One of the best place in Nagpur to study. They will offer you 2 modes of payment 1st will depend on your luck i.e. go and adjust Laxmi mam so that she will allow you to sit there without giving you receipt and charge only few than the actual tariff like i used to pay only 400 for a month sometimes, sometimes she may call for 600, and she manages very well. Owner has given her all the powers, he will never come and even somebody will try to complaint about her, she manages him to be unaffected, how is the differnt issue. but i have seen many reviews against her and she is still there. and if you go by this way there complete nexus will help u, (both the kakas) managing the entries in daily register and all. And there were many like this as i asked many of them. 2nd mode will be legal one with full proof receipts. Where they accepts card payment in which they charges more than the recipt amount saying surcharge which is already banned by RBI since 2014 and they will term it legal and will definatly argue even if u will show them government GR. Thank god before few months only i left, apart from this. The place has good ambiance, nice place for studying. i found nothing like this in Bhopal hope something will open here soon. They have one website but all numbers dialled will be answered by laxmi mam only so that u can not say a single word about any of your complent, means they have managed this thing very well.

READING ROOM MEANS "A PLACE , SPECIALLY A ROOM IN A LIBRARY WHERE PEOPLE CAN READ OR STUDY" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE MIND READING ROOM MEANS PLACE WHERE PEOPLE CAN READ AND STUDY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It is a humble request not join this library. Having the worst experience. As there is no discipline in the Reading room people are making noises often so loud making others difficult to concentrate. No reserve sitting system in the library as always you have to sit at different places in different rooms. Even though in high summer ACs are not working for a couple of months and after so many times requesting to get AC repaired, they are just making useless excuses and making us sit at different places and there is not proper electricity connection for all the users of library making difficult them to use laptop as charging point are very less as compared to the study table. PLEASE IT IS REQUEST TO THE OWNER OF READING ROOM TO PERSONALLY VISIT AND MAKE SURE THING GOING WELL AND DO NOT RELY UPON MANAGEMENT WHOLEY.

Poor management, not at all supportive The librarian here don't know how to manage a library!!! Students are struggling to seat but they would shut the rooms for saving their costs. The ma'am over here just keeps on yelling at the students. They are charging a lot as compared to other libraries but the amenities here are not at all worthy.. Saving of cost is much more important for that dumb lady I will request the owner to remove that lady from the job if you wanna run the library in a long run!!! I will request the librarian to first learn how to manage a library and know the real meaning of library...just hoping that she come into her senses soon !!! I'll urge to other students not to join zen reading room (a total waste of money and time)

Hello everyone ‍♂️....whoever might be reading ......... this is an honest review frm my side. First off all its not a library It is a reading room as many of them are confused in between ...... 2nd of all is i feel like it is the best place fr gaining knowledge which is why I m here .i hope many of them feels the same whoever has joined .... it has great ambience with 2 air conditioner per room , water availability is 24/7 ..there is no table issues ..wherever you want you can sit. If you wanna engage with one sit that is also fine,n the Staff is soo cooperative . .......thankyou

Not good for health, so many mosquitos will roam arround you, as more as u will try to concentrate they will humm near your ears and they are too many. leakage from ac's causing flood on floor, no one is there to listen or understand any complaint. Dont have the contact number of any higher authority to connect with no such mechanism, and current administration is as good as British Admin in 1857 in India, they will not listen but they only tell u the stuff that u will be binded to listen.

The ma'am is not at all co-operative, she doesn't maintain the silence decorum and barges in once in a while which makes it difficult for us to concentrate.No proper place to have lunch and other courses. No restriction on the number of students joining which is the main reason why we don't have our fixed seats, which results in conflicts.

Best library in Ngp .Best place to study . Not sure about other negative reviews, but I studied in Helix for 4 months and everything was too good. Also Laxmi mam was supportive I asked only once for extra light and she installed that on the next day only. Only negative thing is inspite of paying that much u don't get a reserved seat.

Always enjoy the amazingly quiet and comfortable atmosphere.I choose this venue coz a good friend went there recently and posted the great ambience.This is probably nagpur first best library and my first visit was a real eye-opener. Beautiful Reading room housed in a grand Victorian building. And management is also helpful.

It is worst place to go, crippled with thousand problems. One that I found most unprofessional is that they never open on time. Official timing is 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, but they would always open on 8:00 am, students are left waiting for person to come and open, I won't suggest with my experience of 7 months there.

This library provides you a very comfortable and a good atmosphere for studying...it is well managed and all the facilities are available that a student would require...and the librarian ma'am over their is friendly and helps you if you face any kind of issue...would definitely recommend this place …

They do not have any backup for electricity. like in may month where students are having their exams there is no electricity from last 2-3 hours regularly. kindly solve this issue by providing any backup like generator or invetor so that we could atleast utilize our time.

Library's owner says free Wi-Fi.... But from last few months wifi doesn't started it's just for name sake. Wifi is here a **MOH MAYA** you can't serve a google on this wifi In Trinity room AC is not working And Trinity is the best room of reading room

According to me ,it provides all the facility that one need to study like silent environment with cleaning done everyday, proper space,5g internet upto 100 mb/s,there is proper air conditioning in every room,its best reading room in nagpur.

Mam that sits there con's people..has bad attitude plus its like compact a nd too much expensive. She should changer her attitude plus staff Is hopeless..plus money if didnt come after paying due to health issues is always not given …

Librarian is very rude and disturbs for small things. Lacks communication skills. Doesn't know how to handle a reading room, she should leave the place as soon as posible. Don't join zen reading room!!!

My experience was wonderful in this Library. overall a very nice place with friendly and supportable staff. It has a great atmosphere for study. One can surely visit this place.
