Good Staff but I’ve a concern.. the card machine fawry withdraw the due amount twice ( duplicate charge ) .. I asked to send me the transactions to complain to my bank.. they did.. but no one cared to check if I got my money back or not.. also they insisted that nothing has been duplicated! In the end, Fawry returned my money back as it was their mistake.. My advice: 1- always check your online bank account statement. 2- don’t buy any pets food unless you check at several pets shops.. every shop sell their own price for same item.. choose the cheapest.. as they put different profit margin…

بجد احسن store ممكن تتعاملو معاه و احسن و انضف فرع بجد انا بتعامل معاهم من زمان اوي و بجد مش بثق في حد غيرهم حاجتهم نظيفة جدا و دايما بيدوني نصايح للpets بتاعتي و حتي الموظفين عندهم خبرة كافية انهم يشرحولكو كل حاجة اوو اي معلومة ناقصة عندكم و اسعارهم تحفة بجد انا محظوظة انهم جمب بيتيzima pet's store it's my favorite place of my pets anytime♥️♥️

I will never recommend that place I tough it’s good place but my Shitzu 2 years old , but she come with fleas and Insects and they charge me 600 pound so it’s not cheap and I have 2 weeks or more try to take off this Insects ,she came with a very bad mood.

Bathing and grooming for cats is the best at Zima pet center, they groomed my cats really good, they looked clean and smelled great. Definitely won’t be the last time ☺️ …
