I visited this dental clinic in Bexleyheath for a seemingly simple retainer fix, and my experience turned into an absolute nightmare. I had originally chosen this clinic based on a recommendation from my partner, but my trust in their services has been shattered. I had booked my first appointment on December 21st at 4 pm, where a so-called "professional" attempted to fix my retainer. To my dismay, not only did he reattach the retainer, but he also managed to glue my canine with the incisor together – a clear and careless mistake (1st time mistake). I immediately contacted the clinic and was given another appointment on December 23rd at 12:15 pm. Another "professional" assured me they could fix the issue, but after their procedure, I realised they had made the exact same mistake (2nd time mistake). Frustrated, I had to return to the clinic for corrections. Even after their third attempt, my teeth were still stuck together (3rd time same mistake). The clinic manager was apologetic and refunded the £45 I had paid for the treatment. With the dentist, we triple-checked the work, but when I got home, I still couldn't floss (4th time same mistake). By this point, it was already evening on December 23rd, and I had lost an entire day's worth of work due to the constant back-and-forth to rectify your mistakes. I was under immense stress and had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to fix your errors without any success. On December 24th, I sought a second opinion from an orthodontist on the other side of London. Due to the holiday season, appointments were scarce, and I had to pay £200 for their services. The new orthodontist fixed the issue correctly, allowing me to floss my teeth. I had to make the long drive from Bexleyheath to Kilburn, incurring gas and parking expenses. Furthermore, I had to cancel my Christmas gathering with friends, not to mention the emotional toll and an entire day of work lost. Having to rectify the mistakes made by your "professionals" cost me time, money, and emotional distress. It's truly disappointing that I had to go through all of this due to the sloppy work at your clinic. The resin applied was carelessly spread between my canines and the wire, making it impossible to simply remove the resin and reattach the wire. I will be leaving this review to share my extremely negative and stressful experience with your clinic, in the hope that no one else has to endure the same ordeal. I strongly urge you to exercise more caution when hiring "professionals" because mistakes like gluing two teeth together are absolutely unacceptable. To say that I am now hesitant to trust your services is an understatement, and I sincerely hope you take better care of your customers in the future.

AMIDA IS AMAZING!! I was terrified of the dentist I avoided it for over 10 years! I had several broken teeth and a loose filling I was putting back in with nail glue! I went to Zental for a consultation for an ALL ON 4 treatment I believed at 35 my only option was to have all my teeth pulled out. I was wrong! I was assigned to Amida and I honestly cannot fault her. Day 1 I was a mess! I cried as soon as I got in, I was shaking & sweating absolutely terrified I felt like I couldn’t do it. I had the lovely Eva with me who physically held my hand and reassured me, I went for a consultation and to have some X-rays done and Amida said no way did I need to get all my teeth out she could help me to smile for my wedding this year!! I couldn’t believe it. My next appointment was a full clean with Amida ( I won’t lie it’s not fun!) but I had the nicest ladies around me I had my hand held the whole time to comfort me, I was asked constantly if I was ok or I wanted to stop at any point to put my hand up. I left and cried in my car. It all felt so overwhelming! My next appointment was a week later to have the awful loose filling fixed. It was on one my front teeth and has made me self conscious for years. This was the day I dread the most!! Again I arrived nervous shaking crying all of it! Amida completely fixed my front tooth and then handed me a mirror to see it, I burst into tears!! This time it was different, it was HAPPY TEARS!! I can never put into words how grateful I felt. Everyone was emotional. Amida, Eva and every member of staff I saw couldn’t believe that nervous wreck who was always crying was actually crying with happiness this time! My next appointment was to be sedated by Abdul to have all my broken teeth out I had 4. Amida who didn’t even have to be there made sure she was free to come and see me and hold my hand until I fell asleep! I woke up and it was all done I couldn’t believe it. This dentist stuff was getting easier. Happy tears yesterday and now go to sleep wake up it’s finished today! This where I am up to currently. I am just about to start teeth whitening and I am finished!! I can never thank Amida enough for what she has done for me. I don’t feel terrified of the dentist anymore. I feel like I matter when I go to Zental, they remember my name and are truly emotionally invested in my smile journey. I will now smile on my wedding day thanks to the constant comfort and support of Amida, Eva & everyone at Zental

I started my journey with Zental in January 2022 with a tooth extraction. This was my first time going to the dentist after 11 years. With the help of IV sedation and first-class care from the Zental team, my tooth was removed completely stress-free and my trusting relationship with Zental began. The atmosphere upon arrival is like a wellness spa. The reception staff are very friendly and do very well to reassure you before your appointment. The dentists and dental nurses genuinely take time to have a conversation with you instead of jumping straight into the appointment and they are brilliant at adapting their care to suit your individual needs. In my most recent appointment, I had a deep clean with Dr Abdul Bussuri and Sara Pearson, who were absolutely fantastic. In my consultation, they answered all of my questions in lots of detail and even went the extra mile to show me the tools that would be used, as well as the process via a YouTube video to ease my anxieties. This helped to put me at ease when the actual appointment came round, as I knew what to expect. The deep clean went very smoothly and they have restored the confidence in my smile. With thanks to Dr Abdul Bussuri, Sara Pearson, the Extraction team at Zental and the receptionists, my phobia of the dentist has completely gone and it is now something that I actually look forward to! Thank you for helping me to overcome my fear and reach a position where I now go to the dentist on a regular basis.

