piercings in the future! ill see you next week for my eyebrows :) thanks again!

I have been going to this Salon for almost 5 years now. I keep going back because they are so good and professional at what they do, not to mention very friendly also. I started going there for eyebrow threading and they performed a miracle. Over time, I began to see a big difference and then the Salon offered eyebrow tinting which I love. Recently I had an eyelash lift and tinting and will be going back for more. My ears were pierced a long time ago but not at this Salon. I kept getting infections so I decided to stop wearing earrings and the holes closed. Since piercings is one of the many services they offer at Iyat Salon and Spa, I decided to have my ears pierced again. Instruments used were very well sanitized, it was painless and very precise. It has been 6 weeks since the ear piercing and so far the results are positive. Another thing worth mentioning is the price range on their services, it is very reasonable and they often have promos. You will not be disappointed!!

Zara's spa is beautiful and very clean. As you walk in she is very welcoming and professional. She has a nice waiting area and private beds while getting piercings. She is very informative and shares her knowledge with clients to keep them comfortable during the procedure. She is caring and provides numbing gel and distractions to help her clients have the best experience. The jewelry is high quality and sturdy. Zara gave us an in-depth cleaning routine with the proper solution to maintain a healthy and clean piercing. The three piercings I have gotten there have healed well, and I appreciate her expertise in appropriately placing piercings. She is always willing to meet with clients and has excellent customer service. I have recommended this spa to many friends!

Heyy, I should be thanking iyat salon so much for giving me the eyebrows i’ve always desired as well as the soft skin. I’ve been going to this place for more than 4 years and every time I go there i try and see something new. For the services I did everything was amazing whether it’s about the costumer service or the service itself “ how smooth it goes and very little to no pain” or even how clean is the place. I did eyebrows and tinting and would never let anyone to touch my eyebrows but them, i also did hollywood facial and piercings. The hollywood facial wasn’t painful at all and if so you would feel little bit to none. All of the services were satisfying and went great. Thank you for the special and unique treatment you give to all your clients.

I was really happy with the service I got. She was such a sweet, kind, welcoming person. It was amazing her customer service. I went for my ear lobes, and I've had them pierced about 3 times and this was going to be my fourth. She was the only piercer that actually took the time to go over everything, make sure I was ready, and also explain in great detail the aftercare. The other times I had my ears infected but with her sitting with me and going over everything making sure I understood before leaving my ears are in great condition and it hasn't gotten infected. Zara doesn't rush you, she's very patient. I loved every minute being there. I would recommend for everyone to come here she has many different services.

My first experience at iyat salon spa was amazing! The place have such amazing atmosphere. I got my brows done and the work they’ve done was great. I also got nose & earlobe piercings done at the same day. Everything was sterile and they walked me to the process of having it and the aftercare. I definitely rate my experience a and I will surely comeback in the future. I can’t wait to see the outcome of my brows and lashes after a month of using their GOLDEN HAIR OILS. If you want fuller grow more brows and lashes, I highly recommend buying their golden hair oils on your way out!

I had my hair cut as well as a lash lift and tint with an eye and lip treatment. The staff are so welcoming and the salon is beautiful and very very clean. The decor is all white and spotless. They sterilized everything including combs before using them on me. This mother daughter team are such great company and made my first visit very comfortable. I will be sure to visit again, maybe next time for a piercing and the free re tint they offer for the eyelash lift. Simply the best prices and services. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit a new salon!

Great service here at Iyat Salon and Spa!! This was my first piercing and it went by smoothly. I had numbing cream put on me before the piercing, which was amazing because I didn’t know that it was even an option. The piercing itself went by quickly and they knew to use a smaller needle because my nose skin was thinner. They gave me my tips on the cleaning techniques and also allowed me to spin the wheel, which I earned a free brow tint!! I would definitely recommend coming to this place !!

I had a great first visit here. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted and was so happy with the outcome! Iyat took her time with me and made me feel very welcome. I’m usually nervous to get my eyebrows done at new places because I’m afraid of over plucking but she stayed with my natural shape and made them more even. She also recommended her oil blend she sells so I bought a bottle to use on my lashes and brows. I can’t wait for my next visit and definitely recommend to others!

I just got my nose and ears pierced at Iyat Salon & Spa and the results are beautiful. Everything was sterilized and there was very minimal pain. I have received others services in the past; microneedling, Hollywood facial, threading, tinting, lash lifts and a hair cut. These were all great services that I recommend to everyone. The ladies are always very friendly and you will receive the best service for a great price. The spa is always clean and has a very cozy atmosphere!

I went and got two piercings today for the first time with Iyat and her lovely mother who was very patient with the mishaps of my piercings and had to at least try 6-7 times until she got it in right since my tongue was being difficult. Everything was perfect and clean and so many options to chose from out of the services they offer. I am 100% satisfied with my nose ad web piercing! I'll for sure be going back for more services:)

This was my first time going to Iyat salon and spa, I felt very welcomed and cared for as they took their time to do my eyebrows. I got them threaded and tinted and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! They are very friendly and kind and truly care about the satisfaction of their clients. Professional hack of a piercer. Come here if you want the worst quality jewellery in your body, done in a completely wrong, untrained and unsterile way. I've seen plenty of botched piercings from this place. Keep your body safe and away from here folks.

I got two of my upper ear lobes done and I absolutely loved it! The place was organized and very nicely decorated. My piercer was very informative and honest which was greatly appreciated. They also do continuous promotions so keep an eye out on them!

This place is terrible. I got an industrial piercing awhile back and the cartilage of my ear split in half because the mother didn't pierce it right. They are never on time with appointments and they take forever. I don't know how people

I felt very safe here! I also felt that they told what I needed and didn't force me into any treatments. They were very good at explaining the after care for my piercings. And they've made themselves available at anytime via instagram!!

Never had my eyebrow shaped and tinted so well. Normally dyes don’t work well since my hair colour is so light but they came out so nice can’t wait to go back. So excited to use their natural oils to grow my brows out more!