I am never usually one to write reviews but I am so happy with my experience at Zental. From start to finish everyone was professional and knowledgable, yet warm and kind and I was made to feel so welcome and like no request or question was too much. The clinic itself is relaxing and has the nicest calming vibe and everyone I met with was friendly. I was originally quoted for something completely different but the team were really honest and worked with me to find alternative options that would have a better outcome but without expecting me to double up on my budget. Some cosmetic places can push things on you or have you feeling as though you have to keep spending but zental are not like that in the slightest. The end result absolutely surpassed my expectation and I’m so glad I didn’t go with what I thought I originally wanted. It just shows they really know their stuff. Particular mention to the lovely Abdul who is so personable and made me feel at ease in every appointment, manager Georgia who takes great care of her team and the lovely Emma who done an amazing job finishing my teeth and making them look brand new, yet natural. Love love love my new smile can’t thank them enough. Have non stop recommended them to everyone!

All the staff from the receptionists, dental assistants, dentists and consultants at the Bexleyheath Practice are very welcoming, kind, friendly, and professional. My first visit was with both Dr Pramit Patel and Dr Ihsaan Al-hadad who professionally explained the status of my teeth to detail and the recommendation going forward. My next visit was with Dr Nitin Joshi who did an exceptional job with my tooth extraction and denture fitted on the same day. So happy with it!!!! I than had a periodontal consultation with Dr Svetislav Zaric who again was very professional and explained to me what needed to be done for which I am going to go through with this. My visits will continue with this practice. I am very happy with my experience with them so far. The practice is so beautiful, calming, relaxing and very clean. Further to the below I have now this week completed my new teeth journey. I am overjoyed with the results and my teeth are amazing, they look so natural. The treatment I received has been top class from start to finish. The entire team were a joy. Thank you Zental I had been thinking about double arch implants for many months so after a lot of research, deliberation, hesitation and apprehension I booked a consultation at Zental Bexleyheath. I was there 1.5 hours, initially with Daniel who explained everything to me in detail, examined my teeth and discussed a way forward then with coordinator Eva who went through the treatment plan in detail explaining all the stages and cost options. Then I met receptionist Lisa who had the same surgery, she talked me through her experience. All so lovely and helpful, thankyou! See you at my next appointment

I do not normally do reviews but on this occasion I think it is a must. I am like most very anxious about dentist and after a lot of time looking into my options i was recommended to Dr Daniel Ghent at Zental to have a smile in a day. Dr Daniel Ghent made me feel so at ease with his professionalism and his enthusiasm making me feel excited and totally at ease, My questions and worries where never an issue and he was always more than willing to explain things over until i was happy and comfortable never rushing me. He has changed my life and I can now smile again !!! I will of course have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone thinking of having this work done. I used to go to the dentist crying every time due to my fear. Now I go to Zental smiling. The staff are second to none. My extended family and friends. My fear has now disappeared for good. I had some issues in my mouth that in time would have gotten worse. After careful consideration, I decided to have a smile in a day. I was very fearful but I can honestly say I never felt anything. I had mt whole mouth done. The aftercare was continued with fantastic communication between me and the team which was gratefully received. Lots of questions was asked and good information was given. I had my final fit yesterday and my god I'm so overwhelmed with the outcome. I can't stop smiling. Thank you all at zental for my journey.

Absolutely over the moon that I found Zental. After popping in to enquire I was greated by wonderful, friendly and caring reception staff. I had a consultation with Yousif and he was absolutely wonderful, he was very honest, informative, made me feel comfortable and at ease. After my consultation I booked further appointments which I done on a treatment plan that are mostly cosmetic. I feel very confident in Yousif especially being a bit nervous of dentists - amazing dentist with fantastic caring and friendly staff - highly recommend

I attended for a consultation and 2nd opinion regarding treatment recommended by my current dentist. I met with Emma who was just wonderful. She answered my questions fully which helped me feel at ease and relaxed allowing me to speak openly. The practice itself is very calming and felt like a spa with its tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. Visited the Bexleyheath clinic to discuss implant options. Very nice reception area and the staff were very pleasant. The consultation was free ( unlike a lot of others these days) and the dentist was very professional and explained my options without wasn't pushing me towards the most expensive procedures. I agreed to certain work at what I consider to be a reasonable cost. ( Sorry but one star off for the 35 minute wait to be seen)

Amazing team, very friendly, very helpful and patient with people. Dr. Youssef was extremely careful with me.Even if I told him I am very afraid in our first meeting he made me feel confident and brave!! I didn’t feel any kind of pain and his work was amazing! Saw Emma today for a hygiene appointment and to freshen up my bonding which she did last year for me. Emma is so friendly, makes you feel so welcome. She is thorough, explains everything she is doing and gave practical advice to ensure I can keep my teeth in great condition in between appointments. The clinic was lovely and easy was easy to find and all the staff I encountered made me feel very welcome.

We chose Zental Dental for our daughter’s first dental appointment. It was absolutely fantastic, she had such a great time and said she loves the dentist! She’s only 3 and had to sit through some scaling but Dr Gowie made her feel so comfortable she didn’t even flinch. We really wanted to create a positive experience and dentist association for her and are so glad we have chosen Zental Dental for that!

This place is really amazing. Having just moved to Welling and in need of a new dentist, I decided to give them a go. The decor is so beautiful, I love that you don’t even feel like you are at the dentist. The girls at reception are super friendly and Emma was lovely as always. She changed my life when she done my composite bonding and can’t recommend her enough!! So much so that my teeth were done where Emma previously worked so when she left, I decided to change dentists and come here also! x

I can't find the worlds.. It was my first time at Zental and It was just AMAZING!! All the staff were very onest,friendly and helpful with me and they made me feel very good. I received excellent, above and beyond service on my first appointment. My tooth problems were not just diagnosed but a very good temporary fix was performed leaving me in better shape than before I arrived. Genuinely excellent experience. I had a cracked and decayed tooth with bad dental anxiety and Zental saw me at an emergency appointment and had it out in no time. No pain, no stress. Couldn't have asked for a better first extraction.
